Perfect for a city break

Exceptional apartment is a one bedroom apartment. Our three daughters slept in two sofas in the sitting room. Unfortunately there was no bed linen nor towels available for them, so we had to use our beach towels as sheets and towels. We asked the host on Friday but it was Sunday afternoon when we got them delivered. Apart from this, the apartment is perfect for a city break, 1 min from the tram stop that will bring you into Syntagma square. The apartment is in an old building but it's been renovated and looks great. Aircon was fantastic too.

The lack of communication with the host. We sent him emails as we wanted to check a few things beforehand and he did not reply or acknowledged them. He made contact with us a few days before our arrival. The lack of bedlinen and towels for 3 of 5 guests on arrival. We would have appreciated a quicker response.

Excellent location

The location is very good and near everything. The towels are very good material and look new.

The first time we received the apartment, it was not very clean; there was dust on the floor. I had to clean again in the hoover and used a hand steriliser to sanitise until I bought cleaning and disinfection materials and cleaned again the apartment and bathroom; there was a strange smell, the sheets and towels I washed in the washing machine. So the apartment was ready to sleep.

Exceptional

Location was perfect and the host gave us some good recommendations that were close to the Appartment. Just a quick 30 minute walk to the Acropolis and very close to the subway station for transportation around the city. Apartment was newly renovated and very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen or anything but it was nice to have!

Had to contact the host upon arrival for information on how to get the key instead of him giving me directions on how to get the key before hand. Had to wait a few minutes before he answered.
