About this house rental
Our house is a single unit property in the Caramujeira area, known for its vineyards, beautiful holiday homes and for its location close to many typical Algarve beaches. The house is placed within a beautiful 2800 sqm garden with the typical fauna of the Algarve: orange trees, almond trees, palm trees and lots of flowers and bushes. The house is surrounded by terraces. There is also a 50 sqm swimming pool and a barbecue.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a living room with a fireplace, an extra dining room, separated from the living room by an archway and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the apartment on 1st floor, there is one bedroom, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower and a beautiful terrace.
The beach is within 2 km distance: You can reach the typical Algarve beaches with their known rockformations within 10 minutes by car.
The house is located in a calm countryside area close to the sea and within 15 minutes by car to Carvoeiro, with its' picturesque centre and Armação de Pera with the fishermen's "lota" and the market, where the fresh fish is then sold. In both towns you can find very good restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
There are several golf courses near Carvoeiro and Armação de Pera. The beaches in our area are beautifully surrounded by rocks and the local vegetation. The shore is ideal for walks along the sea. You can start these walks also directly from the house. If you wish to change the view, the beach from Armação de Pera to Salgados is also very recommendable.
There are also two marinas nearby: Portimão and Albufeira. Another attraction is the boat trip from Ferragudo to visit the dolfins. Little children certainly like to go to the Aqua Park "Slide and Splash" in Lagoa or to "Zoomarine" in Guia.
For shopping lovers, there are shopping centres in Portimão, Albufeira and a Designer Outlet close to the highway before turning to Faro.

I would fully recommend this house to anyone. The house is located in a quiet area, and only 10 min drive from Carvoeiro and also Armacao de Pera and only 2.5Km from the Benagil Caves and the lovely beach of Marinha Beach.
The house is super equipped and a fabulously large pool. I would very happily go back. Adrienne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. We really had a great time. Thank you.!.

Excellent villa with beautiful pool. Well equipped ,very clean and quiet , relaxing location close to lovely beach.
Only negative was the lack of of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable to sleep .

Vom ersten Tag an Urlaub pur
Schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks merkten wir, dass wir die richtige Entscheidung für unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in Portugal getroffen hatten. Die Beschreibung für die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe war sehr präzise, genauso wie schon die Wegbeschreibung vom Flughafen Faro bis zum Haus.
Die Bilder, die gezeigt werden, entsprechen voll der Realität. Wir bewohnten zu sechst das Erdgeschoss, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine Gästetoilette, ein gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche standen uns zur Verfügung. Und mit sehr gut meine ich auch sehr gut: es waren genügend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser vorhanden, Töpfe, Pfannen, scharfe Messer usw. Einfach perfekt!!!
Der Außenbereich ist großzügig gestaltet, der Pool wurde rege genutzt, für jeden gab es eine Liege und die Terasse war unser durchgehender Aufenthaltsort. Sonnige Frühstücksmomente und lauschige Abende mit Meerblick waren an der Tagesordnung.
Da man in einer ländlichen Gegend ist, sollte man sich nicht von krähenden Hähnen oder manchmal auch Hundegebell stören lassen.
Im Ganzen können wir das Haus und auch die Vermieterin, die immer prompt auf Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist, weiterempfehlen!!!

Un séjour très agréable en Algarve
Une villa spacieuse et agréable, bien située dans cette belle région de l’Algarve, proche de tous les points touristiques. La piscine est très belle et les plages accessibles à pieds par de petits chemins.

hele mooie, grote en rustige vakantiewoning vlak bij zee
Een grote vakantiewoning . Alle ruimtes groot. Keuken goed uitgerust. Mooi ruim zwembad. Mooi uitzicht op zee in de verte. Aangenaam terras.
Vlak bij (2 km) het mooie strand van Marinha en Benagil (2.5 km). Op 10 minuten afstand grote supermarkten.

Voll ausgestattete Villa in super Lage direkt am Hang, mit Meerblick und fußläufig zu schönen Badebuchten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Villa très bien située dans un endroit calme avec une très belle vue. La maison est bien équipée et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et répondent rapidement à toute les demandes. Très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.

