This commodius 650 square feet unit features 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Bed(s), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in a common area. Maximum of 6 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range.

NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security.

The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

The unit we stayed at was great. Clean, spacious and well stocked. The property as a whole is nice as well. Lots of free things to do on site. Not too far from downtown Dells or other activities but nice to return to peace and quiet at the end of the day.

I was pleasantly surprised. For the price I think it was great. A few minor things could have been different, like the windows needed washed, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't really do anything (probably not connected to any duct to take steamy air out), and I wished the property had sidewalks to get to the clubhouse. But it was a cute little cabin and we enjoyed our time there!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The pool areas need a little work. We wanted to us the indoor pool on a rainy day and the water slide was broke and the water was murky. Cabins were nice sized and homey.

The cottage we stayed in was super cute and clean! It was perfect for our family! The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved all of the amenities on the property! The porch/deck was amazing with the rocking chairs! I would highly recommend this cottage for families with children. It was roomy enough for our children to play but small enough for a cozy feel. Mulligans had amazing food and drinks. They even have Starbucks coffee on site. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had! We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great vacation skiing at cascade mountain. We loved the cabin. It would have been nice to have fire wood since there is a wood burning fire place. It also would have been helpful to have a better way of disposing of trash. The pool was gross and cold! Overall we really liked the place and having our own cabin.

We used the pleasant cottage as a base for day adventures (boat trip, crane exhibet, circus, etc.). the location is excellent for that, but we made little use of facilities except miniature gold -- fun.

Suite was just a typical hotel style, not very cabin like. Didn't realize it was a timeshare property. Not happy with sales pitch atmosphere. Having to book like we knew the "owner" felt kinda shady. Overall, wished it was a cabin experience instead of what we had.

This cabin was perfect for a family of 4! We enjoyed the screened in porch with the grill top! I loved that it had a small washer and dryer. We enjoyed the indoor pool at the facility daily. I also loved getting Starbucks and eating at mulligans on the property. Very clean and quiet!

Five days of FUN!

Thank you for a very nice week. The property was clean. Pools were very accessible and clean. This was the first time I have traveled with my granddaughters. We span from 69 - 14 yo. We were close enough with just a short drive to all the waterparks and activities in the Dells but far enough away that it was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. Watching the birds and squirrels in the quiet was great first thing in the morning. We will be back.
