Smooth check in. Restaurant is conveniently situated downstairs.

The blanket provided is very thin and small holes on it. Toilet drain is clogged, bathroom got flooded whenever taking a shower.

our booking was confirmed by OYO but cancelled by hotel to give priority to their own customer at day of checked in. we had to last minute look for accommodation

I really dont like that hotel.

I dont like untie staff. Ask for glass to drink but they just give plastic cup it to dirty. Ask for sejadah for prayer they dont hv.. but i think all hotel must provide atleast 1 sejadah for Muslim prayer. Hotel dont have any cabinet or table at room..

Avoid the hotel at all cost! Left me without a room even after you have a confirmed reservati

It was a nightmare, they refused me check-in in the middle of the night!

Refusal of checking in. Confirmed reservation, but they said it's full. A horrible attitude, left me stranded in the middle of the night after midnight in an unsafe dark and scary area!

Very poorly mantained room

Outside of the hotel look very dark. Rooms are very dirty and not maintained at all. Did last minute booking at night and rooms showed as available but when on site to check in, was told all rooms are full. Then the receptionist managed to find us 2 rooms which hardly used, the floor are sticky, dirty toilet, 3 pin plug that came off, mosquitoes and cockroach seen in the room. The room smells naftalena (anti cockroach chemical compound). Left immediately at 5am in the morning. Not recommended at all.