Most enjoyable - no hidden surprises...
The house is beautiful and clean, we never encountered a rental property that clean before - a real home away from home.
The rural locations is nice too (car a must), but unfortunately, some of the neighbours make ill-use of that situation and party quite a bit and the music bangs away at night – but we might just have hit a bad week. It is difficult to locate which house causes the disturbance due to the distance of them all.
We were five adults and two dogs and never felt cramped in – the terrace; the pool and the house itself with its various zones leave plenty of space for everyone.
Surprises are the gardener and the pool attendant; they arrive at their leisure and are just suddenly there and just leave the gate open while they are there - maybe they could be asked to at least announce themselves to the people in the house.
While we were there, one afternoon the gardener came with his chain saw and started cutting trees – on Saturday, when we left, he could have done that without disturbing anybody…

Toller Urlaub!
Wir (Eltern und vier Kinder) waren eine Woche in der Casa. Alles war super, das Haus traumhaft schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wunderschöne Strände ganz in der Nähe, viele inspirierende Ausflugsziele und der Pool wurde von den Kindern, wann immer möglich, in Beschlag genommen:-) Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und nett. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Gerne wieder!
Wir haben und gleich in das Haus und den Pool verliebt und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einige der schönsten Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und max. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist für ein Ferienhaus top! Wir kochen gerne und die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt! Wenn man im Urlaub eine Kombination zwischen faulen Pooltagen und Ausflügen plant, ist das Haus optimal geeignet. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt ( sehr zu empfehlen der Intermarche Richtung Strand in Lagoa, oder der etwas exklusivere, aber top sortierte Apolonia in Lagoa).
Klasse war ebenfalls, dass wir weder Handtücher im Bad, noch für den Pool mitbringen mussten.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag unsererseits wäre, dass es feste Tage und Zeiten für die Poolreiniger und Gärtner gibt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ferienhaus mit einigen Mängeln
Das Feriehaus hat eine super Lage, müsste aber unbedingt renoviert werden.Ein grosses Minus, keine Klimaanlage! Spülmaschine innen komplett verrostet, geputzt war nur teilweise, Liegestühle teilweise kaputt und in schlechtem Zustand, alles in allem, das ganze Haus ist veraltet !Nachts, da wir mit den Fenstern offen schliefen, furchtbares Hundegebell und Hühnergekacker, da kann man nicht ausgeruht sein!

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und wir fühlten uns in der Ferienvilla ausgesprochen wohl, es fehlte an nichts.

Very nice place to stay
The house was very large with well furnished rooms and garden. The pool was a great size with plenty of space around it to lounge in. The direction of the house meant the pool was in the shadows from around 6pm onwards which meant nice cool evenings.
The three double bedrooms were well sized and the beds comfy. The ensuite was lovey too.
The kitchen was functional and well equipped with pots pans dishwasher etc.
The living room was lovey, nice fireplace and really comfortable sofas.
All in all a really nice place.

Superb Villa in great secluded location
Lovely villa with great facilities, we booked only the ground floor 3 bedrooms as we were only 3 people. Pool great and considering the weather warm enough to swim, very unobtrusive maid service. Super communication from the owner on all details including last minute update for new roundabouts. Great views to the sea and east and not at all overlooked by any surrounding villas.
Would recommend this villa as long as you have a car, but it is easy to find even in the dark, and only 10-15 minutes drive to one of the best restaurants in Europe.

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Anwesen im Herbst 2008 entdeckt und im Juli 2009 unseren Sommerurlaub dort verbracht.
Wenn man nicht unbedingt den Trubel von Albufeira, Praia da Rocha oder Armacao sucht,überzeugt Casa dos Lobos in allen Belangen.
Ein Objekt welches mehr bietet als die Presentation im Netz verspricht.
Ideal für Großfamilien oder einen Urlaub mit Großeltern.
Das Servicepersonal ( Poolservice, Reinigungskräfte ) waren überaus freundlich, gründlich und diskret.
Absolut empfehlenswert.
