About this house rental
Our spacious, 3,500 square foot house is located on the largest and most scenic lake in the heart of Innsbrook. Alpine Lake is a 240-acre lake and Innsbrook is a serene lake community on 7,500 wooded acres that is a short 50-mile drive from St. Louis.
Our property is completely surrounded by the tranquil woods of Innsbrook, with barely a view of any neighbors. The house is on two levels. After parking in the roomy, three-car garage, you enter via the upper level. You are in the wide open Great Room with stunning views of the lake, an open kitchen with an island for cooking and a gas powered fire place. An exit to the left will put you on a huge wood deck with BBQ pit, patio furniture and nice sunset views.
On the other side of the Great Room are the two upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has an open view of the lake, while the second bedroom faces the front path, wood bridge, stream and woods. Past the two bedrooms is the master bath with lake view. In addition to a large walk-in shower, there is an over-sized tub, which is perfect for relaxing. The walk in closet is the size of a small bedroom.
When you head downstairs, you walk right into the wide open room containing a big screen TV, several DVDs and a full-sized billiards table. Both bedrooms downstairs have direct views of the lake. The second full bath is in-between them and contains an over-sized shower. Outside the downstairs entrance is a small patio that also offers great views of the lake. This deck takes you to a rock pathway leading down to the wood dock. This area is also fantastic for sunsets with the pink hue reflecting right off of the lake. You can fish off of the dock or take our full-sized canoe out on the lake to hunt for additional fishing spots. For your water sport amusement, we also provide kayaks, paddle boards, rafts/floaties and noodles.
Innsbrook offers a championship, 18-hole golf course, huge swimming pool with a view of Lake Aspen, tennis courts, horse stables, various hiking trails, over 100 lakes (some with beaches), conference center, and several events throughout the year.

Our entire family was grateful to have found such a wonderful home to spend time together in. The home was beautiful and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time in the lake with the canoe and paddle boards. We did some fishing and the view from the house was amazing. Andy was a text away if needed, and we ended up not needing anything. Thank you, Andy, for sharing your home!!!

Amazing home on Innsbrook’s most beautiful lake! It was the perfect venue to host our family of ten for a week! This spacious home literally comes with everything you need to keep everyone entertained. From the lake toys to the kitchen tools/service for 12 and the 3 car garage to protect your cars from storms they have carefully included every amenity you could think of. The sunsets are spectacular and the lake is clean and clear! Another factor you may not know about is the road is paved all the way to this house allowing you to forgo a rocky/dusty experience. Communication was quick and easy and Andy was super accommodating! We look forward to staying here again for our annual family vacation!

We had a great family visit at the house. By far the best stocked vacation rental home we have ever stayed at. From the kitchen to the water toys we had everything we needed and more. Would absolutely recommend this property.

We had everything we needed for our family vacation. We needed privacy for our family and most listings have bunk rooms. Here you will have 4 Queens, 1 King and a Futon. There were plenty of water toys and I highly recommend a sunset kayak. We had Gateway Golf Cars LTD deliver a 6 seater golf cart and also rented a pontoon boat. I would like to stay here every summer, it was that great!

this is a wonderful property on the lake. There were hiking trails near the dam, which is walkable from the house. We had plenty of room with the upstairs .The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order and clean.

Amazing house. We VRBO often and I’m serious about my cooking. This kitchen ranks in my Top 2 among all the VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. The lot is beautiful with several deer in the yard. I give this place an A+

This large lovely property was a great getaway for my birthday. Andy was quick to respond with flexible hospitality. Access into the home was very easy, and once inside the layout is perfect for large groups. Andy made his home welcoming for our olde dog, also.
We loved working in the large well-planned kitchen with views of the lake. Beautiful sunlight beams thru the large windows & bounces off the hardwood floor. Dramatic!
After a fun day kayaking and canoeing, we hung out on the deck with our beer & prosecco for sunset. If we had more time, we would have gone swimming and played a game - there are many activities to choose from right inside the house. It was so nice to have quiet days and dark quiet nights; we appreciate Innsbrook's policies to keep the peaceful setting. We will remember this home for our next - hopefully LONGER - getaway.

The property was amazing, everything that you needed for a few days get away.. Beautiful lake, only a few yards from the house. We took the canoe out a couple of days. The canoe was easy to paddle around on the quite and smooth surface lake. We saw so much wildlife just walking around the property. A very relaxing place to spend time with our family. We will return to unwind again..

