Veldig flott og stort hus, stille, usjenert , Hyggelig atmosfære. Noe bratte svingete veier på vei opp ellers fint

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Vermieter hat auf jede Nachricht schnell geantwortet und die Kommunikation war immer sehr nett und positiv.

Très belle maison très bien équipée à distance du tumulte de la côte. Jardin agréable où il fait bon se reposer.

Située sur une colline, la maison bénéficie d'une situation idéale avec vue sur les collines d'en face et au loin la mer. Très bon niveau de prestations général (cuisine très bien équipée, 3 salles de bain très confortables...)

Aucune surprise, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Wir waren zu viert (zwei Pärchen) in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es liegt etwas abseits der Stadt in traumhaft ruhiger Lage. Die tägliche Fahrt zum Bäcker in die Stadt (ca. 20 Min Hin und zurück, wurde schnell zur lieb gewonnenen morgentlichen "Routine". Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts, Geschirr und Ähnliches in Mengen. Eine tolle, gepflegte Außenanlage, in der wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Pool absolut top. Perfekt wären noch ein paar einfache Auflagen für die Außenmöbel. Das "Masterschlafzimmer" mit herrlichem Blick, die Betten wirklich top. Wir konnten sehr entspannte 14 Tage in diesem Haus genießen.

Haus war gut, nur die Küchenfronten ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen, aber alle Geräte neu! Garten ein klein wenig ungepflegt, aber Terrasse und Möbel super. Auf einem recht steilen Hügel, nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, zu Fuß nur für Trainierte...

Hatten alles was man braucht

Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat sich sofort wie ein „zuhause“ angefühlt. Da wir in der Hochsaison unterwegs waren, haben wir besonders die Ruhe geschätzt. Der Pool war einfach toll. Wir haben uns für die Einzäunung entschieden, was eine super Wahl war, denn so konnte auch unsere 3 jährige Tochter auch mal ohne Aufsicht im Garten sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet viele nette Überraschungen wie die Türstopper, schöne Farbkonzepte in den Zimmern… der Außenberereich ist auch schön gestaltet mit schönen Blumen und einem tollen Lichtkonzept. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft und Tipps vorab vom Eigentümer. Dank ihm haben wir tolle Ecken abseits des Massentourismus kennen gelernt. Wer Wert auf Wellness im Urlaub legt, der ist bei der Nachbarin Florence, die ein Massagestudio betreibt (https://www.florencemassage.fr/) super aufgehoben. Sie spricht gutes Englisch. Wir haben von dem Eigentümer immer sofort Antworten auf alle Fragen erhalten. Die Lage des Ferienhaus ist auch super. Man ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit bspw. in Nizza, St Paul de Vence, Biot, Cap Ferrat, Monacco, Antibes…: Cagnes sur mer bietet auch einiges wie ein Shopping Center, Strände…

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans une magnifique avec tous le confort et matériel nécessaires. La piscine et le cadre de la maison était superbe et vraiment très joli. Les photos de l'annonce sont conforme à la réalité. Très bon séjour. Je recommande fortement. La communication avec le propriétaire était très facile et a répondu à toutes les questions que nous lui avons poser sans souci . ( pour l'arrivée à la maison notamment)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété qui bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel. Le propriétaire est disponible et arrangeant. Je recommande cette location.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et bien placée. Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la région.

Sejour agréable dans une très belle maison, très bien équipée, avec un beau jardin et piscine entretenue. Un peu loin des commerces de proximité (il faut prendre la voiture). Mais au calme. Petit bémol : les locataires précédents ont oublié de nettoyer le barbecue il semblerait...

Overall a very nice experience in a beautiful secluded villa with great view. Great pool and very useful that owner provided pool fence to protect little ones. Kitchen was well equipped. Essential to have a car as location is not walking distance from anything. Although this means it's quiet and secluded which is a plus. There are supermarkets etc within 8min drive. Villa is quite hard to keep cool in summer heat as no air con and two of the provided fans didn't work. So worth considering with children. Almost everything in villa was working properly otherwise. Overall it was very enjoyable. Many thanks

Lovely property. Only 2 toilets between 8 is a bit of an issue. Owner should perhaps highlight that a car is essential as it is a long way to shops/restaurants/bus stops. Spare bbq gas bottle would be nice as we ran out day1. Overall , great value.

very good price quality

Denne villaen har alt som skal til for å nyte en ferie på den franske riviera. Beliggende i et rolig område med flott utsikt overfor Cagnes sur Mer med en nydelig hage, svømmebasseng, patio, fire romslige dobbeltrom, tre bad, to toaletter, stue og et usedvanlig velutstyrt kjøkken. Bil er nødvendig, men det var tre P plasser til disp. Utenfor villaen. Vi storkoste oss og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wir haben haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt mit herrlicher Lage! Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, z.B. haben wir gern gekocht in dieser Küche und die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll. Man hat einen herrlichen, weiten Blick und von dort aus kann man schnell Nizza, Antibes, aber auch Grasse und St. Paul erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

We had a wonderful stay at your lovely home!!! One big suggestion would be to simplify your password for WiFi !!!! Your neighbors were very helpful, but even they thought it was long and confusing....... I would highly recommend travelers choose your home!!!

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und der Außenbereich toll gestaltet. Es ist sehr ruhig und von der Straße nicht einsehbar. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche und fahren gerne wieder hin. Obwohl der Vermieter nicht Vorort ist, steht er bei Rückfragen ständig zur Verfügung, beantwortet E-Mails umgehend und ist auch über das Handy direkt zu erreichen.

Bra kontakt med både förmedling och uthyrare innan resan. Smidigt med nyckel box för incheckning. Uber taxi nödvändigt för att komma ner till stan. Rent och snyggt i huset. Bra planering för 6-8 personer. Noggrann poolstädning på fredagen. Köket välutrustat med bra spis och kylskåp. Vi rekommenderar detta objekt.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans une maison hyper équipée. Il ne manque rien.. L'éloignement du centre ville est compensé par un calme très reposant, et ça tombe bien car c'est ce que nous recherchions.

We (2 families with children age 2-10) has just spent a week in this beautiful house. It's located in a calm and quiet area with great view of a green valley and the sea. The house was clean and the rooms nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is small but nicely kept after and the pool with it's solar heating was warm enough for the kids to play in and the adults to cool off during the warm days. The garden faces south and gets sun during most of the day and it was no problem to sit outside for most of the meals during our stay. You will need a car since it's quite far away from shops (appr 10 min with car). The area around the house is good for walking (with fantastic views of the mountains and the sea) as there is very little traffic in the area.

We had a wonderful holiday in Cagnes Sur Mer. We were here to be together with our son and his family, and my daughter who lives in Nice. The house was the perfect setting for the visit. We grilled and was in the pool with the grandkids. In addition, we saw 2 European Championship football matches on Allianz stadium. Unfortunately, Sweden lost to Belgium (my son's wife is Swedish and resides in Stockholm). A really nice house there fullfilled our expectations and a great location. I very much hope we get back
