Friendly staff, great location, very clean, perfect!

Loved the concept of picking up your prepared breakfast. Location was great, we could walk to everything!

Loved everything and would definitely stay there again!

I stay at Addison Choate was lovely. They pay great attention to detail which did not go unnoticed.

I liked the way breakfast was presented by filling out the form for the next morning.

The only thing that could’ve been made better is possibly I could have gotten a heads up about the staircases. I have a bad knee and it is difficult for me to climb stairs these days! We had to go up two flights of stairs to get to our room, although Marshall was very respectful and asked if we needed any help carrying all luggage up the stairs.

Since I entered the room, I feel like home. The room was even better in person than the pics I saw, great design, very police staff, comfortable bed!

Superb

This charming, eclectic, boutique hotel was a delight! Located just a short walk from the Rockport downtown and beaches, the location was superb. I loved all the little touches throughout, including a breakfast to go customized for me as I checked out. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating (thanks, Nick!). And thank you for having Peet’s coffee stocked in the room. ☕️ 🤎 I would definitely recommend this property for a unique experience on the North Shore.

Nothing. The only thing I would say is that if a guest has mobility issues, request a room on the first floor. The narrow, winding staircase might be difficult to navigate.

FANTASTIC eclectic B & B

Loved the whole vibe of the Inn. Lots of nice extra touches, candy, water bottles, the air machine lovely scents, the music playing and the decor very eclectic!!!! Marshall was very nice and hospitable!!! Gave us great suggestions on places to visit and eat, even gave me the scone recipe. They were yummy!!!

Everything was great. Only thing that was difficult were the 2 sets of stairs to climb we were on the 3rd floor.

Perfect accommodation in beautiful Rockport!

Amazingly comfortable b&b, which was super clean and full of stylish furnishings & amenities. Really lovely breakfast every morning, served in breakfast bags to take back to your room or eat on the veranda. Friendly owner Marshall was always on hand to answer questions or give advice on where to eat or visit. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Loved the location, the Inn was adorable. The decor was beautiful and very welcome. Breakfast was great. Friendly service. Close to downtown Rockport. A cute coastal town with shops. I will definitely visit again. We had the room with the living room and little kitchen it was perfect for us.

This Guest House is perfection. Everything is so well thought out. The furnishings and decoration alone, are a feast for the eyes. We would return in a heartbeat. We also loved Rockport.

I’ll be back!

Everything! Marshall was super responsive and helpful, even from before I checked in! The inn is so tastefully decorated with a warm and cozy ambiance. The bed in ‘Even Keel’ room was perfect for a good night’s rest. Also loved that Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc were all available on TV. One more thing worth mentioning is the delicious breakfast, especially the Lemon Ginger Scone made by Marshall himself!

no balcony for our room, air conditioner in bedroom beeps quite a bit which woke me up at night, could use more comfortable seating in living space.

Gem Inn in very convenient location.

Marshall and Courtney are exceptional hosts. They were available and attentive to all needs. Ordering breakfast the evening before was nice and I looked forward to enjoying it the next morning. Lots of delicious and healthy options. Also enjoyed being within walking distance to town center and the waterfront.

I liked how close it was to the beach. The bed was really comfy.

The breakfast was way to small. I expect a breakfast at a bed and breakfast. The stairs to get to the room was scary.
