We would like to come back and stay there but compare to other hotels we have stayed it doesn’t really make sense

We liked location,the view .the room and excellent bed and pillows;)

Great experience

Staff was friendly & fun. Bed, linens & pillows were extremely comfy. Could have stayed in bed all day. Location is fantastic. Beautiful facility. Nice breakfast selection & availability of coffee first thing in the morning is much appreciated.

Elevators took some figuring out.

expensive, small rooms, dining options were too close to reception desk, only 1 bathrobe, no slippers, no water, difficulty with key to get in elevator ice was frozen in bags on each floor - unable to break up to use in ice bucket happy hour was disappointing

Very expensive but you can’t beat the location or the super hip vibe and decor.

Excellent location downtown, beautiful modern looking decor.

Very expensive rates. Friday and Saturday rate was almost twice as expensive as week days. Hotel Parking was very expensive and had to have a valet taking your car in out from a garage that was 2 blocks away. In the room there was no coffee maker or electric kettle.

Exceptional

We had a great night before we picked our child up from camp. We were so happy to bring our dog and pleasantly surprised how exceptionally clean everything was giving the pet friendly policy. It r was a great way to spend our last child free night and being able to bring our family dog for camp pick up. The food and bar were a bonus! Will come back

Really enjoyed our stay at Kimpton Arras Hotel!!

The location of the hotel is central to restaurants, cafes, shopping, and sites. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff and restaurant staff st the hotel were very professional and friendly and helpful. A shout out to the valet team at the hotel! They always greeted us with a smile and positive attitude. They also provided us with information about the surrounding towns. Highly recommend thus hotel!!!

Beautiful & chic place to rest your head.

The location was prime. It was lit and safe and restaurants were around. The valet parking was very convenient. The hotel itself was gorgeous and clean and the room was very comfortable.

Excellent location, convenient for everything. Loved the room--very comfortable and spacious. Also, thought the coffee available in the morning in the lobby was a thoughtful touch and good quality!

Food was great.

The wind blowing down the street! The cold weather was a shock, but not your fault. However, there was a draft from our windows, from underneath the curtains. Other wise, very nice.

there was nothing wrong but there was a broken/missing wall light/lamp in our room. for the price of the rooms, I’d think they had the funds to fix it. hotel is too nice for anything to be broken while the room is being occupied

This place nails almost every detail!!! An impressive experience!

The staff was incredibly helpful and engaging. It was a classy experience. The breakfast was top level!

Excellent!

This Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very kind and considerate. They made sure you were taken care of. I was a little worried about the valet parking only, but we were so thankful They had it. Made our stay so much easier. It rained while we were there so they offered umbrellas which was a plus. The bar, District 42 is opposite of the Lobby and was so convenient. Very relaxing atmosphere. Our rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I cannot wait to go back. We will definitely stay her again and again. Looking forward to trying the restaurants next time. 🙂

You can hear the street activities and were woken up by a yelling man on the street one morning. Not the hotels fault and we had a city view so could see what was going on down below which was entertaining also.
