The spacious recently extensively renovated 50ies villa was decorated by its owners affectionately with furniture and accessories from the 50s. The villa which corresponds to the modern standard located in the most exclusive, sheltered location of Camps Bay the 'Glen' in a quiet cul de sac.
The west-side terrace guarantees breathtaking sunsets with incredible views of mountains and sea. The spacious open plan lounge turns into a 100m2 terrace with heated pool, outdoor shower and built-in wood grill.
The import from Italy sunbeds, the daybed and lounge furniture invite you to a relaxing afternoon by the pool.
The large canopy, which is equipped with outdoor speakers, a Misty system and radiators, guarantees optimum feel-good factor. The large dining table is perfectly positioned next to the barbecue.
The open kitchen is equipped with the most modern equipment: The large induction plate, double oven, American fridge + freezer with ice and water dispenser, microwave, of dishwasher, Nespresso machine and milk frother, juicer, .. make cooking overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to the pleasant experience.
On the dining table have 8 - 12 people place, old silverware from Paris, linen tablecloths from Belgium, with a lot of style and taste together looking for handmade pottery from Africa or a 50s coffee service from Vienna make tablecloths for pleasure.
The cozy, recessed Lounge with gas fireplace and 55 'LCD TV invites you to idleness - or hear your favorite music - with the Sonos sound system is almost all over the house possible.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with views of the sea and the mountains has a spacious wardrobe, a desk, a king-sized bed.
2nd bedroom: where. 2 Bedroom with sea view is housed a desk, king-sized bed.
. 3 Bedroom: in the third Bedroom with Garden View is a Queen Sized Bed.
the second and third Bedrooms share a bathroom with walk - in shower, bidet and WC.
Studio - Bedrooms: Studio with a private entrance on the lower floor of the house has sea and mountain views and is furnished with a king sized bed and a desk, in the attached bathroom is also spacious Finnish sauna. From the bedroom and bathroom can be reached through large sliding glass doors onto a private terrace with wonderful views of Camps Bay.
Each bedroom is equipped with 5 * Mattresses, finest Belgian linens ensure a wonderful rest and a wonderful sleep. Bathrobes are available. In the built-in cabinets, a number Safe is installed in each case.
