The property is beautiful, in a great location and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch playing music. It was very peaceful and comfortable.

We were so close to the center of Alpharetta, restaurants, and shops..yet quiet and wooded all around us. Nicely decorated..very comfortable beds. Easy check in and check out.

We will summarize it this way - you want to rent this house if you are staying in the area!! It was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is surrounded by woods which is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the back porch playing cards and felt like we were in the mountains (very cool!). The only caveat, and it did not impact us at all, is there is not a dining room table but the island has four chairs and we ate there and it was perfect! We will rent this house again and again when we are staying in this area….you should, too!

Our 2 young adult daughters, my husband and I were comfortable and happy here and would stay again while traveling in Alpharetta. The owners were very responsive and got back to me within minutes everytime I reached out to them. Lovely home!

We stayed at this house while relocating to Atlanta. Our two weeks here, were riddled with lots of moving madness but we found much peace and rest at this house. The house is adorable, beautifully decorated and very cozy. Also very convenient to downtown Alpharetta and many restaurants. It had me wishing that we had purchased a house like this closer to town.

We stayed at the bungalow for two nights and everything was just perfect! The bungalow is absolutely beautiful (it looks like a home on HGTV) and spotless. Checking in/checking out was super easy and the homeowners were wonderful to work with (they even left a welcome note and fresh flowers). The location is minutes from downtown Alpharetta and I felt very safe while staying at the bungalow. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This was my first VRBO experience and I have to tell you it was spectacular. The bungalow is beautifully decorated and clean. The communication with owners was almost immediate, we didn’t wait hardly at all for a reply. The location is great, close to everything. Definitely will be back again soon!!!

Nice aesthetic design and reminded me of an HGTV renovation. Clean and not cluttered with nice open areas to spend time - especially the basement for our little kids.

I can't say enough great things about this property and the owners. My family and I (including husband and two children ages 19 and 11) were visiting the area for my son to participate in an area golf tournament. Prior to our arrival, we had a special request regarding check in. Ashleigh and Rick were easily accessible and hospitable from the very start. I am a clean freak/germaphobe...especially in this age of COVID! At baseline, I clean our rentals from top to bottom before the family unpacks and gets settled in. So naturally, I was especially prepared to clean when we arrived but the place was spotless! I still cleaned, of course, but it was rather dissatisfying to feel like the place felt just as clean as when we initially arrived:). The place had basically everything you could need or want, including condiments, coffee, and almost every toiletrie you might need. We felt right at home and comfortable. The owners did a great job with the decor! The pictures accurately reflect the appearance of the home. The location is also perfect! It's within walking distance of several cute restaurants and a Public grocery store. We also discovered a new favorite ice cream shop nearby! Definitely saving this location in our options for visits to Atlanta when we need to have our own space.

We had such an amazing time in this charming house in Alpharetta! It is so clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect- tucked away in the woods enough to have privacy but close to downtown Alpharetta. The owners were so accommodating and made everything so easy and made us feel so comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Atlanta area. My daughter and I were down for college tours and made such wonderfully memories during our stay

Because of its open concept design, the house did not feel crowded and we had plenty of room to spread out! Location is ideal and very close to downtown Alpharetta.
