Thank you so much for having me in your property. The location was perfect for me to me near my family. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy everything was clearly laid out. The view was beautiful as stated. As someone previously suggested the drawers in the kitchen do need to be fixed just because you can really injure yourself and there are too many signs as stated maybe a book would be better it just takes away from the overall look. Please also purchase a stick vacuum which will make it much easier to clean and pick up sand more accurately than a broom. You will enjoy your visit here ! thank you for everything

Condo is large and beautiful. View is terrific. Had a few communication hiccups upon check-in and had to contact Ray the property owner late in the evening to resolve, but fortunately he called us right back asap and got us into the unit after a long frustrating travel day. The local property managers Erasma and Freddy were very responsive and helpful. They gave us excellent restaurant suggestions too (if you like dogs, you MUST have brunch at Lucas & Ella's restaurant in Aguadilla!). The fridge's ice and filtered water dispensers were both not working upon arrival, so Freddy immediately dropped off a couple gallons of filtered water and bags of ice without us even asking :) The view from the balcony is extraordinary. The A/C throughout the unit works very efficiently and well. The three large flatscreen smart TVs with cable included were a nice surprise. The in-unit washer and dryer are high quality and work well, however the washer does have an musty odor like a previous user left wet clothes in it for a long time. Master bed is very comfortable. We always expect the water pressure to be poor when we travel, especially to the Caribbean, but the pressure in both showers was some of the lowest we've ever experienced. The pool is beautiful and we actually had it completely to ourselves a few times. The condo complex is very safe and secure in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again and we hope to in the near future!

This was the perfect location for us. The views were superb. Every day we were gifted with beautiful sunsets. The only suggestion that I can provide is that they need to fix a couple of minor things were broken. They do not prevent you from enjoying the property but it would certainly help. Would I visit this property again? Must definitely.

The property is in good location right after the ocean to see feom balcony. As its west facing , anyone cannenjoy the full sunset , but truely speaking i enjoyed the moonset more over ocean at the midnight , it was awesome. I will recommend this place to stay. Just my suggestion to owner if it can have dishwasher and good vacum for tiles floor..rest all are good, very neat and clean property. Thanks !

Way too many signs inside the condo, like it was a dormitory - probably should’ve had like a guest binder notebook like most places instead of all the signage, first thing I noticed was the coffee maker had fungus inside because nobody ever took out the old coffee and coffee filter for Lord knows how long. So the first thing we had to do was clean that. I don’t really care for coming into place to stay for a week and having to clean something that we plan on using! Cleaning people really dropped the ball on that one!! Other than that everything was fine.

Spent 6 days at this condo. Great location, great home, and the property manager helped us out with any issues that arrived. We got lost and she actually face timed us and stayed on the line until she walked us to the door. Great job all around! The view from the deck and pool is beyond amazing .

WOW.. Breathtaking views from this condo and infinity pool. The property is spacious, clean and well maintained. Gated community with security. Property close to Crash Boat Beach. Property manager was responsive and extremely helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

The unit was perfecto!!! No matter what time of day or night, the view of the Atlantic is fabulous. We took advantage of all the great beaches, restaurants, bars and attractions that Aguadilla and the area of Isabella and Ricon offer. We met great people and look forward to a chance to visit the region again in the future.

The photos do not do this property justice :-) The view from the room was spectacular. The pool was beautiful and the checkin process was seamless. The condo itself was spacious and had everything one would need while on vacation. The condo was equipped with TCL televisions with cable as well as access to various apps that you could use with your subscriptions. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Moca and look forward to staying here again :-)

This location is very clean and spacious. I loved how easy it was to communicate with the property owner for any questions I had, this location is minutes away from crash boat beach and the pool was clean and quiet. Perfect for families with kids . Only issue was the large sofa bed was messed up and I was told not to open it in which I wasn’t notified of this till the day of check in . I would definitely stay here again. Overall I give it a 10/10 . Thank you

We visited this great property in June 2022 with a family of 5. The apt was super comfortable, nicely equipped kitchen, and the views, the pool, the beach nearby... amazing! We ended each day catching sunsets from the infinity edge pool which was super relaxing. Our contact Erasma was an awesome host, helping with checking in, answering questions, and recommending spots to eat. The kids had an amazing time and we can't wait to comeback. Highly recommend to anyone.

Very cute apt., we had more than enough room for just the 4 of us, all rooms were quite spacious. We sat out on the balcony every morning and evening taking in the view. Crash Boat Beach was beautiful. We ended up not cooking much but they definitely had everything needed in the kitchen for those wanting to cook more. We were very pleased to have gotten a great apt for the week with a great location with restaurants and stores nearby. Oh and Erasma who I was in contact that helped to take care of the apt was so kind and very helpful, she answered right away whenever I called, which really was very little. I think if you stay here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you to the Raymond and their help Erasma for helping to check PR off our bucket list!

This property completely lived up to its VRBO description. Clean, great views, great breeze. Less than 5 minutes to Crashboat Beach. If you are looking for calm, clean waters and your choice of sun or shade then no need to go anywhere else.

Beautiful view and pool area. The owner and housekeeper were very helpful. Loved not having to use air conditioning because of the cooling breezes. Only suggestion is that the kitchen needs remodeling.

Simply the best experience I've ever encountered with VRBO, and I have been using VRBO for vacation rentals about 8 years. this place was beautiful and exactly what was advertised! The view was amazing of Crash Boat Beach! Our power went out and we contacted Erasma and she texted us immediately with instructions on what t do and where to get supplies from in the apartment! Check in was incredibly easy!

Love the condo and the complex that offers two pools. The location of the condo is the best because you do not have to climb any stairs making this my favorite. We will continue to book and stay in this particular condo due to the easement of everything!

We are on the go type of people. The place is located 4 minutes from the Crash boat Beach. 8 minutes from agudia Airport. We only really came to sleep. With that said it was secure and safe location. I had a rental car so having a parking spot included was something I needed. We had 2 spots at this location. 2 bathrooms was clutch since I was traveling with my wife and 17 year old daughter. The pool is really nice even though we spent all but 10 minutes using it. We spent most of our time on different beaches in the area. Restaurants were 4 minutes away. The View from the balcony was amazing. If I had to say one nagative thing we lost power for 30 minutes one morning which made the women in my life so happy. But when then we heard 400000 people lost power for 2 days. We were lucky well I was lol. Overall a great place to stay.

Everything was just as we saw in the pictures. The view from the balcony was amazing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The pool is wonderful overlooking the ocean. Crash Boat beach is literally a 5 minute drive. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Raymond and his family were very helpful and welcoming. We would definitely return.

Overall the property was good. However, it is needing some maintenance, specially in terms of kitchen cabinets. Also needs some cabinet, closet and storage areas de-cluttering as well as kitchen cooking supply replacement of worn out pots and pans, etc.
