KITCHEN: The large kitchen is all equipped with ten settings, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the appliances you will need for your vacation.

I think the absolute best part about this stay was knowing we could contact Kyle directly - we didn't have to go through a crazy phone system. The suite was wonderful. We loved the bedroom and bathroom set up, and the roominess of the sitting area. We loved having a kitchen. We loved being able to use the pool and hot tub (unfortunately the indoor hot tub was out of order for our entire stay). We did hear noise from above and below us, but it wasn't terrible. We would definitely stay here again, and refer friends!

Everything was great except we thought we had enough beds to sleep 11 and we had 10. One boy slept on the couch. Everything was clean and ready for us. We loved the warmest pool we've ever swam in. The bakery was mediocre. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Great location, easy access to Zermatt amenities. The unit is showing its age some, updating will be helpful. The carpet seems old, could benefit from a good cleaning. The deck, which offers a nice view of the pool, could use a good scrubbing.
The villa is spacious, kitchen is nicely equipped and the unit's location at the end of the hall through a private door is very nice.
Overall, it is a nice villa, just could benefit from some updating and deep cleaning.

This is one of the bigger 3 bedroom suites at Zermatt, and we enjoyed the bigger living space. The kitchen is still tiny, like the other suites, but everything was well taken care of and quite clean. We had a great stay here, and we’d happily come back again!

This room was so nice for all of my kids and their spouses and kids. It is a 3 bedroom with a bathroom attached to each room, so we all had our own space, plus the living room had enough chairs and couches for all of us to be comfortable while hanging out and the kitchen table was also big enough for all 7 adults and 4 little people. The rooms have great blinds and curtains so it stays dark for the kids to sleep. Kitchen is pretty small but still a great space. Loved it!

We had a wonderful time while staying at your Villa. It was immaculate, and the beds, pillows, and towels were first class. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. We will be back next year as this was such an incredible place to stay.

Fantastic getaway
Everything was wonderful! The kitchen is small for the size of the unit, but we made due. The beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean, and the view was spectacular. We will stay here again for sure!

Great Stay!
We enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed for cooking. There was a lot of space, and it was a great place to host our Nordic Ski Team for the NCAA championships. We will definitely stay again the next time we have an event at Soldier Hollow.

Property was nice, but upstairs guests were an issue
My family just stayed at this 3 bedroom Zermatt Villa. The room itself was nice. It was clean and spacious. Our issue was with the group staying above us. I realize that most people might stay here an never hear a sound from upstairs, but that wasn't our experience. The group above us was making significant noise until 2:00 AM both mornings we were there. I sent an email to the contact person who had sent all of the check in information but never heard anything back. I went to the front desk of the Zermatt resort but they said they had no control over the VRBO villas. We even tapped gently on the ceiling to try and let them know they were making significant noise, but that only seemed to intensify the situation. I text the contact number that was provided with my check in email and still no reply. Finally we decided to leave a day early from our stay because we didn't want to have another sleepless night.
When we went to the front desk to get putters and balls to play mini golf we were told that the VRBO villas are allowed to use the course, but there is a resort charge of $8 per adult and $5 per child to play. I may have misunderstood but I was under the impression those amenities were included with our rental. Now I understand that while you technically have access to the amenities, there is an additional cost involved for guests not staying in the hotel.
The property itself is nice and clean. I realize most people who stay here may not have the same issue my family had, but it was an issue for us. I was mostly frustrated with the lack of any communication from the owner. I emailed and text the number multiple times and still haven't heard anything from their side. When we were packing up to leave I noticed a different number in the guest book that wasn't the same number they had provided in their check in email. Perhaps if I had reached out to that number I could have received a response, but at that point, we had already made the decision to pack up and leave early.

Relaxing
This property is relaxing, spacious and there is ample room for family. Check in process was easy. Only thing I wish we had was some cleaning products like winded or Clorox wipes. Another set of sheets and an extra blanket as well. Kitchen is small, but the dining table is so awesome! Great for having everyone at the table or for game night. The furnishings are comfortable, especially the leather recliner. The weekend was fantastic and we felt very relaxed!

Great vacation spot.
The kids loved the pool area and the mini golf. The restaurants and bakery were yummy. The rooms were awesome with private baths for each of the 3 bedrooms. Very pretty rooms and comfortable beds.

Very Good
We had a nice time at the Zermatt villa. It was very nice with comfy beds. The only negative was the people staying right above us were very loud jumping around and had loud music playing til 11:15 PM. I would stay there again sometime and hope for quieter neighbors.

We had a great stay this unit was perfect, the only negative was the people above had kids running and jumping on the floors all the time and was a loud annoyance, but you can’t plan for stuff like that

Family Getaway
We had a great time staying at this property. Zermatt and Midway have a lot to offer. The reason I gave it four stars was because the furnishings are a little dated and the master bedroom king bed mattress needs to be replaced. The location is perfect and the views beautiful.

Everything was great!! The 3 bedrooms and the living area was perfect for our family of 12.

Attention to details makes a big difference
The bedroom beds were comfortable and nicely set up. Bathrooms were clean. The sofa sleeper mattress was terrible with broken springs, mattress sinking and super uncomfortable mattress! The smoke alarms (3 of them) started beeping in the middle of the night, with low battery signal. We had to go out at 3am to a local gas station to get replacement batteries. The villa above, the last night of our stay, someone up there threw up over their balcony with alot of it landing on our balcony wall. We had to buy more toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, and garbage bags. What you left for us, of the toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels, was not enough to last for 3 days with 10 people. It would be nice to know that we needed to bring extra of those supplies if you don't normally leave enough of those items for a few days. I don't know what your policy is on smoking Marijuana, but we could definitely smell it coming from inside the villa building. Especially not good when we had a small child with us. If you allow medicinal Marijuana then you should have designated areas for that. At least have it away from families with little kids who don't want to smell it. It would also be great to make it easier to get a hold of the property manager. It was confusing to go to the Zermatt Resort to ask questions about our villa, but they said they aren't responsible for our villa stay. When we tried to call the property manager, I couldn't get a hold of him, it went through to a customer service line that put me on hold for 30 minutes and then the line hung up on me.

Hummingbird Springs House
This was a girls trip for me and my daughters and we had a blast! The home is spacious and in a beautiful location! Everyone was able to have their own bed and bathroom! We had a great weekend and loved hanging out in Midway. It is so beautiful! Our only suggestion would be that the carpet could use a good cleaning. Otherwise we LOVED our stay there! Thank you Kyle, for being so accommodating!
