Lovely hotel. A real home away from home😊

It was comfortable. It was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. There is WiFi

The food😭 the hotel could improve by hearing what the guests are actually able to eat since we are from a different country.

Nice place for family

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Breakfast menu a bit limited lot of egg options but food is fresh and well prepared.

Exceptional

My family and I loved the place very much. The food was execellent. The staff were accommodating. Grace, Carol thank you for your assistance with calls when I was stuck and moving up and down. Maureen and Edwin thank you too. Planning on second visit soon.

Could have been better.

The rooms were clean and the reception staff is nice. They quickly answer questions.

Breakfasts are a disaster - there were not many people so they didn't do it as a buffet but they just served it. The first day I ordered breakfast for 9 am, at 9:20 they started making it. They didn't ask what I wanted - just gave me sausages and I don't eat meat. Coffee was only instant. The next day I asked for fruits and toasts but the bread must have been ancient - it was so hard it was difficult to bite. Also they give you butter and jam from the same container someone else was using - so at the time of coronavirus - you basically get a jar into which someone put his / her knife that the person was probably licking. Very hygienic. :) Be careful about the prices in menu because the real prices are different and they won't warn you. The waiter had an unpleasant attitude from the very beginning, which is a real shame. The place is quite noisy with dogs barking all night. They won't organize any tours for you.
