The hexagonal architectural design of the home provides for a 360° view of the lake and beautifully landscaped gardens. The large windows allow for an abundance of natural light throughout the house.
The microclimate in this area of Valle is pleasant and sunny year-round, contrary to the belief that Valle is cold. Even in December the days are warm and sunny cooling down at night, perfect for a fire.
Both inside as well as outside of the house you will find spacious areas that are perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends and family. The architectural design of the house respects traditional styles in Valle de Bravo while offering all of the comforts of a modern home. A unique characteristic of this house is its privacy, since it is not close to other houses and you can see the mountainous Cerro Gordo side of the lake from the front garden.
The main structure and interiors are wooden, giving the space a warm and cozy feeling. The location of the house works well for families or groups of friends who want to visit the downtown area with its many interesting shops, restaurants and art galleries, as well as for those who want to participate in outdoor activities, sports, or other cultural events. Another important characteristic of this property is its proximity (10 minutes by car) to the hang glider launch site, as well as mountain bike and motorcycle routes in the Monte Alto reserve.
