Location and View stunning

The beachfront bungalow was exceptionally great. Modern and sea views, hotel staff was very helpful, i asked for a bed topper for the bed as it was a little hard for me. Could not do enough to make sure you had a good stay. The small restaurant was great value.

There is 1 night a week where you have very little sleep in this location if you are older and don't want to join the party. Due to a bar a few yards away that has a beach party. every week. Luckily we stayed for a few days so we caught up with our sleep.

Top locatie en personeel

- Super vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel. Ze doen echt alles voor je om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. - Bungalowtjes staan in een prachtige groene oase aan het strand. - Leuk restaurantje erbij aan het strand (open tot 7 pm). Er zijn geen ligbedden op het strand, maar wel stoelen en zitjes. Hieronder natuurlijk nog een aantal zaken die we minder vonden, maar uiteindelijk toch een 8 door het super aardige personeel en het relaxte gevoel.

- Schoonmaak is op afroep - Keiharde bedden, maar er is een zachte topdeck beschikbaar! - Inrichting bungalowtjes zeer basic en niets extra’s. Wij zaten in nr 6, dat is wel 1 van de oudere lichting. 1e dag krijg je water, daarna niet meer, geen koffie/thee, geen waterkoker, geen glazen, wel een koelkastje. Ook geen extra handdoeken voor het strand. Haad Yao is een mooie baai, maar minstens 3x per week zijn er party’s die door de hele baai hoorbaar zijn tot 1 am (zaterdag, maandag en woensdag). Neem dus goede oordoppen mee of ga er naartoe. Ook groot verschil tussen eb en vloed. Met eb kun je echt niet zwemmen.

Traumhafte famuliäre Unterkunft

Unsere Hütte war komfortabel und der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Familie ist sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Location location is fab, great beach and local area

Amazing position on the beach, huts are situated in a lovely quiet garden, perfect for chilling with lots going on the surrounding area, night market is fabulous with great stalls and dj!!

Bed a little hard and shower is standard Thailand 1 bar pressure

Nice beach, close to the shop

Very small bungalow with 2 beds taking over the whole space. Hammock on the porch is pointless as it's in the way so it's hard to sit and relax outside. Our bungalow was overlooking a messy outside kitchen so not a very relaxing view. There is no cleaning service and our bins were overflowing. We had to leave rubbish next to the bin in our porch. It was hard to relax with so much rubbish around you. We only had 2 toilet rolls and 2 waters provided for 4 night stay so we had to buy an extra toilet roll. It's not worth the money we paid.

Way to pricy for this experience, cockroaches!!

Very close to beach Bed looked comfortable

Cockroach in room! The beach was full of Seaweed and not taken care of Place was full of messy little corners, soany ants we got bitten daily, No cleaning No pick up Took super long to get answers on booking chat Messenger We paid 1500 Baht per night, it was not worth it. This place needs a loooooot of care to be in shape.

Fantastic place to stay on Koh Phang Ngan. Loved the beach & the location. The owners were wonderful

I absolutely LOVED my time at the Ibiza Resort on Haad Yao on Koh Phang Ngan. PERFECT location on one of THE most gorgeous beaches you'll ever find in your lifetime. My room was fantastic - SO close to the beach as well. Lots of choices for beach restaurants and drink shops too. Plus decent snorkelling by the coral not too far off the beach. The bed was super comfortable, fan worked great, no need for A/C for me. Great bathroom with the option of warm/hot water if you need it. VERY clean and tidy and a great layout. Plus they had a huge veranda out front with an awesome hammock too! Khun Wit and his wife were lovely as well and were so helpful and available if I needed anything. Just an awesome "family" run resort. Side note - they were building 5 new air con units on the site when I was there, but the workers worked during the day when I was at the beach so never really heard them. But Wit and his wife apologized for the noise and any inconvenience caused - which was nothing for me. ALL good! There is also a 7-11 on the main road about a 3 minute walk from the resort, plus a few amazing restaurants. Plus you can easily zip into town to hit Phanthip Night Market if you prefer - just 15-20 minutes away on scooter or songtaew. I would TOTALLY recommend this place to anyone and would love to go back again myself.

The owners were nice and quick to respond to all needs. The property itself is very average.

1) The owners run the place. They are nice and friendly. 2) The location is far from the full moon party but on the beach which is nice.

1) Lots of repairs required in my room. The main door lock wasn't working but the owner was quick to respond and used a spray to unlock the door after 10-15 minutes of wait. Also, the AC was dripping water all night. I informed him in the morning and he quickly fixed that as well. 2) I was informed that the rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days. Our stay was only for 2 days so bummer. We had to make our own beds and clean our rooms. 3) No breakfast or food available at the property. 4) The pillows were thick and beds/mattresses were old and worn out. The owners wife was nice to bring me a thin pillow.

Perfect

Best place to stay on Haad Yao, and Koh Phangan in general! The A/C bungalow was perfect. The location cannot be bet, it is literally right on the beach which creates a magical atmosphere and the rooms are surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. There are chairs in the sands which are wonderful to relax in for the day and watch the sunset. The food is delicious!! Huge portions and really tasty, prepared by the father and mother who run this hotel. We ate here at least twice a day for five days! You can see the fisherman pulling into the beach, and going to drop off incredibly fresh fish in the evening, which you can order fresh for your dinner. The family who run this place are so helpful and welcoming. The value for money is exceptional and I definitely recommend!

It was a great place, my room was 20mt to the beach, the owners take care of the property very well and very lovely to deal with.

Nothing to dislike to be honest, the paths could have been lit up better but it's not an issue.

Cheap and cheerful bungalows on the beach in a chilled area.

Nice little bungalow on the beach, clean and insect free! Very friendly staff. Location was lovely and chilled, exactly what I was looking for.

No room cleaning all week, no electric kettle in the room, and wifi was not great.

Wonderfull stay!

My father has been here during a period of almost four weeks. He was very happy about his stay in Ibiza Beach Resort. He mentioned the very nice owner(s), the good location, food and bungalow. He had a very good time and hopes to return next winter.

A great find, don't miss it

Such a lovely family who run this place, super friendly and helpful. The huts are in a fantastic location right on the beautiful shores of Haad Yao beach which is the longest beach on the island (but still not that long). The bungalow huts are really spacious with AC and hot water and a hammock to rest in. There's a cafe in the resort and great restaurants nearby.

The bar next door plays horribly loud EDM a couple of nights a week which made getting up early for the Muay Thai gym very difficult, but it's not too often and earplugs blocked it out mostly.

Very good

The location is wonderful! Situated in Haad Yao. It is central enough not to feel isolated, but gar enough to be peaceful. Wit and his family are very welcoming and always ready to assist with even the most random of requests. Like when they arranged their bbq grill for me to grill fresh fish on.

We missed having a fridge.

For 1500 baht a night they could at least offer a bottle of drinking water a day, but not. no one came to clean the room

By the beach

No hot water kettle in the room but you can get hot water in the glass from the kitchen just not after 7pm then they are closed for the day.
