Rocky Close is a lovely house situated on the outskirts of St Ives, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms: one double with en-suite shower room, one super-king-size with en-suite shower room and two twins, able to sleep a total of eight guests and served by a family shower room and bathroom. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, an additional sitting room and utility. Outside has a wrap-around decking area with furniture and a hot tub. Rocky Close is a wonderful choice for a coastal break to Cornwall. Please note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150
Amenities: Woodburning stove. Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Wrap-around decking area with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles and pub 0.6 miles. One well-behaved pet is welcome. EV charging point, use included in the rent. Please note.
