Your dedicated parking spot is all set and ready for your arrival, ensuring a hassle-free experience. We also have on-site coin-operated laundry facilities at your service.
We're absolutely kid-friendly, but we don't have special kid gear like safety gates or cribs. You can easily rent them from companies like Baby Quip, who will come drop them off and set up the items for you. And to keep things safe and sound, there's a security camera looking out over the patio area outside.

Incredible ocean views and convenient location along the walking path where you can walk to fun restaurants. Great beach with good waves and soft sand that goes on and on. The house was cute and overall a good value for the price but there is no central air. They provide plenty of fans but you have to leave windows open to get the air flowing. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem because the sound the waves is incredible, but it’s also a busy area with people walking by and talking loudly at seemingly all times of night. Still worth it for the price but be aware that it’s not a quiet area and there is no A/c

The beach proximity and access couldn’t be beat! Sitting on the patio people watching, dolphin sighting and relaxing was so fun. Easy to walk to all you need, good restaurants, good food, supermarket within walking distance. We didn’t even rent a car and it was not missed!
The only negative I have is the shower. The shower head is a handheld and when the water is on it won’t stay on the holder because it pulsates every few minutes and shakes it off. It was a very difficult shower.
Other than that everything else was great.

We had the best time in San Diego over spring break.
This condo is located in the perfect area, close to shops, restaurants and right on the beach. Having a parking spot made it so easy and convenient to come and go as we needed.
It fit our family of 5 great.
I would recommend bringing a rug to help keep some of the sand outside(we improvised with a towel), as well as hangers because there aren’t dressers to put your clothes in.
The kitchen was fully stocked, very clean and up dated!
We would love to make this a yearly trip!

My Aunt and I had a wonderful weekend at this property! The location is perfect, and the view is AMAZING! Located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and the patio is great. Check-in was seamless, very clear directions regarding how to get in and expectations of the property on arrival/departure, etc. (We did not have a car so I cannot speak to the parking situation, but I know one spot is provided). The beds are super comfy, we were provided both regular towels and beach towels which was nice, and also beach chairs! I highly recommend this ocean front property, being able to open the patio door and hear the waves crashing can’t be beat. Thank you, Elise & Team, for hosting us!

Our family of four (parents + 2 adult children) really enjoyed our time at this property! We loved having the surf right outside our window, with restaurants and surfing lessons an easy walk up the boardwalk. When we noticed a problem with the toaster, Elise was over with a replacement right away. Parking was about a block away, but not inconvenient.

Overall, we had a great stay. Kitchen amenities are spot on. The view can’t be beat. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. Pillows, bedding, and the bed itself is very comfortable. Blackout curtains or drapes would make these bedrooms even better and provide the best sleep possible.

Took my daughter for a fun week right in the beach. We enjoyed the location and comfort of condo. All needed amenities present. Updated modern features while still having old school beach charm. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had everything we needed, everything within walking distance if ya just wanna chill, and driving distance to attractions was pretty quick as well! Dolphins come out around 6:45-7:30 don’t miss them! We will be back!

This place met all our needs! Beautiful views of the ocean! Able to open the sliding doors and hang out in the living room and hear the waves, see the ocean and people watch. Even though technically there isn’t a private balcony up top that is where we would hang out with a couple chairs. Didn’t use the shared space downstairs. The furniture in the living room has been updated from the pictures. There is a big sectional and a chair so it fit my family better than I had expected.

Everything was wonderful! Great view, great location and they had a parking spot! Clean and well decorated. The only suggestion I would have is drapes in the bedrooms. They have shutters but the light outside stays on all night so it’s difficult to make it dark. I highly recommend this location it is amazing!!!!

The unit is right on the beach walk with amazing ocean views. It was just what my husband and I were looking for. It was everything we wanted for our Mission. Each getaway. Super easy check-in, and great communication with host. Thanks again, we can’t wait to visit again.

Stayed here with my two sisters for a long weekend. One parking spot provided around the corner which was just fine. Plenty of great places to walk to for food/drinks. Can't say enough about the view, just WOW. It was a little loud on Sat night with a group of teenagers congregating on the boardwalk till very late just outside our place which required us to close all the windows/doors and with no AC that was definitely our toughest night of sleeping so just be aware that it is in a busy area. Would stay here again!!!

Only issue is there’s no A/C so we had to leave the windows open at night. Lots of outside noise late in the evening as well as early morning.
Still overall it’s a great place to stay.

Can't beat it for the location and modern amenities
My family of 4 had a great time for an extended weekend getaway to the San Diego area. This is place is LITERALLY on the beach front. The sound of the waves was musical in the morning and soothing in the evening. Decor is modern and simple. Loved the smart TV and we were able to watch or stream anything we needed. Wifi was great. (If you're not into smart TVs, it might be a little bit more challenging to find things like local TV.)
Minor quibbles - while we didn't need to call, it's a little off-putting to read that you're not supposed to call for assistance on the weekend. I mean, it's a weekend trip - what if we had needed something? No beach towels. We messaged before traveling to find out if we needed to pack any and were told there were some, we scoured the whole place and only found shower towels. I would have called someone, but we're discouraged from doing so (see above). Would have liked to have a few more spices and cooking items available. We've done quite a few vacation rentals and this was the least equipped. (Cookware and serving ware is great, though.) Check out was a little stressful because there were instructions on how to lock up the key. I had to call their. Last note - water pressure in shower is poor. Just FYI for those with long hair, like my wife an daughter.
That said, you can't beat the location for hanging at the beach. You can walk to good restaurants, coffee, and even a grocery store. I had a great morning run. Easy driving around Mission Beach, to the airport and downtown San Diego. A little further, but easy drives to Coronado or La Jolla. Even with the quibbles, we would stay here again.

This was the perfect clean, open space for us and our 7 year old. Great location, and beautiful views. The only downside is the noise at night, but we were all able to sleep just fine. Communication was clear and contact numbers were readily available. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Great location and great view of the beach. The bed was great. Had the basics for kitchen. It is a busy area and near the main access where people access the beach so there is a good amount of noise. Great foot access to the grocery store. Short 7 min walk. Overall, I would recommend.

I rented this property with my parents in their 70's and my four year old; I fall somewhere in between. It was a great spot that every one enjoyed. It was great to be able to wake up and hit the beach, make dinner, and sit and watch the sunset. We had an amazing time on a much needed family vacation.
