Dikke prima!

Dat alles keurig was. Schilderwerk, gebruikte materialen. We zijn best kritisch maar hierop is niets aan te merken. De badkamer en sanitair van eerste klasse, de mensen zijn heel vriendelijk.

Dat op de site een all in prijs werd gegeven maar dat er 68,- meer werd afgeschreven. Dat je daarover moet discussiëren. Dat geeft de enige negativiteit en is eigenlijk wel misleidend.

The mattresses were fantastic ! Best we ever slept on on holiday and the staff were very helpful . We had to book at the last minute as another accommodation we had booked and paid for weeks before cancelled us the minute that we arrived . Made us walk for almost an hour around the same 4 streets ( after a 15 hr train ride ) to then show us an apartment that was not suitable for us and below par . ( they did refund the money on asking ) anyway so there I was at Letojanni with a very upset crying child at 5pm with no accommodation for us . We found the Sea Apartments quickly , they answered quickly & were happy to help us , the one we booked was on the ground floor as it was one of 2 available on booking . Com at that time within our budget ( under £1000 for the week ) . Clean and functional & private 1. Great fluffy towels 2. Great shower 3. Ground floor 4. Very helpful at last minute booking 5. Brilliant mattresses 6 . Brilliant split system air conditioning 7. Good for a couple 9. Lovely soothing grey blue & white modern decor and all new 10. Close to everything Beach , restaurants , brilliant mini supermarket / green grocer

1. Very close to restaurants so we didn’t sleep for the first 2 nights as it was a weekend & one of the beach stabilimenti had a DJ who was stuck on techno music from the 90s until 3 am 2. The room is really only suitable for a couple if staying longer than a day or 2 . 3. Kitchen is only 2 burners & all in same room so very difficult to cook there so we ate out . 4. Poor ventilation as ground floor room is either a converted garage space or shopfront . The only window is your front sliding door , you can have it open if you don’t want privacy from everyone walking around Letojanni & the workers at the restaurant . If you want privacy window / door must be closed . Perhaps if the scrim curtains were fuller and more gathered otherwise ppl can just see through the ones that they have . Some towel racks and hooks in bathroom may help Not suitable for more than a couple in my opinion A bit overpriced for what it is

Good location- Comfortable place- Very poor initial customer service.

Good location only a couple of minutes from the beach. In an alley but good view of the sea from the side of the balcony. Supermarket, bakery and a number of good and reasonably priced restaurants very close by.

A very poor experience indeed at check in. We were let in by a young man who barely spoke to us went straight up to the top floor where the apartment was and watched us struggle up the stairs with our luggage without offering to help or warning us about the low ceiling on one side where I hit my head and my husband his shoulder. When he left after showing us briefly around, I realised we hadn't discussed the Wifi code. I texted him and was given a code which was wrong. Another text, another wrong code. 4 texts exchanges with each time the wrong code. On the 5th text I stopped receiving answers altogether. Next morning the coffee pot handle came off in my hand and I got slightly scalded. Another text to report this and ask for another coffee pot and no answer to this either. It is only when I sent a message via Booking.com that I finally got help from someone else (the property owner I believe) and was quickly given the correct Wifi code and a new coffee pot.

To our surprise Letojianni was a very nice town. The apartment had what we needed and looked nice, with balcony. It is just a few meters from the beach. We had a great stay here! Owner is also very nice.

Just minor things. The person responsible for check-in was not communicating. But we solved it with the owner luckily. We think the place is quite new, which is great, but would be great to have some basic things in the kitchen like oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee.

very close to the beach (with super clear water), super clean apartment + modern equipment (like new), restaurants (sufficient quantity + reasonable prices + food quality),

the stones made the entrance to the sea uncomfortable (you need to take water shoes), apartment above the kitchen of a nearby restaurant (only WE, it was fine during the week) -> but we knew about that in advance :)

Very good for short holiday period.

The apartment is very close to the town central square. The bathroom is very comfortable and the bath towels scented as home laundry.

The kitchen is small and useful for limited cooking (no oven): take it into account if you expect something more equipped! The hood of the restaurant kitchen in the alley of the apartment forces to maintain close the window for the cooking smells!

Superb

Everything was very good: really clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment, perfect location, helpful staff, free access to the beach was greatly appreciated.

Would be helpful to have enough consumable supplies, like soap or toilet paper for the whole stay. Doesn’t make sense to buy them for 1-2 remaining days.

Lovely apartment right by the beach - clean, comfortable and good price.

This is a brand-new, really lovely apartment only a few yards from the beach. Everything was sparkling clean and new, and all the furniture, towels, linens, etc. were very nice, comfortable and more than serviceable. The kitchen was like stepping into the Ikea showroom - no microwave, toaster or oven, but otherwise nicely equipped.

We had a little difficulty finding the place, as it's on a walk street in the middle of the block, and the parking situation even in early December wasn't great. I can't imagine what it's like in the summer! Also would have liked clearer arrangements for getting the key, but it was a minor hassle, no great complaint.
