The perfect location for the best holiday in the heritage area of Echuca, opposite Victoria Park reserve and the beautiful scenic drive, where the Campaspe meets the Murray.

The Murray River is less than a minutes walk from the front gate, guests can take a Paddle Steamer ride across to a winery or a leisurely five minute stroll to discover the Port of Echuca where you can indulge in Echuca's finest restaurants, specialty shops and explore the magic of the Historic Port, home of the largest collection of paddle steamers in the world.

Boasting 10ft ceilings, a gorgeous seated bay window, open fire place and intricate period style interior, Crofton Cottage is the ultimate in luxury accommodation for two.

The cottage is facilitated with a Queen bed, bathroom, dressing room, spacious kitchenette (including hot plate, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle), lounge chairs, open fire place, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, heating, air conditioning and all the extra trimmings that make your stay magical.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in cute Crofton Cottage. The location is fantastic! Very close to shops, restaurants and the river. Jill and Peter are friendly hosts and we were able to bring our dog along which is a big bonus. I would have no problem at all in recommending this lovely place 😊

Crofton Cottage is the perfect haven for a break from the city. Located within walking distance to the Port of Echuca and the main town the cottage is set in a quite area and has a lovely garden that is perfect for just relaxing and reading and as a playground for our dog to explore. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has a warmth that makes you feel like home when stepping inside. The hosts, did all they could to make sure our break from suburbia was all we wanted and expected it to be.

We recently had a great stay at Crofton Cottage. Nice little place in a very convenient location so close to the Port of Echuca. Aircon worked great as it was very hot during our stay. Added bonuses were Netflix and wifi if you just want to chill at home. Having a lovely park across the road was great as we brought our 2 little dogs with us. Although the cottage is located at the back of the property you get all the privacy you need. Thankyou Peter and Jill for being great hosts.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous little cottage far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Echuca to be peaceful, but near enough to walk everywhere. The garden is magnificent, a delight to look on to. The gas log fire was a lovely treat for the cooler evenings as well. A lovely couples retreat.

This cottage is in an excellent location, near the Port, shoppibg & restaurants cottage is be beautiful, well fitted out, a fire place, reverse cycle airconditioning, electric blankets, heating in the bathroom, kitchenette. Our only issue is the kitchenette - no stove. We stayed for 7 days & eventhough we improvised on occassion we got sick of eating out..
