The staff were lovely, and comfy bed but room needs some TLC

The bed was very comfortable and the cotton linen lovely.

The hotel is surrounded by lovely trees but is situated on the busy and noisy high street of Lonavala. The telephone (making it difficult to get a line to reception) and towel shelf in the bathroom fell off the wall. The toilet douche only worked at full blast! The curtain needed a couple of extra hooks. The air conditioner sensor was broken and kept coming detached every time I opened the balcony door! Oh… I got locked on the balcony door as I shut it behind me and there was no handle to let myself back in. Being on the 3rd floor of a noisy town it was a little scary ! The bikes are complimentary but you can only ride around the small car park and garden. I was sad I couldn’t ride to Kune falls which are only open in the monsoon season anyway.

Disappointing

The hotel was right off the highway soon as you enter Lonavala, so that was a plus. It made getting there fairly easy as well as when leaving Lonavala we didn't have to travel far to get to the highway and be on our way.

The food at the hotel was below average. I had 3 meals there and not one of them stood out, they were all decidely average with dinner being a re-run of lunch and below average.

Good Location and Great Food

Staff, Food and Location were top notch. The bedding was comfortable, and the room spacious.

The property is fairly new but felt like an old one. Unpainted exteriors make it look like an old dilapidated building from outside. Furniture and sanitary wear felt old. They should throw the old towels and get new ones. They have become black over the years.

Great 4 star property for stay only.

Great location. Good property with rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Also has a nice Garden and mandir on the ground floor. Overall the property is spacious located in prime lonavala market.

Food and Staff. Dinner spread and options were not good. Food ended up being cold on Friday while Saturday was better. Breakfast was also ok..Staff needs to be trained to more polite and helpful.

Very good

The staff is very courteous. Rooms are clean and plush. Location is very good. And the roof top swimming pool is great!

They have a dedicated manager who keeps prompting for feedback everyday you go for breakfast. He will even disturb you while you are in the middle of the breakfast.

As per the money paid to the hotel was 14k for two night. It was not value for money

Breads were not fresh, no one had the control what was getting over from the serving bowl. We had to wait for the food to come and fill up . Stayed there for two days , had breakfast but as per the value take for breakfast it was not up to mark . Dosa batter was not so it was not tasty. Only medu vada was good. They should add more options in breakfast. Specially breads were not fresh atall. Both the days 18 19 Feb.

House keeping services was not good. The extension number was engage most of the time. On 18th Feb at 7.30 pm I asked for two glass of empty glass and cups. Till 10.00pm I didn’t receive. Got it on 19th morning after fourth reminder. I toilet they don’t provide all the items. Kailash Prabhat is such a small hotel in same lane. Their service is much better than regenta, for 4.5k per night Also laundry bags reminder was send twice.

it’s was overall good experience specially staff made it more beautiful by there behaviour.

front office manager was very friendly and polite (Mr. Rajesh). property is near market so it is easy to travel if you’re not travelling by your own vehicle.

they have very beautiful pool and view but it was close as it was weekday. also in room dining menu at night needs to improve
