Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania prostych posiłków. Zdecydowanym plusem jest dobra lokalizacja, blisko na Kazimierz, blisko na stare miasto, blisko do sklepu spożywczego, blisko do przystanków komunikacji miejskiej.
Materac był czymś zalany, brudny z jednej strony. Ręczniki z pewnością wyprane, ale z pewnością już nie białe. Bardzo słaby internet, obraz i dźwięk w telewizji były znacznie rozsunięte, a momentami pikseloza - akurat były mistrzostwa Europy w piłce nożnej. Brak klimatyzacji.

Location was great, the breakfast was very nice.
It was very warm when we stayed, but there were no fans available. There also wasn’t anyone at the office for our 11am check out despite being told we had to check out then, I had to call someone and we were left waiting 25 mins.

Huone oli epäsiisti yleisilmeeltään. Suihkun kaivo ei vetänyt kunnolla vettä ja suihkutila oli muutenkin epäsiistin oloinen. Kylpyhuoneessa haisi viemärit.
Sängyssä oli siihen liian pienet lakanat ja niitä sai olla jatkuvasti asettelemassa ettei nukkuisi pelkällä nuhjuisella patjalla.
Loppujen lopuksi kaiken ”kruunasi” se, että unohdin Oura sormukseni majapaikan pöydälle ja kun kyselin perään niin kukaan ei enää vastannut viesteihin. Sain ”ilokseni” sitten iltapäivällä huomata Oura sovelluksestani, että sormukseni kulki jonkun matkassa mukana keräämässä minulle treeniminuutteja. En palaa tähän paikkaan ikinä enkä suosittele sitä pelkän sijainnin takia kenellekään. Lähistöllä on lähes samalla hinnalla muitakin majoitusvaihtoehtoja.

Location is amazing, nice decor and comfortable room, amazing value for money.
Only one towel each in the whole room, loud traffic but can’t be helped, shower leaked slightly, weird smell from sink, up a lot of stairs.

The water pressure was good with a good amount of warm water
There was no air conditioning.
No smoke alarms (the mount for one was there but the alarm itself was not there).
The walls around the bed (which was just a mattress on the floor) were stained with what I could only imagine being bodily fluids.
The entirety of the room seemed dirty, we walked around in the room for five minutes after showering and our feet were dirty enough to the point it looked like we had walked outside.
We only got two towels, which is not enough as my girlfriend uses two, one for body one for hair, I use one, one for the bathroom floor after showering and we need one for drying our hands after using the toilet, we did get two additional towels but that was the day after we asked for it in addition to a fan I had asked for.
However, when I asked for the fan, they gave a passive aggressive message that we have a balcony, as if opening the window to a balcony, letting in bugs and exhaust fumes would be comparable to a fan or air conditioning.
This message was also concerning as they were giving me information about someone else and their room, which could be an issue for someone's safety if they give information to the wrong person.
The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor because the doors are not touching the bottom of the shower.
There seemed to be mold all over the floor around the shower and toilet, most likely because of the shower leaking.
There was a fan in the bathroom that looked like it was supposed to ventilate, but it was not functional and probably another cause of the mold.
There were only two rolls of single ply toilet paper, likely the cheapest they could get.
There was a stovetop in the little kitchen we had, but the stairs to the bed was right above it, to the point where it would be a fire hazard and it wouldn't be comfortable at all to cook anything there as you'd have to reach around the stairs (which are not movable, if they were this wouldn't have been a problem).

The staff
The nicest part of the place is outside of the building. A veneer to hide what was inside. Old, old wooden stairs and broken tiles in the floor leading to our room, our room had the remains of dried bug guts on the wall, dust cobwebs on the ceiling , furniture desperately in need of cleaning and the sound of someone beating a female somewhere in the building during the night, and a mattress thrown on the loft floor. We left the next day. This is clearly a misrepresentation of what you would expect by reviews and photos. lipstick on a pig. we will be contacting booking. com for a refund. we also booked a tour and was refused a refund. clearly the pictures are from when it was newly renovated.

