About this house rental
Welcome to our humble abode. We have owned this house since 2008 and love it so much that we want to open it up to you! We are in a safe and beautiful neighborhood tucked away in beautiful Westfield, IN. We are 5 miles from Grand Park, 2 miles from downtown Westfield, 5 miles from downtown Noblesville, 10 miles from Ruoff home mortgage music center and 30 miles from downtown Indy. We are excited to host you and your family or friends. We promise to exceed your expectations!

We stayed here a week during a softball tournament and the house and neighborhood was very nice, comfortable and quiet. Close to fields as well as stores.

Our family was delighted with this home for our visit to the area. We had everything we needed to feel right at home, including a large and comfortable gathering place for the group, with open spaces and high ceilings. The children (3 and 6) were tickled with the boxes of toys available and the kid-sized bean bag chair. The adults appreciated all the available amenities, including the washer/dryer and other well-cared for appliances. The location was convenient for anything and everything in the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area. We were grateful for the host's great attention to detail and clear communication. And speaking as both a "senior citizen" and a cautious grandmother, it was lovely to be in a one-story home without stairs to climb or guard from toddlers. Hats off to the gold-medal host.

This was a perfect place for us to stay for a couples weekend! Space was comfy, easy location, great neighborhood! Rooms and bathrooms on either side of the home, allowed for privacy and individual space.
Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Wonderful property and accurately described. Close to do many things in Westfield, Noblesville and Carmel which makes for an abundance of activities to do.

Home Away From Home
This listing is amazing! The hosts were superb and deserve all the praise they receive. They have interactive suggestion and prayer boxes for those who want to participate and a map of where previous guests have visited from. The facilities were clean and resources organized in a binder. Would recommend this location to anyone

Perfect for kids
We had 4 under 4 which is always scary to bring into someone else’s home! It was ready for us and had plenty to keep the kids busy and space for the adults to enjoy as well. If we’re ever back in the area will definitely come back.

Bike riding with friends
Cara’s house is perfect for a base to spend days riding paved trails in Indy and Hamilton County. Very clean comfortable and great location in a very safe area.

Baseball tournament house
This house was close to Grand Park field, and has everything you need from the comforts of your own home. Home owner was friendly and responsive. Would stay again!!

Perfect Location
We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location couldn’t be beat! Close to restaurants and easy access to other surrounding towns. The Chapman’s home was clean, inviting and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Grandparents & Grandkids
Weekend getaway with family. The home is everything we needed. Three adults and four children with plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was the evening entertainment place to be. Cara puts a lot of thought and care into her home. Thanks so much for sharing your home for that special getaway. Hope to return in the future for another family getaway. Minda C.

Easy weekend
Cara’s place was just what was needed for us to stay with our friends and young children for our family reunion. Easy checkin, good communication and just as advertised.

Cozy spot near family
We found this cute property to be clean and comfortable. We needed to be nearby some extended family for a graduation. It was very convenient for us and the whole process was easy. There was an issue with the TV and they responded immediately. If needed in the future we will be back.

Visiting family
Cara was very responsive and helpful and we loved being so close to our grandkids that our oldest road his bike over after school. We ate dinner together and watched movies and had a great time. This home is very comfortable and had space enough for my husband to work in another room while I enjoyed my grandkids. We only wished the weather was better than it was so we could enjoy outdoor area more. We did enjoy the community park and playground one evening before the snow came.
We hope to do this again very soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Great family-friendly neighborhood that's about 30 minutes from downtown Indy. The accommodations were nice and the beds were comfortable. Cara is easy to communicate with; I look forward to staying here again!
