VILLA PODERE GAIA

This property is set in a privileged position on the hills behind Cinque Terre, between Liguria and Tuscany. The beaches of Liguria as well as Tuscany and the Cinque Terre villages are easily accessible from here.
It is ideal to go during the day to bath with the family to enjoy the country's culture and to draw in the evening in the freshness and tranquility of the mountains back.
The villa has been carefully renovated with fine traditional materials and fabrics of the highest quality to offer all modern comforts.
Surrounded by Mediterranean trees it guarantees utmost privacy and seclusion and occupies the perfect spot for peaceful relaxation. In addition, the villa's outdoor pool and the lovely pergola and relax area invite you to bathe at leisure quietly.
For those who love silence and nature, for families and groups of friends, it is the ideal place for meeting to discover unusual itineraries and antique flavors, the local food is excellent, not forgetting that at 30 minutes by car, there is the sea with its beautiful beaches of Monterosso in Cinque Terre, Levanto, Porto Venere, Poet's Gulf, Lerici, Fiascherino and Tellaro.
Moreover thanks to the villa's location you can easily reach interesting tourist and cultural sights both in Liguria and Tuscany.

ACCOMMODATION

The property consists of two independent units with a kitchen, fully equipped and furnished.
8 bedrooms (All beds are King size); 6 bathrooms (4 with shower 2 with bathtub)

A) the property is rented for the exclusive use of our customers (swimming pool included). Owners can not rent any available/empty apartment during your stay.
B) It is not allowed to share a group of 10 people in two apartments.
If your group is made of 10 people this group will be hosted at "La Stele 2" apartment only.

APARTMENT 2 - (10 pax)
Ground floor: 1 Double bedroom, 1 Bathroom with shower,
First floor: 2 Double bedrooms, 1 Twin, 2 Bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub)
Second floor: 1 Double Bedroom

Outside the patio extends to a shaded open living area. Here the sofas and armchairs and a large dining table offer wonderful relaxation, leisurely breakfasts, and the perfect setting for romantic evening dinners.

Not a clean property and as advertised

The house is in a very remote location. It takes 25 minutes to get to a town. Very windy road up on a hill. The internet connection was horrible. The pool hadn’t been cleaned which is the highlight of the house as nothing else is nearby. The color was green with algae. The outdoor shower was broken. Overall a disappointing experience. The owners are nice and tried to give a partial credit. The agency still hasn’t given the full fee that was promised.

Great vacation

Our family has spent wonderful moments at Podere Gaia! The house is beautifully furnished and we had everything we wanted. Our hosts were available to help us and to respond quickly. Massimo even arranged a private chef to come and cook dinner for our family at home. Simply Wonderful! ! ! The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio and lounging by the pool. We took day trips to CINQUE TERRE to eat and shop. We also ventured out to Portovenere, Levanto and Pisa all in a 1 or 2 hour sdrive. We really enjoyed our vacation and we can't wait to come back next year ! David & Mary

Fantastic !

Fantastic !

We stayed in this large villa for one week at the end of August. The property itself is spectacular - overlooking a beautiful forest with unbelievably breathtaking views of the Cinque Terre hills. The bedrooms are in two separate buildings and are comfortable - and the pool itself is fantastic ! . The property is pretty high up the mountain and, while the first time the drive was a bit "white-knuckle", we quickly got used to it. You have complete and total privacy and, while we were traveling with our children, the spot could be very romantic. The property is ideally located for visiting Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and even Florence. Most of all, the agency SEA AND COUNTRY VILLAS was great. The staff answered very promptly to all my questions and was great to work with them .

The villa is in a wonderful location with superb views. The property itself is spacious, clean, well maintained and containing all essentials. Beautiful tiled flooring and lovely swimming pool and outdoor area. The owner, Ettore could not do enough for us to make our short stay perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend or return.

The villa itself was wonderful, very well equipped and comfortable - with plenty of room for 2 families with 3 teenage/adult children who needed their space! The outdoor area is gorgeous, and again very spacious, with a wonderfully infinity clean pool which was perfect for relaxing and cooling down. From the poolside and the house itself there are exceptional views across the mountains, which were breathtaking both day and night, with beautiful sunsets. The wider location is incredible, especially if you like mountain biking as it's only few minutes from Zignago and Brugnato where you can take the paths for Cinque Terre. We higly reecommend this property to all !
