The Blue Seahorse on 30A is a 2BR/2.5 BA beach town-home located along the beautiful 'Emerald Coast', in the Blue Mountain Beach area of 30A.

While staying at the town-home you will be able to enjoy its many comforts and amenities. From quite mornings on the balcony, sipping that first cup of coffee to exciting afternoons at the beach and poolside. You will discover that you have found the perfect vacation spot at the Blue Seahorse.

The Blue Seahorse features an open concept living, kitchen and dining area, and is the perfect layout for spending time together, or spreading out in your own space! It offers a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, a spacious living area with 55" T.V., Bar-b-Que Gas grill with table and chairs on the main patio, and bistro table and chairs on the second floor balcony. The master suite has a comfy - King size bed and private bath with walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom is a Queen Suite that includes a day bed with trundle as well as a private bath and balcony with a partial gulf view!

This townhouse was perfect for a family! I have stayed in many places in the area and this was the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Kathy was wonderful to deal with and was always quick to responding. My only complaint was there wasn’t a ton of extra towels so we had to wash every single day and there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment have everything you will need (except a bottle opener:-) It’s a great location, close to everything and the beach is just beautiful. Kathy from iTrip was great to work with. She was responsive, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use this renting agency again.

This condo has been nicely updated and is in great location in Blue Mountain Beach. There are three buildings and this townhouse is in the middle building. Nice open plan on second level with well-equipped kitchen (no wine opener though), Bedrooms are on the third level. The garage and grilling porch are on the ground level, but we never accessed either one. It was a quick easy walk to the beach steps. There is a seating area at the top of the steps if you don't want to go down to the beach, but that sugar white beach and that crystal water are not to be missed up close. We would definitely return! A few words of caution though: 1) The wi-fi signal pulsed on and off all five days that we were there. If you need reliable wi-fi, you may want to take a hotspot. 2) The condo has 3 big Samsung TVs, but we had recurring issues getting games on a big football weekend. Take your own streaming device. 3) Allow recovery time between showers. Hot water barely lasted for two normal showers.

The upper level showed steps but the main level had even more steps and it was misery for us with knee and hip replacements to carry up everything. The place said partial gulf view. Maybe a sliver. Main view is a parking lot and on the other side the pool. Not even close to enough towels and washcloths AND laundry is in the garage all the way down plus the dryer takes 3 full cycles to dry. The steps to the beach are about 7 flights and we were miserable so only went down once. This place is nothing special and not for anyone who can’t do stairs let alone carry luggage up then up. Never again will I not know EVERYTHING. I am ready for a restful vacation to recover from this

We loved staying at the Blue Seahorse! It was all the room and space we needed for 7 of us. It was nice to have 2 parking spaces. The fridge was big and the freezer makes ice - a big plus! The private beach is wonderful. It was nice to be able to bring our own beach gear down and not have to rent chairs. (You can rent if you choose.) The beds were comfy. Our 12 year old daughter loved having the pool right outside our door. We ate at The Cowboy Kitchen, Blue Mabel, 98 BBQ, The Red Bar, Stinky's, Red FishTaco, drove to Destin to eat at Boshamps one night, and visited Seaside one afternoon. The kids enjoyed having the bikes and would bike to the local coffee and ice cream shops. We did lose water for an entire day, which was inconvenient and messed up our dinner plans with no one being able to shower. Other than that- the trip was perfect and the place was so lovely. Will be coming back for sure!

The Blue Seahorse condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The location and beach could not be better and there are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is situated atop a high dune and there are quite a few steps down to the beach. If stairs are hard for you, you can walk (or drive) two blocks to the public beach access.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Bluffs #12. It was like being at home away from home, but in paradise. We love the Blue Mountain Beach area, and the condo did not disappoint at all.

We really liked it, they were sure to include anything you might need. The garage was packed with beach chairs, toys, inflatables! Everyone mentions the steps to the beach, but all the properties around have a lot of steps, my husband and I are 73 and we were able to manage. I don't think the online pictures do justice, the grounds were prettier

The Sea Bluffs condos were perfect for our group. We loved the lower level garage which allowed us an easy place to house our sandy beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The house was very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, wonderful stay.

We loved the location! The beach access was great and being able to bike everywhere was a great bonus too. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle of Seaside but close enough to go if we wanted to.

The place is great! Steps (yes quite a few) to the beach. A beautiful beach! Walking distance to shops and restaurants and of course kids favorite the Creamery. Centrally located along the wonderful 30A is key! The place is beautifully decorated and far enough from the street you don't hear traffic too much. The kitchen is well stocked and has a nice supply of smaller appliances like crock pot, blender, hand mixer, chopper. The crock pot was key to have dinner cooking during the long beach days! The binder of local info is a really nice touch as well. We used that info a few times. Blue Mountain is a great town amd this place is great to call home while staying there.