Well located and it looks modern.
In our apartment blinds were broken and the window handle aswell. So we had tons of light.
The bed clothes were almost none. There was a blanket over the mattress that barely covered it, so during the night you end up sleeping touching the mattress.
There was a “tik-tak” pretty loud coming from the electricity box, and the fan in the bathroom was always on. This together with the bad isolation from the building made it pretty noisy.

Great location
Where should I start?; room looks bigger and better on the picture, I’m not so sure if anyone changed my bedding as I found so many hairs on the pillows. Towels, not sure if I can call them that way, they were old and had stains. Kettle was old- I was surprised it still worked. And the constant noise from the fan in the bathroom and from the fridge.

sama sprzątałam bo człowiek się brzydził czegokolwiek dotknąć.
Pilot był tak brudny że nawet go nie używałam.
Woda zatrzymuje się pod prysznicem, w zlewie.
Podłoga nie była wcale umyta na nasz pobyt.
Koc który był na łóżku miał tyle plam że zebrało mi się na wymioty gdy to zobaczyłam. Poduszki na łóżku z plamami. Obiekt nie wie co to znaczy sprzątanie.

Perfect location, 20 min walk into centre and a tram stop round the corner if you don’t want to walk. Near the Kazimierz district so great food places nearby. Bed was comfy, 2 people would have benefitted from more pillows. Really warm despite -8 Celsius outside.
To be completely honest I started this trip feeling pretty unsafe especially as a solo traveller, when I arrived there was a clearly intoxicated man in the staircase that I had to step over to get to my room. When I came back down he was then naked. I don’t believe this is a fault of the company and it was completely fine after this but was an unsettled night. The curtains are far from blackout so if you struggle with waking up with light bring an eye mask. The WiFi worked intermittently and only in the bathroom, same for my signal so I was left with a useless phone most of the time.

Estaba sucio y tenía muy mal olor. El extractor de aire del baño no se apagaba por lo que no se podía dormir. Los encargados no contestaban los llamados para solucionar los inconvenientes. Las toallas "blancas" no lo eran. Estoy tramitando la devolución del dinero ante Booking porque finalmente no me pude quedar más de una hora. Es un pésimo lugar, no vale la pena.

Great location for exploring the Old Town. Room was ok, but small but I was travelling alone. Reception staff were great, friendly and helpful. Overall for the price paid very good value. Breakfast was good but plenty of places nearby to eat if you don’t fancy what’s on offer through the property.
Room was tired, could do with a touch of paint. But if an odour from the shower and the toilet seat was broken. Wi fi didn’t work on day one but was ok after that. There was an extractor fan in the bathroom that kept coming on and kept me awake during the night.

Wonderful place to choose for staying. Maybe even more than for one night. It would suite for the ones who like to cook on their-own. Perfect on time delivery of the breakfast directly to your door.
The bad part is the parking. Even it is stated that parking is available it is not. Parking along the street can not be reserved only for you. Even some of paid parking options provided by hotel do not exist or are closed.

Loved the bed, very comfortable considering I have 2 spine conditions. Everything was clean and cozy. Having your own kitchen was a bonus of it's own. Host was responsive enough and gave me a little bit of extra time to check out due to medical issues.
The kitchen doesnt have basic amenities, so cooking was very difficult.
The shower door leaked water on the floor in small amounts.
Please upgrade this, and this stay is a straight out 10/10 for the money!

Clean and confortable room, not too big but has everything needed, kitchen, table, chairs, tv, wardrobe and beed in a 2nd floor. All ok. Its 10 mins far from the city center walking.

A LOT of noise from streetcars coming through window which we had to have open because there was no aircond or at least a fan.
On the other hand, the fan in bathroom was always on, adding to the noise. El. socket next to bed was hanging on wires from wall. Last but not least, the door lock cylinder was sticking out of the frame on the out side of the door, which is easy way for thieves to break in - they use a lever device with a cuthole fitting the protruding cylinder, twist and break the cylinder and replace it with their own and unlock the door. Keep in mind tourists tend to be away most during the day.
