Needs better facilities management.

Location Comfortable bed

Staff could not understand basic English words. Bathroom was cramped and fixtures worn. Did not clean room after first night No designated parking available, I needed to park a few blocks away. Very loud music, I travelled with kids and it was a problem till 1am

Хорошее расположение у пляжа

Не уходит вода в раковине. За 3 дня ни разу не было уборки. Грязно. Темный дизайн ванной-неприятно в таком находится. Не меняли полотенце. Запах канализации в ванной выходит в комнату. Не где сушить вещи. Нет крючков в ванной для полотенце. Нет стаканов.завтрак очень скудный.

Welcoming staff, good location, big clean room, great massage and sauna, good food in Kabuk cafe downstairs.

minor problem with ventilation system, but they were already fixing it during our stay, so it's ok.

Very good

The stuff are friendly and cooperative, the position is amazing, near to the beach and near to a lot of restaurants, cafe, and bars. Also it's near to taxi service office. The breakfast is very good

No hair dryer and hair conditioner in the toilet.They have parrot in the hotel which is good to see but it's very noisy at the early morning. However it wakes me up early so I managed to pack my bag and catch up the early tour.

Value hotel at central location

1- Most friendly staff I have encountered in all my travels. Very accommodating and helpful. Genuinely good people! They went out of their way to help every day and all their recommendations were spot on. 2- Central location close to many shops and every activity (I recommend planning all activities and day trips through the tour company down the road called Nevros Tour) 3- Amazing and affordable hotel cafeteria which has the best local street food I have tried in Turkey (much better than Istanbul) - working until 4 am and offering room service at no extra cost for midnight cravings! During my 4 days stay, I ate there every night and I will still miss their midye dolma and kokoreç. Their pizza and burgers are great as well. 4- Affordable prices 5- superb and clean room/bathroom with comfortable beds 7- affordable and very nice spa/hammam (I did not have time to use it but next time for sure)

1 - small sized rooms but appropriate to money value also the rooms layout makes up for the space as one does not feel it much except when trying to move around luggage 2- there should be wall hangers for towels

Exceptional

The staff at Eva Boutique hotel (not the restaurant part) was very friendly and helpful. That was great! We also loved the view, that was a bonus.

The shower is not hygienic and poorly designed. None of the taps work properly - it was clearly made of very poor material. The breakfast was terrible - probably the worst we ever had. We skipped 99% of the morning breakfasts. I think Eva Boutique Hotel has fantastic potential and the people are very friendly and helpful, but if they really want to attract people from first world countries, they seriously have to do something about the showers and up their game in the restaurant. The breakfast is unbearable.

Great value for the price

Location is the best - super close to the sea, the beautiful beach promenade and the main street with buses. Plenty of restaurants around. We stayed there for 1 month, they upgraded our room, cleaned the hotel thoroughly during the pandemic, and were always accommodating. Also recommend their restaurant which becomes a bar in the evening - they serve great midye and kokorec, their specialty. Especially loved their two wonderful parrots, they are so cute... Good internet even on the third floor.

A bit shabby and requires renovation, but this is minor, as overall the facility is clean and taken care of.
