Our family of 6 had plenty of space. It was in a great location and the host was wonderful and accommodating.

No cuenta con buena higiene y limpieza

La atención de Claudio fue muy buena.

La higiene del lugar no fue la que fue descrita en la página. Las sabanas, toallas, almohadas, etc. tenían un olor a humedad y daba la impresión de que no había sido lavadas. Las almohadas y colchones no eran de calidad. La limpieza de los instrumentos de cocina, daba mucho que desear. Los vasos estaban sucios y los cubiertos también. En general no tenía buena limpieza.

Excellent residence for families or small groups.

Plenty of room for a family with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioners in each room, and the washing machine was very handy! The property manager is excellent and extremely proactive with communication, also providing tips on things to do and places to eat. The apartment is a close walk to a Metro station and bus stops. Highly recommend.

Great apartment + great location + great host = perfect stay in Rome!

The apartment was super clean and spacious. There were TV's in each of the bedrooms, as well as the lounge and having access to WiFi was also great. The bedrooms were a great size and slippers were also provided as the floors were tiled. There is also a great sized kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, oven, sink and coffee machine, which was great to be able to prepare our own food/snacks on demand for hungry children. Claudio was also great. He was always contactable, quick to respond and always willing to help. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by giving us tips and ideas on what to see and where to eat. He was even so lovely as to leave us some surprise desserts and helped to book our taxi when we were leaving. The location was also perfect, in the heart of the Prati shopping district with restaurants, cafes and gelati all at your door and also walking distance to several tourist attractions, while still being nice and quiet in the evenings. Absolutely LOVED staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

My favorite spot in Rome (and this was fifth or sixth time).

Fantastic place. Excellent location, with a short distance to tourist attractions, but far enough away to avoid crowds of tourists and the noise associated with them. Our host, Claudio is very helpful, quick to respond and flexible and super kind.

The house is really nice and spacious. We were there with 4 adults and 2 kids fitting comfortably. The area around the location is well server by public translortstion. It is also rich of restaurants bars and supermarket. The host Claudio is really available to listen for any issue and he surprise us the last day with a nice tray of patrie as a goodbye wish.

very closed to transport, in the heart of shops and restaurants district. every thing was provided for by host. host was exceptional friendly, helpful and gave us gourmet pistachio biscuits delivered by himself on our last day.

The location was perfect! Close to everything: vatican, store, restaurants! Also close to all the amazing locations that you want to vist: Fontaine de Trevy, Vatican, Colosseum and so on.

We were very fortunate to get the opportunity to stay at this apartment after the ordeal we had with a very last cancellation by the owner of another apartment on Booking.com (which was at the same time very badly handled by Booking.com).Comfortable beds; nicely equipped kitchen. The owner was very flexible regarding our late departure.

If anything, we could make a remark about one of the two toilets that was not 100% clean.