Wonderful property with expansive and private views. With lots of toys -- including professional grade paddle boards and kayaks and canoe and on and on! Have never seen so many floating and paddle options. Alpine Lake is pristinely clean. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths -- perfect for our family. Beautiful road with easy to use 3 car garage. Plenty of trees and bushes to almost make front of house invisible from road. Private, large cove with lovely, expansive views of lake. Great golf course we enjoyed.

This is a beautiful place at Innsbrook with 4 bedrooms and alot of room to spread out or plenty of places to gather for meals and games. This is family time meeting halfway fron Kansas and Chicago. We enjoyed ourselves on the beautiful lake. Andy is wonderful to work with and answer all my questions quickly.

What a perfect place for family and friends. Innsbrook is such a hidden getaway and this house had everything to make for a perfect week. The owner was a great communicator and answered all questions we had promptly. We will be back!!

The house is perfectly stocked and we found everything we needed (kids life jackets, paddle boards, towels, stocked kitchen, blankets and games). We enjoyed it proximity to the pool, courts and cafe. It is also very convenient to the St Louis airport. Andy was a very helpful and communicative host.

We hosted a bridal shower one day. Had a family gathering one day. The bride and bride's maid had hair and makeup done professionally in the master bathroom.

This was a perfect home for our family! We came for our son's wedding in downtown St. Louis and this gorgeous home was a wonderful place to spend time with family relaxing away from the busy wedding activities.
We had a wonderful time staying here. All of the furniture and everything in the house was very nice and comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of our family. The views out the windows were amazing and so serene. We loved that the owners provided water activities for us to enjoy when we were at the house. We were able to paddle board for the first time ever! Such fun!

Andy is a thoughtful and responsive host. We loved the large windows and high ceiling. The house was immaculate and inviting. It is a relaxing and peaceful setting. We all plan on coming back. We’ve been renting homes in Innsbrook for close to 10 years and this is our favorite home.

This home was absolutely beautiful, had more than enough room for me and my 4 kids to spread out and relax. The lake view is amazing and property grounds are lovely. We loved the furniture and decor. We were impressed with the available items - coffee pods, kitchen items, towels and extra blankets, as well as the super cool couch in lower level that had phone charging stations! Andy was so kind and thoughtful, and he stayed in communication with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Will definitely book this place again!

This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, impeccably clean, and has stunning views of the lake. Property was perfect for our needs. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was completely stocked and they had plenty of stuff for the water. Access to the backyard around the house was a little steep but there is a walk out door in the basement. Overall great property and close to beaches/hiking.

The house is spacious with many great features, including access to the lake with a large dock, paddle boat, plenty of rafts, a patio at the back door, and a huge deck off the well stocked, well organized kitchen.
Andy is a very responsible host, just a text or phone call away if needed. If you can't have fun here, you are not even trying!

This is our second year staying at this property and we just love it! Andy has such great communication and did everything to make our trip amazing!! We love all the amenities of the house and he has a ton of lake toys and boats to enjoy!!

Great Time
Enjoyed our time at this house! Played pool and swam most of the time! Paddle board was a great hit with the grandkids! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and right on the water!!
Very spacious home, with beautiful lake views. The home was very well-kept and access to owner very easy. We had a fun week there, swimming everyday and made a couple of treks into St. Louis! Only negative for us was it was a small lake and not much boating activity.

Beautiful lake view
We had an amazing time here. The house is big enough for all 8 adults, 1 kid, and 1 dog to be comfortable. Fishing off the dock was a blast, even though we never caught that massive bass that was taunting us from the middle of the cove. Maybe next time!
Be prepared: that hike up the steps from the dock to the house can be daunting in 95-degree weather!
In the end, our stay here was great. We all wished we could have had a few more days, especially since it started to cool off on the last morning!

NICE PROPERTY with GREAT LAKE ACCESS
Our family enjoyed a long weekend at Innsbrook resort. The lake is a short walk from the house to the dock. We enjoyed the canoe, kayak and paddle board. The home is very spacious and is secluded, while there are neighbors, you really can't see the them. Great views from the very large bank of windows that run the length of the house, kitchen through the great room! Innsbrook has a new pool complex, but on the July 4th weekend they were at capacity, but we had the lake! Also a very nice golf course with 18 holes. A very enjoyable weekend!
