This non-smoking (smoking allowed outside only), pet friendly home offers free WiFi, cable, outside entertainment area with flat screen television, fireplace, propane fire pit, outdoor grilling, internet and a fully stocked kitchen and water side cabana with many other amenities.
Casa Frio is a pet friendly three bedroom home (two up and one down) with two bathrooms and two outdoor entertainment areas. The boat house upper deck is furnished with a dining table that seats six persons, two luxury lounge chairs for sun bathing and enjoying sunrises and sunsets plus two bar height chairs with umbrella for extra seating. The upper front porch has two cajun lumbar rocking chairs that are perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The downstairs entertainment area is upgraded with a 4K 50 inch television built into the side wall of the bunk room, two swings, propane fire pit, a table with seating for four and a barbeque grill. There is also an outdoor shower downstairs. There is a waterfront cabana located in the main breezeway that is ideal for afternoon naps and relaxing.
The back yard is fully fenced for keeping your pets safe and lushly landscaped on both sides giving you extra privacy and a tropical feel. The driveway can park up to six plus vehicles.
The Master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, king size bed, dresser and television. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and smart television. The third bedroom is a bunk room built off of the downstairs garage. This bunk bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The living room displays a 55 inch HD television with sofa and love seat. The kitchen is fully furnished with granite counters, utensils, coffee supplies and much more. The entire home is decorated with elegant beach themed furniture and decorations.

Sea Isle is the only subdivision that has a fishing pier that goes a hundred yards into west bay. In addition, it has a marina, small store, bait shop, sandbar grill restaurant, a second white table cloth restaurant, tennis courts, boat ramp, private beach parking and swimming pool. (the swimming pool is only open between the peak season of Memorial Day and Labor Day; Guests can purchase a pool pass directly from the Sea Isle Property Association; located next to the pool area; pool passes are good for up to ten guest for one week at a cost of $100.00;). The Sand Bar restaurant is popular for many west end folks with karaoke on Friday nights and entertainment on Saturdays. There is even an occasional fishing tournament held at the marina.

we had a good time just wish it would not have rained every day. Dock and Boat slip were nice and easy we will be back for sure hopefully with better weather. House was clean and ready for us the wifi didn't work the whole time we were there but I figured it was due to the storm a few weeks before but overall not a bad place to stay

This house is accurately described in the listing and I agree with other reviews. The house is located conveniently in Sea Isle and on a canal. It has a nice outdoor area and is close to the marina. The house is the best stocked house I have ever rented. If you have the opportunity, you should eat at the restaurant in the marina. Thanks for making this house available.

We rented the house for the IronMan event. It was a great location. We had (4) adults and (2) dogs, and the place was perfect. The covered lower deck was ideal for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Having beach access just across the highway was awesome. I'd definitely rent this house again.

The property was great. It was so relaxing sitting right by the water. The outdoor space was amazing. Inside was great. Clean and functional. We had dogs and the yard was fully fenced in and had plenty of places for them to run and do their business.
Lee was a fantastic host. He would respond quickly when I had questions and even made the drive out to replace fhe vacumm while we were there. We booked the house on short notice and I would absolutely recommend staying here or at any other properties he may host.

This was our 5th time to vacation here. The fishing was not good because of a weather system. But we had fun just relaxing, visiting Surfside jetties on one day. The wave action there was incredible! We enjoyed a very good meal at Katie's which is close to the cruise line wharf. Be sure you have reservations if you go. The Railroad Museum is a fabulous place to visit and see the old trains. They are doing a Polar Express cruise during the holidays. Our dogs love this property, although we had to teach our little terrier how to use the stairs. She caught on after a few false starts.They love to walk through the neighborhood on their leashes. No worries of loose dogs or unsavory characters. A good time was had by all and we will be returning next fall. Thank you Lee!

Overall our experience was great and everything was setup as stated in the VRBO description. If we had to say anything that could use some improvement, we would just say the interior of the house could use some minor updates and a a fresh coat of paint. Great property for the husband and I to relax. Quiet neighborhood, loved hanging out by the canal. Close to the restaurant, bait shop. Loved the neighborhood pier at sunsets. Short drive to the beaches! Recommend as a great getaway. House had everything we needed.

Stayed 3 nights. Would definitely stay again. Rented kayaks from place near by that delivered. The canal was awesome with the lights at night in the water. Very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed all of the outdoor space. The marina is walking distance and the private pier was great.

The house was very comfortable. It is you need to find a place that allows someone to use the lift for their boat that helped me a lot with fishing leaving it in the water always left a dirty water mark. The only issue was the garbage cans were full lol we got there. The issue with ants coming from the electrical socket that was mentioned in a previous review was still there. The owner was very very responsive. Immediately responded to any email. The only thing we would add is maybe it needs a freshening up from the baseboards

Everything with accessing the house was easy and the house was stocked with more than we expected! Boat house worked perfectly with our fishing boat and there was plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs for everyone. We didnāt bring our dogs, but this place is very pet friendly! Dog bed and lots of dog bowls downstairs.

We stayed her for the weekend. The house was what we needed, but there were a few quirks. I assume with the home being pet friendly, some may not clean up as they need to. The bunk beds were not cleaned and smelled like dog pee from previous renter. We had to use the beds because we ended up needing to separate our dogs for the visit. The couch left black remnants on my kiddos and we assume it came from the arms of the couch. Lee was great as an owner in communication about early check in, etc. when we left there were fire ants coming from a plug in the kitchen. We did not complain to him during the stay, but did let him know our concerns when we left. I would say if the Lee does not do checks at the home often, he should start. Also, the desk upstairs was nice, but the corner furthest from the house was wobbly but I am not an engineer to say if that is normal in a canal home.

The whole rental process from start to end was easy! Lee answered all my questions quickly and was super friendly! He gave us great directions on how to get to the house and what we should do for check in and check out.
Also, we were so happy to see how welcoming it was to our fur babies! There are water and food bowls along with a dog bed!

Wow!!! Best vacation ever. I am a typical tourist. I love to go and explore. My hubby is the complete opposite. He wants to relax.. this rental was the best of both worlds. Fishing made his vacation perfect. The pool & beach the kids loved. The outside entertainment area was my fav. Far enough from the city for my hubby to be happy but close enough to all the attractions for me!! We will be back!! Alsoā¦every other rental I normally have to buy out needsā¦this was stocked with laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toliet paperā¦15/10 recommend!!!

Our stay was exactly what we needed as a family. - great place to hang out and come home to after a day at the beach. All the amenities were great and my kids loved the little seashell bowls!
