Would highly recommend this property.

Prior to our arrival our host Tony was in touch with clear instructions on where to park (he provided photos of the entrance and our parking space). On our arrival he met us at the property to hand over the keys and he provided a very warm and friendly welcome with lots of suggestions for how to enjoy our stay on Cardiff. He also took us to the apartment and talked us through some of its features. An excellent and reassuring host - thank you, Tony. The apartment was very comfortable (the bed particularly so) and well equipped. A quiet location within a few minutes walk of Cardiff Bay. At the end of our stay Tony met us again so we could hand back the keys and we were able to tell him personally how much we enjoyed our stay.

The only drawback was that the apartment was advertised with a swimming pool but this was closed for brief renovations during our stay - an unavoidable closure at very short notice, for which Tony was very apologetic. This didn’t affect our stay overall and it would be nice to return when the pool is back in operation.

An ideal location, within easy walking distance of both the city centre and Cardiff Bay. Free parking on site. Very clean and an excellent, friendly and informative host.

Absolutely perfect!

Communication with the owner Tony was brilliant and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. The apartment was beautiful with complimentary coffee and teas and even some little sweets. Everything was comfortable and spotless. It was like a hotel suite. We loved it!!

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Great for a short city getaway

Immaculate Fully equipped and well thought out apartment Host, Tony, friendly and hospitable and easily contactable Free parking Access to leisure facilities (tho a bit of a faff as have to swap key fobs with concierge) Close to Cardiff bay and city centre both within walkable distance

Great, would come again.

Came for Uni graduation ceremony, so timing was key - excellent communication with the host who met us as organised, was very helpful and let us into the property, which was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, including access to a swimming pool which we used. Booked for location and price which were both excellent.

Could have done with more than one key, and perhaps had ability to get in and out of the parking if we had wanted to - as it was we did not move the car so this wasn't a problem for the one night. Sofa bed might need some attention, even though son said it was comfortable - it has a bit of a bend in it.

Tony was really friendly and helpful. Flat was excellent. Very clean, warm, and quiet with everything provided. Perfect size for a family of three with a nice view to the river. The location was good with easy walking distance to main train station and the Bay.

Fantastic location close to Cardiff Bay

ABSOLUTELY BRILL!!

Location was absolutely brilliant. Everything was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The only thing I would like to mention is due the warm weather I would recommend investing in a fan during those warm days.

Wonderful - great flat in a lovely location. Brilliant host.

The host, Tony, was brilliant - so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The check-in/check-out process was incredibly easy. The flat is in a lovely location with a wonderful river view. Private car parking is included. There were lovely touches in the flat - Tony provided milk, water, biscuits and sweets!

A very comfortable stay in a great location

The location being near to The Principality Stadium was key for us, only being a mile or so away, was great, not having to sit in traffic or get Taxis in from outlying hotels helped a lot. Being an apartment and a very nice one, it had all the facility's we needed for our break.

The price was a bit more than I had hoped to spend but given the fact I didn't need taxis it was probably no dearer than using a hotel.

Great city apartment, clean and spacious.

Modern city apartment, extremely clean and comfortable. Good views of the River Taff. Convenient location. Tony who met us at the property was extremely helpful and friendly, he gave us a brief overview of the City.

The surrounding area felt a little unsafe especially during evening, although the location itself was convenient with both the city centre and Cardiff Bay just a short walk away.

Awful, avoid.

I don't have anything positive to say about this property.

Firstly, the address listed is incorrect. Hansen House does not exist, the apartment is in a housing block with a number of 'houses' called Nice, Marseille, etc. None are called Hansen. After a long search for a non-existant house, I called the host. He took 25 mins to arrive and meet me to hand over the keys. 25 mins in the torrential rain with my 5 month old daughter. He was incredibly rude on arrival and actually laughed at us about how wet we were. The apartment states that it can host up to 3 adults but there was only one key. This was a problem given that you need the key to enter the gated complex and the flat itself. Basically, unless you leave and return to the complex together you are stuffed as it's a good 10 min trip between the two to let people in. This meant I had to wait in for my partner to arrive and we could not go in and out independently. Oh and the parking situation is ridiculous and don't even think about arriving in more than one car...
