At the end of your adventure-filled day, you can return and unwind with a tasty barbecue on the deck, or stroll down the street for a hot beverage and a burger at the River House. You can even cheer on the Seahawks on Sunday with the locals! This spacious, light-filled three-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with three bedrooms, a full futon in the living area, and two full bathrooms, one on each floor of the home. Plus, you can even bring your dog with you! The cozy living space features incredible river views and a rustic wood stove, providing perfect warmth and ambiance for those chilly winter nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want for meals with family and friends around the dining table that seats eight. At Index River Roost, you will enjoy all the charm & conveniences that the quaint mountain community of Index has to offer while savoring a mountain getaway filled with adventure and breathtaking natural beauty. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
