Good but coulld have been better

Beds comfy, Plenty of hot water, Location VG plenty of grocery shops , 15 min easy walk to station . Very quiet street

Things to improve on. Only half a toilet roll in each bathroom. 4 mugs and 5 glasses 5 chairs for 6 people. Top bathroom no shower /bath mat basin runs away very slowly. I found the bedside light broken in the wardrobe. No washing up bowl or plug for kitchen sink. Cutlery and saucepans poor. Eventually found recycling bags[would be good to have notice in kitchen]. We left house cleaner than on arrival. Drug smoker downstairs so had to transit that smell when entering the property [not the property owners problem just an observation] Listing says the property is on the ground floor when in fact its a 3 storey house.

Good value, wonderful area away from crowds, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would recommend!

Location was great. Short walk to train stations. Plenty of beds. Kitchen and washer helpful.

There is another house on the street corner with same house number. Initially caused confusion. Recommend clarifying this in details when booking. No answer on phone numbers provided by host. No bath mats to keep floor dry after shower. No hand soap in bathrooms. Recommend a new hot water pot and a coffee maker.

The apartment wasn´t clean, specially the kitchen (with the oven and the stove with rests of food and greese). There weren´t enough kitchenwere to cook for a large group (6 people) and insuficient towels and bed clothes (they we´re old and worn out and they left us three towels to six people). The heater didn´t work and it was difficult to contact the host to fix the problem and he only did it on the afternoon of the second day and we spent a night with freezing cold in the rooms and the house. On the third day the power was off during the time we were making dinner and had to be us to go to the store to charge the key to get power again because the host didn´t pay the electricity and didn´t manage to find anyone to solve the problem. It happened again on the last day and to fix it they just came at noon, when we we´re suposed to leave at 11 am and didn´t have power to do the breakfest, heat the house and the water to shower. In general it was a terrible experience and for the price we paid, the service was disrespectful and below the standards you expect when you pay 900 euros for an apartment 5 days. It was really disapointing.

Could have been a good place to stay if a little more care was taken by the owners.

Spacious accommodation.

The dampness in the entry foyer and stinky carpets. Very hot water in the shower. No toiletries provided. The leaky ceiling in one of the bedrooms.

Mixed opinions

The accommodation was a reasonable price for our needs. The area felt safe, it had 4 decent size bedrooms and was close to lots of local shops and restaurants. Some tea and coffee was provided which was nice.

The bedding had holes in it, the wifi only worked on one evening which was reported but not sorted.. There was a handle missing on the window.. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The staff were difficult and unfriendly when they got our check out time wrong. The appartment really needs some repair works and tlc.

A spacious apartment in London Zone2

Rooms were spacious. The host provided us a fan when we asked for it. Washing machine works well.

The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in. The floor was only vacuumed but was not mopped. There were no locks on the bedroom doors and a shower room door. The lock at the front door of the apartment was the kind that could be easily unlocked and there was not a second lock. The bed sheets, pillow covers and the duvet covers were not clean and looked like they were not changed at all. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable. The stairs carpet was old and dirty. The bathroom vents were not working and the wifi was not working properly and was totally dead on the second night of our stay. The apartment could be better maintained and it will be perfect and worth the money.

Not well maintained

The check-in was late because the cleaning was not finished, we needed to wait. The apartment was not clean, and there was a leak in radiator of one bedroom. The boiler also kept losing pressure and the thermostat seems broken. The kitchen also has a lack of equipment for dealing with a family. The property has a lot of potential but it feels like the maintenance needs to be much better and that affected our experience.

Please check the ground floor property. I think they have issues with closing the door and loud bang every time they shut the door which disturb or peace and quiet upstairs.

Just OK, they can spend more time cleaning

+ good location + street parking, but you need to pay £2.20 per hour from 7.30am to 6.30 pm, only Monday to Friday + large apartment, good size rooms

- it wasn't very clean, and I'm not talking about the floor, the rest of it...shame, because it's a good apartment - for each room we had only 1 towel...it's supposed to be one for each person, at least - bad wifi reception upstairs

This was a bushiness trip and it suited our needs perfectly - 4 x Adult men

The accommodation was a perfect size for our group and was very comfortable. It had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The 2 bathrooms was ideal as we were in a group. The parking outside was free as we were leaving before and arriving after the times set in that area,

there isnt anything i didnt like If i was being ultra fussy maybe some more cups and plates etc
