Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete, große, ruhige Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung, 75 qm im 2. Stock/Dachgeschoss. Wunderschöner Ost-Balkon mit Morgensonne und Blick auf Wald und Berge. Zwei getrennte helle Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit Balkonzugang. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, das andere über zwei Betten, die wahlweise zum Doppelbett oder als zwei einzelne Betten gestellt werden können. Das helle Bad hat ein Fenster und sowohl Dusche wie auch Badewanne und Föhn. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich neben einem HD-Fernseher auch zwei Couchen, die ebenfalls ausgezogen und zum Schlafen genutzt werden können. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit W-LAN lädt auch bei schlechtem Wetter zum Erholen ein. Die Fenster sorgen für sehr viel Licht. Spiele und Bücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gibt es ebenfalls einen Zugang zum Balkon, der mit gemütlichen Balkonmöbeln und einen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet ist. Daneben befindet sich eine ger��umige Eckbank mit einem großen ausziehbaren Esstisch, an dem bequem 6 - 8 Personen Platz haben. Die offene Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Ceran-Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. Im großen Waschkeller steht außerdem eine eigene Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
