Lovely condo and beautiful beach! Too bad for the construction of the new hotel going on, but I was aware prior to booking. A small part of the view is now blocked by the construction, which starts at 7 am except for Sunday. Very quiet at night and comfortable. Helpful staff and great housekeeping. The Somewhere restaurant on site is very convenient. The reef on the beach is neat to snorkel around. Boat pick up for touts are right on the beach, too. Would return.

The perfect location. Yes, there is some construction going on next door, but the discount given makes it tolerable. The property itself is fantastic! Only steps from the most beautiful beach I have ever visited. The Somewhere Café on premises means you do not need to rent a car (they drive on the British side of the road, BTW). Everyone was soooo friendly.

Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return.

Can not hear construction inside the condo. Not true, that’s all I could hear, had to turn tv up louder. Construction stops at 5 PM, not true, never before 7 PM, and went to 11 PM one night. Didn’t know there were no elevators (probably my fault), let the buyer beware. Condo is dated and in need of some repairs.

Small discount for construction and no photos of it lead us to believe it would be a minor inconvenience. It was however completely in front of our view. If you looked out at angle to the right you could see pool and ocean but Main view was of a green screened in construction site. Overall place was fine. Somewhere cafe was cool too. Good snorkeling in front. Bring your own gear though.

This was a great spot to enjoy the beach at Grace Bay. We were able to snorkel right from the beach and witnessed several boat excursions pick up and drop off at our beach. The Somewhere Cafe was a great option for lunch or dinner when we did not want to venture out for dinner that was either a short walk up the beach or taxi ride from this location. The condo was very clean with all the appliances we needed. The staff was very helpful and super friendly from front office to the staff assisting us on the beach. The only cons: construction next door is loud and will obstruct sunset from the balcony, can always stay at the beach. The kitchen is missing a cutting board, and the living area seating is not very comfortable, but we were not inside much.

We had an amazing stay at Coral Gardens in an ocean front unit. The view from the balcony/patio is amazing. The unit is very large, updated and had everything we needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The Somewhere Cafe was nice to have on grounds for drinks and food. The beach and ocean is gorgeous!

We had a very nice stay at Coral Gardens. The condo was very nicely equipped. It could use a pizza pan though. Construction is well underway next door and the noise starts around 7 and ends around 7. Balcony is unusable during these hours as it overlooks the construction. Gerome down at the towel table is a complete gem of a human and will work hard to make sure you have a chair and schedule any excursions for you. Graceway IGA is a fantastic supermarket. We found everything we would expect at our local grocery store in the US. It was very wavy one day in Grace Bay and we headed to Taylor bay on the opposite side of the island. What a magical beach! Overall a relaxing trip to TCI.

We had a wonderful time at Coral Gardens. The Condo was just like the pictures and very clean. The staff of Tyler, Verne and the cleaning service were great. The beach and snorkeling were just as advertised. The only problem was the construction next door. You don't hear the noise inside the Condo but during the day the patio was loud. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Coral Gardens.

The condo and location could not be more perfect. You literally walk out onto Grace Bay and in front of the reef. Condo has its own chairs and umbrellas which was wonderful - and we never had an issue getting one. The staff and property manager were excellent. Only negative was the construction next door - they started early and even worked on weekends. You couldn't hear it from bedroom but it certainly impacted sitting on balcony or opening the glass doors.

The condo was exactly as pictured with a beautiful oceanfront location. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils. The property personnel were all very helpful and the condo itself as well as the general property were very clean and well maintained. The condo was very spacious for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place with great snorkeling and we could not have made a better choice! The place was clean and perfect, everything we needed. Quiet and calm down at the beach with fabulous snorkeling. Would definitely stay there again!

This condo is on the top floor and has a nice balcony that looks over the pool and out to the ocean. It’s perfect for two people and the property staff is great, including office, beach and cleaning personnel. The location is great for snorkeling and swimming and walking the beach.

Everything was smooth and quaint. Large enough to offer amenities and yet small enough to care and we felt like family. The beach was not vast and took minimal steps to enter the crystal clear waters. Snorkeling was exceptional and the sand was powdery and attended to each morning. I want to thank Leanne and Prince for making this easy and functional. Mad props to Jerome and the staff for showing us hospitality that we will remember most about our trip. We will definitely return to TCI and Coral Gardens!

If you are looking for space and privacy directly on the beach, look no further. This was our first trip to TCI and didn’t know what to expect with the exception of knowing Grace Bay was a great location. You are steps away from a reef where we saw 100’s of variety of fish, several turtles (one of the highlights of our trip) and a string ray. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and welcomed us with rum punch. Somewhere was closed for renovations which was a disappointment as it was one of the reasons we chose this property. We made up for it with extra cocktail’s on the porch during sunset. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property and TCI.

Excellent location! Check-in at the resort was easy. The resort staff are so nice and friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily unless you don’t want it cleaned. Our unit was oceanfront so we had a beautiful view! Leanne responds quickly to emails and Jaya provided guest services available and a great list of restaurants to go to. We used Eugene Gardiner from Eugene’s Taxi & Tours to take us where we wanted to go. He is dependable and very nice. I highly recommend this unit and hope to stay there again next time we go!

My husband and I had a great time in this amazing property! Prince guided us with all our questions, the staff was very helpful, Leanne the owner was easily accessible and gave great suggestions on local places to visit. We rented a car which was perfect so we can visit multiple restaurants at our leisure. The view was amazing! It was super nice to get daily cleaning services too. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our last minute stay! The property was beautiful and the best snorkeling really was just out in front. The internet worked great for both of us who just needed a beach view instead of a snow view. Could the couch be updated, sure, but who really cares when you can look out and be so close to the beautiful water. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I had a crisis and couldn't find a wine opener - Lol! That was quickly remedied first by the staff at the restaurant and the next morning by the CG staff. We did rent a car at the airport and was glad to have that. It made getting to the store and touring the island much easier. Thanks for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise.

This is the second time I stayed at Coral Gardens and both times were 11+ days. The location and property are perfect to just lazy away the days and snorkel. Fantastic weather. Somewhere- on the property wS excellent and all the help was very friendly and attentive. The unit was in good shape but I suspect because of COVID it needed a deep clean. I noticed behind the TV there was stains on the floor that never were addressed by housekeeping. The kitchen cabinetry was a little worn but really just little stuff. Id stay again and I really appreciated the ease of booking and checking in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Gardens. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for location is a cab is needed to get to shops & restaurants unless you're good with a 45 minute walk. The upside is they have an excellent location on the beach with plenty of shaded lounge chairs, fewer crowds and good snorkeling. The staff was very welcoming & helpful. Our taxi drivers, Jennings & Daniel, have our recommendations. Definitely a place to come back to.

Nice condo - kitchen could use updating - great view - disappointed no gym which was advertised - the description of its availability should be updated - ended up renting a car and using a gym facility downtown -air conditioner in living room hums loudly -told the manager it was never addressed- loved the cleaning staff ! We had beautiful weather - Grace Bay is the place to stay - Christine
