This was a very disappointing stay. The two sentence review

The unit was nice. The views were great. The building was run down and the restaurants weren’t really restaurants, more like quick bite places, some with no seating. Rental car place in the building that was great. Location was convenient but very noisy. Sirens all day and night.

This rental was perfect for 6 adult family members staying here. It was modern and clean. It could use some more items for the kitchen like can opener, wine bottle opener, and some additional dishes for food preparation. The key cards didn’t work at first so we had to go downstairs to have them reprogrammed but overall it was a great place to stay

Never sent us email about check in instructions,
So many things are dirty & broken... AC was not working

Nice remodel, a few things to repair yet in Masterbath shower and window shades. Some essentials were missing when we arrived for our stay including "the book" with all the info. Made contact with the manager and they were very responsive bringing items to complete bathroom and full kitchen needs.
Building maintenance issues occured for 2 of 3 elevators, window washing scheduled to keep blinds shut for privacy, and closure of pool deck due to high wind/safety issues dampened the experience during a holiday week.
Recommend buying advance parking pass and heads up that they only take cash. ATM in lobby works. Lots of building upgrades were in progress, including elevators so that concern should be remedied soon.
Masterbath shower was scheduled to be repaired after our stay, although bathtub worked fine.
Beds were very comfortable, slept great. Lots of storage room in closets. Furniture was new and very comfortable-- thinking of buying the same couch for my house!
Overall a great stay despite some challenges-- even more great because we got engaged during our trip!
Re: check in process, look at pictures on the wall for how the lock box works to close it. I also had two people attempt to help close it before we got it to connect (dark switch on bottom of keypad notvtop shiny one).

Phenomenal views. The place was older and could use some updating (new paint, etc) but good enough for what we used it for since we didn’t spend much time there. Good location, within walking distance to restaurants and beach, and has food trucks right across the street.

The view for this property is fantastic. We saw rainbows almost every day and the mountain view was fabulous. The kitchen and living area were awesome. The bedrooms and bathrooms could use some updates and overall the condo is dated and could use some paint. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was conveniently located to H1, which made it super easy for us to travel to our friends and family in the interior of the island. It is kind of at the tail end of Walkiki, but definitely close enough to walk. Overall our stay was great. There was convenient pizza and restaurant and bakery in Lobby which was also great. Rick the Property Manager was also very responsive. Definitely worth the rate!

Overall, this is just a fantastic place to stay. It's comfortable< convenient to everything and worth every penny to be able to "own" those incredible views for a few days.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The unit met our needs (2 bedrooms, 2 baths). Although, the unit was dated and in need of updating, some electrical issues with switches and outlets, vent fan in one bathroom didn’t work well, mold spores in bathroom, walls really need to be painted (scuff marks and dirty handprints on walls). But, it was as clean as it was going to get in it’s current condition. Appreciated the availability of the stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The worst part was the ridiculously priced parking fees! The first day was $40, and only if you paid upfront for the entire stay, the fee was reduced to $35! We had to pay almost another $240 just to park in a unit already paid for. Or maybe offer a better parking rate for renters… Not a good deal at all! Parking should be included in the price of the rental to make up for the worn out, dated condition of the unit. Thankfully, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit (pretty much just to sleep & shower… couple days for cooking breakfast), because there was so much to do and see around the Island. Again, overall it was a pleasant experience.

Graduation Trip
We came to Honolulu for my granddaughter's graduation from UH. This was the second time we stayed in this building and I've got to say the building sure could use an upgrade. Everything was clean but a bit shabby. The appliances in the condo were new and clean but the refrigerator smelled like shrimp had been left there way too long! It was definitely a plus having a washer and dryer in the unit. The location is excellent and the restaurant in the lobby (Cream Pot) is fantastic!

Clean and comfortable
Property was spotless; beds were comfy and rooms were huge. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Well stocked with the basic amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) and a few surprises. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay
The property was just as described and was wonderful. Easily located to food, beaches, and shops. We had a rental car and parking was easy. We would 100% stay here again. The beach chairs and mat came in handy. Everything was great.

Penthouse Livin
My spouse, sister, two friends and I recently stayed at this property during our trip to Hawaii. We were there for a week and found the property to be perfect for our group as well as good location and price wise. Waking up every morning to the views from this rental was so unreal and made our stay very memorable. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and replied to our texts within minutes if we had any questions. Check-in was a breeze, all instructions were sent via email before our stay so we knew what to expect. The place does come with a well equipped kitchen so we were able to enjoy some meals in with a view. We did need to buy cooking oil and some seasoning, but that was not a big deal. Some things within the rental were marked as broken or unable to be used. There is a washer and dryer. The beds were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future!

The views 😳💯👍🏽
Great place with amazing views could use some updating but the views trumps that. Close to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend

Excellent view
You are paying for an excellent view. Can truly easily sleep 6. One king bed has softer mattress, one is firm. Parking is $35 a night and very tight. 15 minute walk to ocean. Place not super clean nor modem. View is outstanding.

Great view!!
The view is spectacular. The penthouse is older and shows its age. Cupboards are old. Dishwasher leaked water that did not all go into the sink. Some do more open well. TV only has three or four channels. All-in-all a two star place…although the view might bump it up to three.

Vacation stay
The room was great, except for the Cable provider, we had only 6 channels and 3 of them played the same things over and over. AC unit is a bit much your either to cold or too hot. The fact that they are a separate entity from the hotel is a bit of a problem. We were unaware of the parking cost, $30/ day. But the views we're great.

Perfect rental experience!
Property is just as described. Views are unbelievable. Location is perfect for exploring Honolulu. Very big an spacious, beds are really comfortable, cold a/c. Also very quite at night. We will definitely be back again!

The checkin process and host were great! The bedrooms are a fantastic size with a large king bed and twin in both rooms. The place was not the absolute cleanest with a few ants and found a couple hairs in the sheets but there’s a washing machine in unit plus extra clean sheets so not a big deal. The views from the apartment are UNBELIEVABLE and you’ll see big rainbows anytime it rains. Kitchen was very clean and living room, and bathrooms as well. Each bedroom has its own A/C. FYI for remote workers, The internet worked okay but we had trouble having a consistent connection. And also the wind sound from the windows isn’t bad but there will be one or two moments when it’s a little too loud for virtual meetings. But the wind sound is fine in general. Overall would recommend staying here!! It’s also not on the Waikiki strip which is nice since it’s not as busy in the hotel/surrounding areas but is still a very very short walk to the beach. There’s also a bike station on the same block which is convenient for travel and a 7/11 on the same block in case you forget anything. And if you have any issues, the host is very responsive!

Hawaii Review
Lots of minor fixes needed, overall condo just needs some updating, closet doors didn't work, they should provide an umbrella for the beach, they need to provide a better quality cooler. Owner of property was very responsive to our requests & responded quickly to any issues. The parking was poor, very rude people & we weren't guaranteed a parking spot, so very poor arrangements for condo renters. Loved the location easy to walk to beach & restaurants.

We had a great time at this condo. The pictures in the listing were spot on. It was well equipped. The views are fantastic. It was a great location. We loved it.
