Pasable. No cambie porque iba con una persona mayor y era complicado
La ubicación correcta. LA atención cuando se necesitaba algo tambien correcto. Ducha buena y agua caliente
Falta de limpieza. Pila con arena. Sabanas inexistentes. Visillos sin planchar. Almohada vieja y rota y sin funda. Nos llevaron una funda que media la mitad de la almohada. Grifo del lavabo se mueve. La terraza esta llena de trastos. Muchos insectos pequeños que no se que son. Muy caro relacion calidad-precio Nada que ver con el del año pasado. Voy todos los años y no repetiré.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Desde la terraza podías ver la playa y en la esquina tenías un supermercado. También mencionar el salón, me pareció que era lo más cálido del alojamiento junto al cuarto de baño.
Me decanté por este alojamiento gracias a sus reseñas, sin embargo en mi caso ha sido decepcionante ya que desde el primer día el apartamento presentó fallos eléctricos (5 cortes de luz) de lo cual avisamos inmediatamente pero no fueron capaces de solventar en los 6 días restantes que alquile: Si teníamos los aires encendidos e íbamos a cocinar se bajaban los automáticos, si cocinábamos, no podía irse duchando otra persona con el agua caliente porque se volvía a ir la luz y así… nos fuimos apañando. Por otra parte el desagüe de la ducha se atascaba. En el anuncio pone que hay cafetera pero no especifica que debes llevar filtros de café. En cuanto a las camas se sienten ya los años de uso (rechinaban si te girabas o te levantabas). Al llegar al apartamento la mitad de las toallas estaban colgadas aún secándose. Aún así, si no hubiese fallado reiteradamente la electricidad y la atención hubiese sido atenta y resolutiva, nuestra experiencia hubiese sido aceptable, pero no hemos tenido suerte. Espero con mi reseña puedan mejorar para que los futuros inquilinos tengan una buena experiencia.

Nice apartment close to the beach
Very close to the beach and promenade. Very comfortable and quiet apartment with great WiFi. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They immediately replaced a hairdryer which had stopped working. We got lots of advice on places to visit during our stay. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed.

We made nice walks in the direct surroundings, visited Carthagena and Murcia. The weather was good.
The appartement is 100 meters from the the beach and the nice boulevard of Lo Pagan. There is activity and restaurants are open even in February. The supermarket is around the corner. The appartement is well equipped but would not recommend it for more than 4 people.
There is no sea view except bending over the balcony. We had problems with the tv and internet (did not realize that it is necessary to book it well in advance).
