We loved staying here, the location was amazing!
Extremely close to everything we needed like a parking garage, the ski lift and rental, and a great bar. The beds were a bit too short for us, but everything else easily makes up for that.

Whilst I can get over the general rudeness of the owner during the booking period, I can not get over the deliberate and illegal charging of an additional 100 euros to cover apparently lost sheets despite they were in the apartment and "damage" despite the apartment being left tidy and him not being able to provide any photographs of anything damaged. This is a fraud. I have better things to do with my life than pursue through the police, but I really hope people are put off from renting this apartment

A perfect flat for me and my two
Kids, spacious, clean, and a fantastic location for skiing. Very friendly owner who sorted a few things out for us.

Situation idéale
Appartement idéalement situé. Au rdc de l'immeuble, on retrouve un Spar, un skimium, tabac presse, un restaura tip top...
Apparemment décoré avec goût, fonctionnel, et au pied des pistes. 🥰🥰
Son gros point fort est là, il est au pied des pistes, de l'esf et de la télécabine. On a adoré. La vue est waouhh.

Très recommandable
Nous choisirons à nouveau sans hésiter cet emplacement ; On ne peut pas être plus près du pied des pistes et de toutes les commodités :
- Pouvoir garder ses skis jusqu'à 5m de la porte d'entrée est très appréciable.
- Le téléphérique et funival, à 3 minutes de marche, permettent d'accéder à l'ensemble du domaine de Val-d'Isère et Tignes sans prendre de navette.
- La navette, si besoin, est au pied de l'immeuble
- L'école de ski est au pied de l'immeuble, ce qui facilite énormément la gestion du temps des enfants.
- Un centre commercial est au pied l'immeuble (location de matériel, alimentation, restaurant)
- La vue sur la vallée est magnifique

Très bonne situation
L’appartement est très bien situé en face du départ des télécabines. Il est très lumineux, très propre, relativement grand et bien agencé.
Que manque t’il pour qu’il soit parfait ? Un ou deux points lumineux supplémentaires et le crépi au mur qui fait très années 80…
J’y retournerai probablement, c’est une bonne adresse !

tout l'espace pour nos bagages
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Même si l'appartement n'était pas très grand, nous pouvions tout de même très facilement ranger tous nos bagages de cinq personnes. L' ammeublement bien pensé de l'appartement et sa situation à proximité des pistes de ski nous donne envie de revenir dans ce bel appartement.

Perfectly located cozy apartment
Stayed here end March/1st week of April 2019. We were a family of five and the apartment accommodated well (3 single beds in the separate bedroom and a double pullout sofa bed in the living area), we’ll equipped kitchen and facilities and was clean. The location was perfect for us, less than 5mins walk to the gondola and funival, and because the apartment is located at the bottom of the mountain, you can ski straight back to the door which we absolutely loved. Getting to the heart of Val d’Isre town was super easy, 5mins on the free bus which runs every 10mins so eating out was not a problem. We will look to stay here again the next time we visit Tignes/Val d’Isere. Agnes (the owner) was quick to respond to any questions/queries we had.

Appartement ensoleillé , situé près du supermarché .Belle vue dominant la piste d'arrivée de la Daille.
Correctement chauffé et avec eau chaude abondante.
Bien équipé. Plomberie sans problème. Nombreuses prises électriques.
Bien entretenu dans un immeuble bien entretenu.
Précieux service d'appoint des gardiens.

