Excellent airport hotel

Very nice facility with excellent bar/restaurant. Staff were great, airport shuttle was excellent and easy to connect with. I would rate this a well above average airport hotel.

Front desk staff were distracted and slow. Shuttle bus driver was very late for pick up, did not come to pick up area on time (left early) and we had to wait more then half an hour for him to return

We were awoken at 8 AM by housekeeping and asked when we were leaving… that was pretty upsetting. Then, the shower was dirty. So much hair.

Our stay was not as good as it should have been, we are a bit disappointed in this Hyatt Place.

The Hyatt Place Building inside was beautiful, I loved the men's ties that were form into looking like snakes on the ceiling, I loved the pool area, our rooms were nice and clean, I loved the Bull 🐂 sculpture in the entrance area, I love the big screen TVs I loved our room windows, we could see the mountains and the amazing fireworks show. The beds were so.. so comfy, I loved the little sectional that pulled out into a bed, awesome hotel.

What could have been better is the microwaves on the 2nd and 4th floors were filthy inside, I was discussed, the brown shelve above the microwave was extremely dusty and dirty, the ice machine ran out of ice on the 2nd floor had to go to the fourth floor, Breakfast was barely ok, I had to go track down the food attendant, to inform her that the waffle batter was empty inside the machine, completely out of bagels, almost empty on fruit, empty on cheese, ran out of hush puppy balls, juice bar was low on juice, no plates, someone should always be in the food area making sure the food stays stocked at all times, we were all very frustrated standing in line for sometime, until I just went myself and found the food attendant, also shame on the Hyatt for only supplying only 1 waffle maker, it took for ever to get out food please buy another Waffle maker. Thank You..

Terrible customer service

The hotel is well designed and rooms are spacious. The Starbucks in the lobby was convenient.

Our flight was landing at 11 pm but was delayed and we landed 2 am. We had a reservation for 1 night. We got to the hotel, had to wait 20 min for someone to show up at the front desk, who then told us we had to wait to check in because the system was updating. We had to wait ONE HOUR to check in and get into our rooms. A couple days later checking my credit card account I realized they had charged not 2 rooms for 1 night, but 2 rooms for 2 nights. I called (no one picked up, just had to leave voicemail) and NO ONE got back to me. I sent messages through Booking and not one reply.

Breakfast was the usual high sugar American breakfast. It would be good if there was more focus on healthy cereals, granola, Low GI bread, vegetables eg tomato, mushrooms rather than just fried sausages, hash browns, etc. Reception staff were indifferent to service Asked for an invoice - didn't get one

Excellent Location to the Train to Union or the Airport

The location of this hotel is amazing. It is only a five minute walk from the Peña & 61st station which is only one stop from the Airport. The hotel is clean, has restaurants, a bar, and even a Starbucks. The whole place was dead quiet and the hotel is a bit isolated, but if that suits your needs, this is the spot.

The breakfast was a little lackluster. I'd give it a 5/10, but really, most hotel breakfasts are subpar. There were quite a few breakfast options though. I did not like that having food delivered was a bit vague as I had to wait in the lobby. One of the USB plugs in my room was broken, but honestly, I'm just splitting hairs at this point.

worth the cost.

i left before breakfast but I did get a grab and go breakfast from the front desk. The muffin was excellent, but the apple was overripe. I took one bite and wasn't able to finish it because it was too grainy.

i wish i could have called down the the restaurant and ordered my dinner. I'd been travelling for over 10+ hours when i arrived so i was EXHAUSTED. I was happy to go down and pick up my order, but having to stand there and wait 20 minutes was an unnecessary inconvenience. Surely that's a modification that can be applied for guests who just want to pick up their order and charge it back to the room.

Modern facility, clean and well maintained. Bar and restaurant were great to visit.

Breakfast wasn’t so great. Scrambled eggs were dry. No yogurt or other usual options.

I will consider returning if I need easy access to DIA in the future.

Location to Airport is excellent. The standard complimentary breakfast was good. View of the front range mountains was very scenic.

Lack of shuttle service to the businesses, restaurants, in the area. Quite a hike to get to other services, making the stay feel isolated.

Easy access to downtown Denver via the train that’s 1 block away. Also close to the airport. Would stay here again.

Good airport hotel, but they need to improve their breakfast as pretty grim!

Room was comfortable and hotel perfectly located for airport - to be honest better than many other airport hotels I have stayed at!

Breakfast was terrible! limited choice and what was available was pretty grim! Also the use of plastic cutlery, cups and plates is pretty poor and also not very environmentally friendly !! Would have expected more

Pleasant home away from home.

We were on an 11 vacation that got extended and the Hyatt place was the most comfortable place we stayed. Having the restaurant was such a welcome addition when we got there from a long day and the food was so good. We used it both nights.

Disappointing

Overall, the staff did a fantastic job, however, there was one exception and I will write that below. The pool was nice, visited twice, room was very clean and well stocked, fridge did not work first two nights, will comment on that below, but third night worked. The Room Attendant on our floor was very nice and acknowledged us twice during our stay, great job there. The front desk AGENTS did well, were attentive and understanding. The hotel was walking distance to the train, which made al of the travel needs very manageable. Breakfast each morning was good and the attendants we met and interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The Front Office Manager or Supervisor as we couldn't get a straight answer as to what her role was with the team. She did an incredible job with the crew that came in two of the nights, but was not attentive to our needs. I let her know during the weekend our fridge was not working, she stated "well gotta see if the maintenance staff came in today". When I asked they don't have a schedule?, she stated, "you know how it is". That is not a response and very inappropriate to talk about the staff that way. Fridge was finally repaired/replaced on Sunday afternoon, our last night of our stay. On Monday afternoon, we got back to the hotel at 4:00pm, let her know we would be in the lobby for the 5:30pm shuttle, and the second shuttle driver wasn't leaving till 6pm. We had to wait as she did not confirm in whatever book you keep track of rides that we were not on there. We asked over the weekend WITH her present at the Front Desk. As we waited the additional half hour, the shuttle driver, who said it was his 3rd day, knew we were not happy with her service, she never approached us to see what the concern was, just dismissed us like she did all four days. By the way, we waited till 6pm, was rushing through the terminal when she had all the information needed to ensure our stay and departure went smoothly, and failed. Lastly, I mentioned how she did a great job with the crews... well it seems we waited till 6pm so she could ensure one crew member had a ride, so that is what we took from this interaction.

My room phone didn’t work… But, I would stay again because the bed & pillows were awesome!

Breakfast was great! Breakfast Much better than La Quinta! The bed was so comfortable! Quiet :) no disturbances from neighbors or door slamming. They granted me a 1pm late check out :)

The shuttle & a guest blocked the entry to go park for 5 minutes I had to wait until the guest finally moved their car… parking lot was very full & I had to park far away from the lobby & carry my luggage alone with no bellman. No hot tub!

Not a bad hotel and good value for money, few hiccups here and there

The room was nice and large. It's not the cleanest hotel but wasn't bad for one night stay. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

We must have gotten a room close to maybe the boiler room or the heating room. The sound got very loud late at night. The shuttle from the airport is every half hour hence a long wait if you just missed it. Not many food choices when you arrive in the evening as there are

Fly out of denver day

Location for arriving from light rail and going to the airport staff were courteous to understand our situation that we had to checkout before noon but stay in lobby and needed lunch and airport shuttles at 3pm and 7pm

Moths would somehow fly into the room like 2 or 3 a day from hallway minor but annoying