This may have been one of our favorite vacations ever. Very relaxing. Weather could of been better but that didn't really matter. Location was perfect. Beach was beautiful and clean. Condo was well equipped and very comfortable for our family of 4. Location was perfect. Just steps from the ocean. Took long walks everyday in every direction and felt safe and secure. We patronized all the local establishments and everyone we met was friendly and very hospitable. We will definitely be back, maybe even this year.

We enjoyed the condo. Very close to beach. The weather was warm but cloudy with rain some days. We love the area close to restaurants you can walk to. Would go back there. We wanted to use the bikes but the tires needed air. We were going to walk them up to the bike shop but decided to walk the beach instead.

Had a wonderful vacation at the seahorse. The steps were a good workout for this sixty something couple and loved walking along the beautiful uncrowded beaches. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the location is just a short drive to lots of great restaurants. The condo was spotless and quiet and on the day the red tide came in and the beach was not safe, the pool was a nice way to spend our afternoon. Highly recommend.

The Blue Seahorse is just as advertised. We brought a wagon to take stuff to beach and didn’t even use it! There are about 70 steps on stairs, which is about the same as most places we’ve stayed. Very close to beach. Beautiful place inside. Clean comfy beds and linens. 1/2 bath off kitchen which was a nice surprise because I don’t think that is in description. Love the big fridge! Pool was nice. That part of beach was way less crowded than other neighboring complexes so we were pleased! Used LDV for chair service & well worth it. Not a beach view, but that was not advertised so I was not expecting one. But I could still hear the ocean waves from the condo which was nice. Would come back!

We had a fabulous time. Our only knock is not on the property itself but on the property mgt company who told some cosmetic repairs were being done to an adjacent balcony when in reality the entire building was having a complete exterior renovation done. No parking, nails all over, lifts and scaffolding blocking our staircase, workers on our balconies and in our garage. I just wished that the property mgt was more upfront and it would have been a five star all the way. Instead, they won’t call me back. As far as the unit itself, it is stunning and we would go back instantly! Mike

The condo itself is very nice and perfect for a family. We had 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 4 & 10) and had the perfect amount of room. The washer/dryer is downstairs in the garage, which didn’t bother us. The beach is super close which we love. There are 71 steps on the stairs that lead to the beach. It’s fine for us but maybe not for an older couple. The only bad thing I could say was that there was construction going while we were staying, which we were not informed of. So waking up to the sound of machinery operating and hammering was not pleasant. We also found large nails in the driveway and parking lot. So that was super disappointing. If it wasn’t for that, I would give this place 5 stars for sure.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend getaway and the place is very adorable and accurate to the listing. The house is very close to the beach, and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and updated. The only issue we had was not having enough blankets to sleep 7 people, but that was only a minor issue! Would most definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our Florida visit and this property was a big reason why. Great convenient private access to the beach. It was clean upon arrival and had a broom handy for a quick sand sweep. It was spacious downstairs for 5 of us be in the kitchen/ breakfast area and have plenty of space to eat and cook. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Will definitely be coming to stay again!

Lovely, clean, beachy and bright condo. Even the Tommy Bahama dishes added to the fun of being at the beach. Kitchen was supplied with plenty of cooking pans and utensils for a long stay. The bathrooms were well stocked with clean, fluffy towels. Good closet and drawer space for all of our needs. Could have used a blanket left in the closet for some cool nights we experienced during a winter month and a printed TV channel guide as we could not figure out how to get it to come up on the TV itself. We enjoyed the close access of the 30A bike and walking trail, as well as, the good restaurants in the area. The location was great. Sorry the cool February temperatures did not allow the pool to be usable., but we did enjoy some time out on the three balconies on this unit.

The condo was very clean and very spacious. We were sad we couldn’t see the beach from our room but it was very close still. There was a gate to get out to the beach, and a gate to get back in our area from it. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil we needed and the fridge was very clean and nice. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a quiet get-away that’s close to the beach, I would highly recommend this location. They had everything we needed in the house from kitchen wares, shower commodities, and plenty of beach supplies. It was like we were living in our own home rather than some kind of hotel. Highly recommend this location to anyone and would definitely come back again.

Really nice condo, everything was clean and in good working order. Great location, 30A community and beach are awesome!! Plus lots of bike trails when you need a break from the beach. There are a lot of steps, in the condo and to the beach. But this was not a problem for us.
