Il proprietario Gianni è una persona molto ma molto accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa!

Molto bello, spazioso e tranquillo. Camere pulite, un bel balcone in cui hai comunque privacy

Magari bisognerebbe mettere il nome del posto un po’ più ben visibile! Al di fuori di questo non trovo davvero qualcosa che “non mi sia piaciuta”

Bonne adresse à Gallipoli pour les petits budgets

Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. La chambre est grande et propre avec une petite terrasse. Tout le nécessaire de toilette s’y trouve. Le responsable est très gentil, serviable et contactable facilement par WhatsApp. Facile de se garer dans les alentours immédiats. Petit déjeuner composé d’une viennoiserie et d’un café au bar du coin de la rue en échange d’un ticket reçu au Check in.

Difficile à trouver car c’est un immeuble à appartements dans lequel a été transformé plusieurs chambres. Assez loin du centre historique de la ville si vous n’avez pas de véhicule. La literie n’est pas assez confortable mais pour une nuit, c’était assez.

Like many Italian hotels, the rooms are located in an apartment on the third floor with elevator. The rooms are spacious

Good location if you are in a car, breakfast included in a nearby bar. The owner was nice

Our room was not at all clean, there was a used bar of soap and an empty shampoo in the shower. The pillows are uncomfortable and the breakfast only has sweet options

Pulizia top stanza con letti comodi , materassi matrimoniali nuovi, bagno molto ampio.Colazione top in un bar nelle vicinanze.Parcheggio molto comodo sotto la struttura.

Da rivedere i cuscini ed aggiungere una stufetta in bagno.

Juste pour une nuit

La literie, la climatisation très silencieuse, le balcon.

Une seule chaise sur le balcon reservation couple. Rien pour faire sécher le linge. Pas de machine à café ni bouilloire. L'accès au roof-top fermé. Le petit-déjeuner à 650 m dans bar lounge pour un café, un croissant et un petit verre de jus d'orange en brique. Pour notre reservation, la salle de bain privative etait dans le couloir.

Ottima struttura vicino al centro di Gallipoli

Ottima struttura, ideale per un viaggio di coppia a Gallipoli. Posto molto curato, pulizia quotidiana degli ambienti e delle salviette. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un condominio in ottima zona, leggermente lontano dal centro ma che permette di raggiungerlo a piedi senza troppa difficoltà. Consigliatissimo per chi desidera soprattutto poi muoversi per girare il Salento!

Nulla. Inizialmente pensavamo fosse complicato trovare parcheggio in zona invece ogni volta c'erano sempre posto, quindi anche da quel punto di vista nessun problema

Gestore super disponibile, da premiare il suo interesse verso il cliente. Si è reso più che disponibile ad aiutarci in un momento di difficoltà a gestire una situazione spiacevole in cui siamo purtroppo capitati durante il soggiorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura ottima per appoggiarsi durante il soggiorno a Gallipoli (come di solito si fa in vacanza) (per cui anche se non ha vista eccezionale, la finestra guarda dei muri, poco importa). Altra nota positiva bagno dotato di finestra. Camera avente frigorifero e condizionatore. Salviettoni e salviette cambiati ogni di. Si raggiunge comodamente la struttura tramite ascensore. Non dotata di parcheggio privato ma facile trovarlo lungo la strada principale a pochi metri dall' ingresso alla struttura. Gallipoli centro si raggiunge senza alcuna difficoltà a piedi (10 minuti). Bar in cui si fa colazione con vasta scelta di prodotti (anche brioches vegana!)

Premetto che non è una nota negativa quella che espongo ora, ma solo dettagli. Materasso piuttosto basso e lenzuola di un materiale diverso rispetto a quelle che usiamo a casa (anche se non so indicare di preciso di che materiale fossero). Sicuramente noi quindi avremmo preferito un materasso più alto e lenzuola diverse ma forse più per questione di abitudine (non è stato comunque un problema!).

Live like a local

Private room with balcony in 3rd. floor of renovated apartment in residential building. Bit off the beaten track, so relatively quiet location. Free parking on the main road, plenty of restaurants around and very nice breakfast in a friendly bar next to the COOP supermarket down the street.

Warm water system in bathroom had a "inconsistent" poor flow, and La Habitacion proved a bit hard to find, nr.38 is the last building in a little side street off Corso Italia, left of the sushi restaurant....calling the host surely works better 😉

Great contact, clean apartment exactly in line with booking description, free parking in the nearest neighborhood, easy to find, comfortable beds, good air conditioning and wifi. For me it looks good value for money, but I was there during low-season. Place worth recommending. Best wishes!!!

Beautiful room with everything I needed

The room looks like it has recently been decorated very nice - with hairdryer , iron, fridge and kettle . We were on a late flight and the owners were very accommodating thanks for a lovely stay (even given the Covid 19 restrictions) The property is a little walk in to town but was near family so perfect for us .
