Great host , great mansion , great caretaker Katerīna

Terases izcilas laba virtuve ērta gulta labs wifi , Katerīna kas uzkopa ļoti laipna un jauka. Saziņa ar host Alvaro arī viegla.

Viss bija ideāli tikai dušā ūdens remdens bet nu Tenerife var arī mazgāties remdenā.

Nice place with some spots to fix!:)

Close to the airport! Nice terras and area to chill. Quite calm place.

Water in the shower is barely warm, completely wet thick bathroom carpet and very poor yellow lighting everywhere. Broken tiles on the stairs, I got my leg injured a bit.

L'ambiance de la maison, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Il y a de l'espace, possibilité de cuisiner avec quelques produits de base. les terrasses sont agréables et la salle de bains commune n'a pas été un problème. L'aéroport est proche mais l'arrêt de bus n'était pas opérationnel à mon arrivée. C'est faisable à pieds, si on n'est pas trop chargé, mais la route est à grande circulation. J'ai préféré prendre un taxi pour 7 euros et suis arrivée en 5 mn. Il y a une petite épicerie accessible à pieds en remontant dans le village.

Great stay close to south airport

Great hosts! Large clean comfortable. Sharing bathroom with other guests was never a problem. Nice to have communal kitchen. Short walk to an authentic Canarian bar and small limited grocer both with very friendly service. A quick taxi from the airport and San Miguel marina.

It was bit far out without a car. Tour operators wouldn't come the 5 extra minutes down the highway to pick us up. Except one tour operator was great and drove us to the door after the trip. In general we had to take the bus/taxi to the next town 5 minutes on the hwy or all the way into los Americanos for your pick up. Bus stop was a 15 minute walk from the property. For a short stay we could make it work.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt na Teneryfie!

Dobra lokalizacja obiektu w pobliżu lotniska i transportu publicznego. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Ładny widok z tarasu na lotnisko i ocean. Miły gospodarz. Doskonałe wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów. Niska cena.

Perfect getaway with social atmosphere

The staff was wonderful, everything was very clean and organized. It was great meeting new people and the location was perfect for me to explore everywhere with my rental car.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Freundliche Gastgeber

Es ist wie eine freundliche WG fast. Anna hat mich sehr herzlich im Empfang genommen. Sie hat mich sofort wohl fühlen lassen. Sie strahlt Lebensfreude und Energie aus. Ihr solltet sie auf jeden Fall behalten! Alicia ist auch zuckersüß gewesen. Ich hatte leider einen Unfall und sie ist zu mir und hat mich unterstützt. Ohne Sie und Ihren Mann wäre ich aufgeschmissen gewesen. Ich fand auch die Wohnung viel besser als auf den Bilder. Anders als Erwartet. Danke für alles !

Die Lage ist zwar sehr ruhig und nah an der Bushaltestelle, jedoch ist es zu Fuß per Google Maps schwer zu finden. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall wichtig. Dafür können natürlich die Gastgeber nichts.

A great house looking at the sea with a very good staff and comfortable

The place is very well located. The staff was really helpful and respectful with my needs. Alfonso (guest) thanks again for your kindness and generosity, for your help with my rental car and patience. Thanks for any advice for places where to go and you are a great person. The house has everything you need.

I could only ask for a better mattress if anything, but overall it is really homely and lovely

Highly recommend!

This a very nice place with really atractive price. It's not very modern, it just feels like home. Kitchen has everything you need. Everything is clean. We loved the roof top with ocean/airport view. The owner was really helpful and even found us a place to sleep for additional night when he didn't have free rooms.

One bathroom sometimes was an issue. Also there were lots of ants - but I think it's not only this place's problem but whole Tenerife has to deal with it :)

Great Value for money and a lovely place to stay.

The Accomodation was very good and great value for money. There is an open space kitchen and each room has a cupboard space and Fridge shelf allocated. So you can buy your food from the local shops and cook your meals. This can save you some Money, as meals could be expensive especially when visiting the beach areas. There is a lovely gentleman in the property called Alfonso who is very helpful especially if you speak Spanish. The house keeper is a lovely French lady called Soléne. She can also communicate in English which is great. She helped me a lot with the best routes to take and locations to visit. The landlady is also lovely and called Alicia. The Property has free WIFI. From the property, there is about a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. You can take the bus number 111 from there to Los Cristianos for €2.20(one way) which is not bad.(Takes about 10-15 minutes ride).If you wish to go to Costa Adeje it will cost €2.70(one way). But also keep in mind sometimes the buses are not on time. If you love walking along the beach, you can walk from Costa Adeje all the way to Los Cristianos, but it can take a good hour or a bit more if you have short legs like me😊. Oh and from the Airport, you can take a taxi to the property and it will only cost about €9. P.s: There is no Uber in Tenerife. I will share some pictures of the property below and a few of the areas I visited. In all it was a great experience. Will definitely be coming back. I really loved the property. Great Value for money.

Great property, beautiful house and amazing hosts

The setting is amazing, the value of this property is actually completely on point. Me and my wife had a comfortable stay here and would 100% come again. The owners and the staff were lovely , well worth the money spent

You pretty much have to have a car for practicality reasons , there is a bus stop nearby to get around, but the property is a bit out of the way. Super close to the airport though. Also the bathroom looks like it has a bath. Like the cake , the bath is a lie, it only has a shower , apparently an English lady took over two hours in the bath while others needed to use the loo and such, so they had to just restrict it to shower only. Which is understandable.

Great option!!

This is a great option less than a 10 min drive from the airport, inland, up in to the hills. Big residential property on a very quite street (Only 1 or 2 other houses.) The family who own it live on the ground floor and the rooms are located on the next floor. Massive breakfast terrace that overlooks the airport and the resorts of médano and las Américas. Also roof terrace with tables and shaded chill out area. Very clean! Nice owners! The owner rented me a car for a very good price for a couple of days. Good bus connections to get to the resorts or capital Santa cruz. It's about a 10/15 min walk to the bus stop. A really peaceful place. There were a few people staying for a couple months, so that gives an idea on the price value quality. Plus only a few rooms. If you're on foot it takes more planning but it's fine there's a nice local restaurant 12 mins walking away and a small shop. It's a beautiful walk (lots of cactuses) so I really enjoyed it. And once you are familiar with the buses it's so easy. Buy a bus card at the machine at the airport for cheaper bus travel.

The walls in the 2 single rooms are a bit thin, I think 1 room has been made into 2 (so I would recommend taking a larger room.) But for most of the time I was there I didn't have a neighbour. But really can't complain with the overall price, value quality.

Wonderful stay

Alvaro and Alicia are wonderful hosts. When I arrived, Alvaro took plenty of time to show me around the house (even though he was already late for an appointment). My room was very clean and I enjoyed my daily breakfasts at the balcony - there even is a nice rooftop that you can use.

nice place super close to the airport . we spent 5 nights there and after desired to Tay 3 nights more . it’s a good option price /quality/ comfort . the host is friendly , his house has all that you need and even more 😄 free bikes, beach parasol, irons, even sun cream !😀 I recommend this place. first days we were living in twin room (with 2 beds) this room was well ventilated and with comfortable mattresses. last days we spent in double room (with one big bed) it was spacious , beautiful ( but a little bit hot ) . thank you for the hospitality and wish you good travelers in your house 💚
