About this cabin rental
Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom less than 10 year old New Hampshire cabin sleeps up to 10. Great WiFi and Full House Generator in case of power outages!
We LOVE renting to FAMILIES with children who will enjoy and respect our property as if it was their own.
Our cabin is right on the snowmobile trail and easy access to ATV trail. Also is a perfect and popular ATV & hunting area. Located centrally on a wooded and private lot right off Hill Road. We are approximately 3 miles to both Back Lake and Lake Francis. Beautiful large front porch with 2 person swing and 6 person picnic table. We also have 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and 1 child kayak , outside fire pit and a gas grill you are free to use. If the propane is empty, you must replace. Must purchase your own firewood. NO PETS. NO SMOKING/VAPING. Master bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Third bedroom has 2 sets of full/twin bunk beds. Mudroom has a full sized futon. Blow up queen bed with built in pump in the downstairs bedroom closet available for use. Washer and Dryer Available for use (please bring your own detergent). Close to all lakes and restaurants. About 1.5 miles to Buck Rub Pub and about a 5-7 minute drive to Back Lake or Lake Francis. Five beautiful lakes within a 10 mile radius of the cabin. Linens/Towels available.
IMPORTANT--- This is our family's vacation home so the house WILL have some personal items in the closets and cabinets. Games, DVD’s, condiments, bathroom toiletries.......you can “borrow” anything we have. It is all there for your use. We simply ask that you respect our personal property and upon leaving, you leave our home the way you find it. While you are there, respect it and enjoy it!!! We hope you love it as much as we do. Quiet with very little traffic or noise. We all enjoyed our stay, could get right on the trails to ride from the cabin. Beds were comfortable.
Could use more utensils, as we were washing them often or I should have just brought plastic wear. Otherwise kitchen was well equipped for us. Would stay again.

Perfect cabin in the perfect location! Everything was exactly as described, clean and adorable. The cabin is nestled away but has easy trail access without sleds running through the backyard all night/day. The location is close to everything for those not riding the entire stay and there was plenty of yard for the kids to play in the snow. The owners were very responsive and answered all our questions quickly and promptly. We had 4 adults and 4 children between the ages of 11 and 14 and the cabin was just the right size for all of us to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We had 2 families at the property in mid July & we really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer available on site. We enjoyed riding the ATV trails that we could access from the house. Thanks for hosting us!

Family vacation to the North Woods!!
The cabin was perfect for our family. Very quiet location on a dead end road but excellent trail access. Home was well stocked with everything that was needed. Very warm on the cold nights! Communication with Amanda was just right and all the instructions we needed were clearly outlined. A large driveway area was cleared of snow and ready for trailer parking on arrival. Thanks so much!!

What an absolute gem!!!
After a previous booking with another property fell through due to owner having to cancel the day before our trip we were fortunate to have found this property. Everything was fantastic. The location, the size, the access to the snowmobile trail system. Very private and cozy. We had such a great stay and can’t wait to return. We loved having the mud room entrance for gear and getting read, the availability and use of the washer and dryer. It was great to be able to utilize the new gas grill. Owner communication was excellent as well. Thank you for sharing your lovely North woods home.

Easy access to trails, nice accommidations,, plenty of sleeping places and close to food and fuel. We will stay here again!!!

Good place to stay.
Overall, accommodations were fine, comfortable with a great cabin ambiance. Two concerns were there is no handrail for the stairway and there was a lot of personal clothing hanging on the walls.

Family 4X4 Getaway
Had an awesome stay in this ATV trailside home. Everything was clean and cozy after our long days of 4X4ing. We had the best sunsets each night on the trail up the street. We were bummed to learn that the gas grill didn't work, but we made do by getting food from Young's to cook at the house. We look forward to our next stay.

Great location with a few issues
We loved this house and the location. There were plenty of beds and the porch is great to sit on and just relax. The decor was very warm and inviting. We wished we had been given the code for the key box before we got there so we weren't scrambling to figure out how to get inside. Then we realized the refrigerator and freezer were filled with either the owner or the previous tenant's food, so we had no place to store the food we brought. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the well and hot water heater, but eventually we figured that out. Some of the linens had an odor, but fortunately there is a washer and dryer, so we washed them to be sure they were clean. There is no garbage removal and the instruction tell you that you have to take your garbage to a "transfer station" or be charged $10 per bag. On the Friday we were to leave I was finally able to find the transfer station only to find out that it was closed on Fridays (and several other days). So what was I supposed to do with all of that garbage and recycling?
