Everything! The property is spacious (3 bed, 2 bath), with a yard, driveway, well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, living and our favorite, the screened-in porch. The Wifi worked well, it was always nice and cool inside and Jimmy (manager) came by to say hello. We loved our stay here and fell in love with Beaufort, SC, a town just a few miles down the road that we knew nothing about before coming.

The only negative for us was that none of us had cell reception at the property. This was odd since there is a cell phone tower right nearby. This is probably due to our provider rather than the property.

Peaceful setting, acess to all area beaches and activities. Comfortable and clean. Great alternative to hotel, especially during Pandemic.
