About this villa rental

Excellent private location, Beach 2.5kms, table tennis, wifi, A/C

This private house is located in the Quinta da Balaia complex. It is a lovely cool summer house for up to 10+1 people, with covered outside dining area, barbecue, table tennis, grassed areas, located very close to the tennis center and on-site mini market. It is also within walking distance of the areas of Oura and Santa Eulália where there are many restaurants, cafes and bars.

Santa Eulália beach - where there is an excellent restaurant and cafe - is approximately 2.5 km from the villa.

The main house has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room (with free cable TV and WiFi).

There is an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower next door.

The second air-conditioned twin bedroom (can also be prepared as a double) shares a bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom is a family room. It has 4 single beds that can be made up as 2 double beds.
This spacious family room can also be described as 2 double rooms connected by an open arch, which is ideal for families with young children.

The master suite is very spacious, has air conditioning, a double bed and views of the pool and garden. It has patio doors that give direct access to the external areas. This suite features a private bathroom.

There is also a separate annexe (with private bathroom) which is the 5th bedroom in the villa. This annex is to the side of the house but has a separate entrance, so it's perfect for teens or adults who want more privacy. It has a sofa bed that can be used as a single bed. It also has air conditioning

Next to the villa there is also a laundry room with extra fridge and washing machine.

Outside you will find a spacious pool area (pool measures 10m x 5m) as well as a full size table tennis table. (pool towels, rackets and table tennis balls provided).

There is a spacious garden area around the pool, mainly grassed. The built-in barbecue is located under the covered terrace and has a table and chairs for barbecues on summer evenings. There is lighting throughout the garden as well as sun loungers by the pool.

Reservations are only accepted for guests under 25 years of age if staying with their parents.
Parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

From May 2024, a tourist tax of 2 euros per night per person will be charged, for bookings between May and October, for guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Fantastic property, great for families and friends. Very private, large garden with amazing pool. Really enjoyed our stay. The host Helena, was brilliant, really helpful from the start of selecting the Villa, through to questions during the stay. She also met us shortly after we arrived. An amazing stay.

11 of us stayed at the villa as a 3 generation family aged from 67 down to 6. We all loved our stay. The villa was perfect, plenty of space for everyone. We all loved the pool. I dealt with Cristiana and she was great. We had 2 issues while were there and she had them sorted straight away. Even got a drain cleaner there in 2 hours. I would definitely return to the area and use the villa again.

Gorgeous villa which is very private and within walking distance of an Aldi. The villa is spacious and has a large pool. Ubers were cheap to the strip and old town. Lovely owner who is very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The property was fantastic and everything was as listed in the advert. I would say that actually the property was better than it looked. We had all the amenities you could ask for and everything was clean and tidy. Checking in Initially took a little second due to miscommunication but that was rectified quickly. Overall I would highly recommend.

It was wonderful to have a home available that suited our vast needs as a family. Being on one floor was easy and it was spacious enough to have peaceful naps away from others. We did find that the night time Quiet time was not respected by nearby houses. The grounds were lovely and distance to a small store was appreciated. The beach was not within walking distance nor was shopping. We were glad to have our cars.

Generally, very good but the annexe accommodation could not be used. The pull out single bed covers the entire floor space which means there is nowhere to stand. It also blocks the door which makes an emergency exit hazardous. Additionally, the shower in the annexe flooded the bathroom floor.

Great Villa for what we wanted. Close enough to town and beach. Enjoyed the outside kitchen and dining area. Kids loved the pool. Table tennis table a bonus. Agree with other review that site could do with refresh. Disappointed to see restaurant closed. (Had been for some time)

A beautiful villa with plenty of space.

We had 10 girls staying and it was perfect. The outdoor space was stunning with a large pool. The outdoor seating area, along with the bbq and ping pong table was ideal! The inside of the villa was better than the pictures. It was really quaint and clean. There was plenty of room for us all. The complex was quite run down so I wouldn’t expect great facilities but that didn’t bother us as we only wanted the pool and the towns. The strip was a 5 minute taxi ride and Uber was quick. The old town lots of lovely restaurants, more so along the beachfront. The nightlife was awesome. We booked matts bar for VIP which was definitely worth it. They were great and was a great atmosphere! Would definitely go back to this villa.