Appartement très agréable et stratégiquement situé pour skier.
Appartement très chaleureux avec une chambre au calme et très bien équipé.
Idéalement situé pour un départ de ski par les nouvelles cabines afin de rejoindre les domaines de Val d'Isère et de Tignes. Idem pour le retour avec la piste au pied de la résidence.
Magnifique vue plein sud vers la station et Bellevarde.
Les commerces d'alimentation sont à deux pas et le coeur de Val d'Isère est accessible par navettes gratuites très fréquentes.
Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Super séjour !
Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur une semaine de grand beau temps ! donc séjour impeccable ! L'appartement est idéalement situé, belle vue et au pied des pistes ! L'intérieur est fonctionnel, simple et propre ! Bonne literie. Les commerces sont à proximité, meme pas besoin de sortir de l'immeuble pour accéder à la boulangerie et le sherpa juste à côté ! Merci pour la réactivé de la propriétaire pour les différentes questions à notre arrivée. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir/

Fantastic apartment , great location.
Great apartment for a family of 5 with three teenagers. Lovely view, quiet, clean, well equipped with plenty of Storage, hooks and shoe/boot racks. Fantastic location meaning we could ski down for lunch with the choice of ski run, pop into the supermarket for baguettes. Great location to finish at the end of the day, especially with beginners. However very easy to get the bus too. Excellent instructions of how to find it and communication with the owner. Sun, Spring snow, powder were arranged and Val D'Iere didn't disappoint for all levels. Thank you, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. L'appartement est au pied des pistes. Il est bien aménagé et bien équipé. Bien qu'on soit fin avril le travail du personnel des pistes permet de redescendre jusqu'à l'appartement à ski.

Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas à la hauteur
La description de la situation de l'appartement est tout a fait explicite et détaillée. De plus son accès direct au piste est très pratique, le gardien est présent et agréable.
La location n'était pas vraiment propre, du moins comme nous, nous l'entendons, en effet, la cuisine présentait encore beaucoup de gras, les oreillers, draps, et matelas étaient dans un état catastrophique et là je pèse mes mots, tâches sur toutes les literies, les pseudos "couettes" sont plus que bons marché et ne sont pas régulièrement entretenus, odeurs de renfermé mais surtout des tâches sur l'ensemble servant aux différents couchages. Heureusement j'ai pu donner les protèges matelas à laver aux personnes chargés du ménage qui se sont de suite occupé du nettoyage mais ne sont pas revenus avec du propre, cependant déception car les matelas sont aussi tâchés, les oreillers même punitions, et pas de petites tâches, mauvaises odeurs sur l'ensemble.
La vaisselle dépareillée, bon cela n'a pas d'importance, mais les placards sont sales. Je pense qu'il faut un rafraîchissement de cet appartement. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, sur la radio un dépôt de couche de gras due à l'absence de hôte au niveau de la cuisine surement. La moquette est sale, la salle de bain est refaite à la "bonne franquette". Nous pensons que cet appartement est assez vétuste et pourtant son exposition et sa disposition sont très agréable, il mérite juste une petit beauté!
Les réponses du propriétaire sont rapides et fiables. Je recommande ce propriétaire qui répond à chaque fois c'est agréable.
Je recommanderais à un amis en lui donnant les mêmes infos que celles que je viens décrire, il aura ainsi pas de surprise. Après l'emplacement est idéal. Je n'ais pas eu de soucis de paiement ou autres liés à la location.
Les restaurants aux alentours sont très bien et les boutiques sont au rendez-vous, il y a du choix et pour toutes les bourses. Hormis les soucis évoqués au dessus notre séjour c'est bien passé.

Idéalement placé au pied des piste et de la supérette.
Avec un aménagement très commode, Une chambre séparée confortable avec trois lits. Toutes les fenêtres sont neuves et bien étanches au froid et au bruit.

l'appartement est idéal; décoré avec goût, literie très confortable, salle de bain très agréable. Nous étions 5 adultes. La résidence bellecotte offre tout le nécessaire à toute proximité ; commerce, location de ski, remontée mécanique , location de draps et serviette de toilette, possibilité de parking couvert, local à ski, navette gratuite vers V al d'isère. Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux , comme chaque année , à la Daille !

L'appartement est très bien agencé , du coup spacieux, lumineux et agréablement décoré avec "style" ce qui agrémente bien le plaisir du séjour. Une fois la voiture posée, tout peut se faire à pied et à ski en partant de l'immeuble , c'est très pratique . L'immeuble est bien entretenu par les gardiens . Nous le recommandons sans bémol.
