The Studio is located at Prevelly Beach, 10 minutes west of the main town of Margaret River and a 5 minute walk to surf and beaches. The front courtyard has stunning ocean views to surfer's point and it's just a short walk to the pristine waterfront including a gorgeous park, safe swimming and dog beaches. Owned by a local artist, his quirky colourful artwork adds to the character of this idyllic beachside Studio. Private and secluded with king sized bed, kitchen, dining, TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom. All linens and towels supplied. Watch the sun go down behind the ocean from your front row seat or choose the serenity of the fully fenced back courtyard. The Studio is a short stroll away from Sea Gardens and the Prevelly Park General & Liquor Store. Well behaved pets are welcome - close walk to dog beach and exercise area 🐶

We found The Studio to be a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beach was a short stroll through bushland and there was a great little general store within walking distance. We loved the little courtyard, where we could sit and watch the sunset whilst having dinner. Perfect for couples to get away from it all. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location, quite close to the beach. The accommodation was clean and fully stocked with anything would need in a self contained. Utensils, cleaning and washing requirements did not need any! Would recommend it to any couple with fur babies.

Very good size property, and easy to check in.
We stayed with our dog, and it was perfectly located with a dog exercise area nearby, and only a 10min drive from the Margaret River town centre. We loved the quiet surroundings and it was just a short walk from White Elephant Cafe, which was amazing for breakfast.

Excellent accommodation for a short stay in Margs. Dog beach and park a stone throw away from The Studio and the Sea Garden Cafe is directly up the street for food. Best thing of all...the place is dog friendly and very private and very warm and inviting.

Lovely location. The studio was amazing with the beutifuul view of the ocean from the living area and a closed in courtyard to sit and have drink with cheese and bikkies and watch the sunset. Even our Aussie shepherd enjoyed the walks to the dog park and beach across the road. Thankyou we will be back. 😊

The iconic location, beachside ambience and close proximity to general store and great cafe gave this stopover 5-star appeal. Only downside was not being able to extend for another day due to peak period demand. We'll try to book again more frequently.

An amazing location to spend the weekend. The views from the front courtyard meant we could watch the sunset every night without having to leave the property. A short walk to the beach or general store, clean, lots of natural light and dog friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The studio has a phantastic view, it is nicely decorated with various artworks. It has all you need for your holidays. We loved the little patio and above all the vicinity to the ocean and the glorious sunsets. It was a wonderful holiday.

A perfect location for easy access to beaches and shops. The view is stunning and you can watch the sun set over the ocean from the courtyard…what more could you want! Ideal for doggies and people alike.

Perfection In Prevelly
We've been coming to the Studio since 2005. Why? 1. Privacy. It's located away from the bustle of the township and its immediate surrounds. 2. Comfortable clean and well equipped. Its has nearly everything you need to stay a night. Or a week. Comfy bed. Reverse cycle air condioner. Washing machine and Dryer. BBQ. 3. Julia Knight. The very friendly and always helpful property manager who was always responsive. 4. Bonus - The Kissing Fish and other art work around the Studio by Heusso :)

The location in Prevelly is close to the park, beach and cafe. A lovely walk to White Elephant cafe on the beach.

Beautiful location
We loved the closeness of the beach, the amazing view and the comfortable bed. Quiet neighbourhood and a peaceful feel to the unit. We loved the artwork especially!

Everything great except for the spiders
We had a lovely stay here - The room is very spacious, furniture and finishing touches make it feel like really unique and special.
Our only gripe was the unusual amount of spiders and bugs inside the studio, including two considerably large spiders we had to remove on the first night. Granted some little guys will get in given the studios location and time of year, however the large amount of spiders webs throughout made it seem like there hadn’t been a deep clean in quite some time.
Hopefully just a once off, we would love to come back as everything else was great.
