Everything was great except the breakfast however, I would definitely book again.

Easy to locate because it was right off the highway. Easy to check in and the hotel was clean. The room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast was below average. More options would be better and all the juice was watered down.

Nice hotel, but will not recommend.

The property was nice and clean.

We stayed there as a group for a tournament. Our car was stolen on the lot the second night, and the staff was of no help nor had any concern at all. They were very rude and only cooperated with police. When asked to speak with a manager they told us they could not get in touch with a manger on weekends. Although, the night before they told us the general manager called and told them to turn the lights off in the lobby while a few of the adult group members where down sitting in the lobby. The lobby had a group of nonguest under age children that was there just hanging around which made guest feel very unsafe. The hotel was very nice but, I don’t think that was a safe environment. They need to hire night security to patrol that area. Will never stay at this location again.

Pretty nice stay butttt.....

Rooms were very clean, and all the little extras were well stocked. Shampoo lotion shower gel. The welcome on the TV when we walked was a nice touch. Noise level was low despite it being several youth teams staying there. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical but not bad. They kept the area clean during the time we used the dining area. Beds were comfortable.

The area around the hotel seemed a little seedy. One of the groups traveling with us had their car stolen on site. Nothing the hotel could control, but they may should consider security especially considering the look of area around the hotel.

My stay felt luxurious!

Everything was neat and clean and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was superb! I did not utilize all of the amenities, but I will be sure to take advantage of those when I return for another say. I will be booking again soon.

I honestly can not think of anything. My stay was nice and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I enjoyed how the staff did not disturb me with morning cleaning and were so quiet throughout the process that I did not even know they were on my floor!

Overall I had a great stay and I would definitely come back.

The location and the staff. Also the free breakfast was a plus. The different amenities that was offered.

The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely informative. The rooms were beautifully kept and extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was exceptional (coffee always hot, even after breakfast = PLUS) and I LOVED how they had water bottles present at the front desk always for guests to grab at their own free will.

The only thing I found odd was that the bathrooms in the room had big pump shampoo, conditioner, and lotion; although I always bring my own products, I have never seen this before as typically hotels provide small, disposable products. I’m sure it’s to make the guests feel more welcomed, at home, and as though they have more product to use, but I was curious as to how that works with guests changing daily as far as cleaning them, replacing them, etc. but no biggie AT ALL.
