We had a great time at the lodge! Plenty of room for 15 of us. Lots of fun games indoor and out. All the water toys were a bonus. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions or issues. Great place to stay!

Property was great for a large group. We all had a great time. Even on a rainy day the porch gave us plenty of room to still be outside. We had a great week being with the ones we love the most! Memories made!

The entire family had a great time! No need to leave the property except to buy groceries and go to the bait shop! Swimming, fishing, playing games, kayaking, paddleboarding, relaxing in the hot tub and cruising in the pontoon boat - everyone was always busy and having fun! The only suggestions I would have is to maintain the boat dock a little better (it was a little shaky and uneven), and provide new seats for the kayaks that were worn out or missing.

wonderful home with plenty of room, great game room for all to enjoy, spacious grounds, just a very nice place for family getaway.

The group had a fantastic time. The host's scavenger hunts were fun and a unique part of the trip. The water was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed the quiet of the camp. Great place!

Honestly we spent a lot of time talking about how great it was. I booked it one year in advance and so I spent the whole year wondering if it was going to be as nice as I thought it was going to be. With 12 people depending on it I was a little worried. But it was exactly what we needed. The only small thing, and this is really more indicative of my planning abilities than anything else, I wasn't prepared to not have any cell signal on the final approach to the property. Without being able to call the other group and with GPS not working we drove up and down the road a couple times. Maybe for people like me, you could provide a warning that guests should *print the directions and put them in all the cars*? Unless you have that already and I missed it. Anyway, the place had everything, really almost unbelievably perfect. Thank you!

We stayed for our son's Graduation from Clarkson University, about a 25 min easy drive away. Property was well maintained, peaceful & secluded. Lovely rustic log cabin. We would definitely stay again. At some point an upgrade to some of the games & lighting in game room would be nice but certainly had no negative impact during our stay. We still enjoyed everything! Games, paddle boards, kayak, game room, fire inside & out, bbq grill, morning coffee on the porch with amazing views. We had an amazing long weekend.

This property is simply stunning!! The Lodge has it all ! Everything that this property advertises… is there and so MUCH MORE !! Very clean, very cozy ! The whole family had so much to do .. we will make this a once or twice a year retreat. The owners communicated perfectly and answered everything we asked quickly. This is truly a special place…

We first stayed here 14 years ago, we missed a few years since due to deployments. We have always enjoyed our weekends here with family.
John & Donna the owners are great folks & very accommodating.

We booked this amazing property for my fathers 87th birthday get away. He loves the outdoors, fishing and family, and this was my gift to him…he truly loved it! We have been many places, this cabin is exceptional. On first arrival, clean with clear instruction, communication and even complimentary treats. Extremely clean, and property is as described in vrbo. There was something for everyone, we had a total of 17, this included 3 children, and we brought our dogs. You can see and feel the love is poured into this place by its owners, they even leave a fun game to play with them ( don't want to give too much away, that was our favorite part! ). The hot tub, fire pit, boat and game room where very well taken care of, and ready to jump in and use. We will definitely rent again. These are very kind people sharing their much loved space, thank you.

Very nice cabin, plenty of room for our group. Everyone enjoyed the cabin and amenities. Plenty of room to park multiple cars. Game room was a nice feature, especially when it rained. The property is a beautiful lakefront cabin with a fantastic view of the fall foilage. The boat was a nice extra, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub and more time around the fire ! Very peaceful and private. Thank you for a wonderful stay !

The drive into the cabin was beautiful, and it’s exactly as it’s described on the listing. Ample space for guests (we had a large party), and it’s location on the water make our stay absolutely wonderful. Clean, quick response to the one question I had, and a friendly welcome made our stay memorable.

After rough camping in our beloved Adirondacks for over 40 years...us old guys needed to rough it alot less without losing the flavor. The Raquette Lodge fits the bill. Great facility. Responsive owners.

Our family had a great time staying at the Lodge. The pontoon boat was such a great addition! We spent most of our time on property enjoying the amenties such as kayaks, fire pit, the boat, and the game room! The Lodge is also located near amazing landmarks and waterfalls which our family also got to enjoy. My kids still continue to talk about the Lodge and we plan to come back next year again if available

Property as described. Family getaway with pleanty to do and fishing. Pontoon boat and kayaks included were a big plus. Fishing was good and pleanty to do on the water. Gameroom is great way to spend a rainy day. We had a blast on the lighted volleyball/badminton court and enjoyed nights by the fire and in the hot tub. Property owners were great and very friendly. The family had fun with the scavenger hunt/games created by the owner. We are already planning a longer stay in the near future. Can't wait to go back for fishing and just to get away from the city life and relax. We made the trip from Pittsburgh Pa in just under 8 hours driving.
Thank you for the wonderful stay Donna and family.

As this has been our fourth year coming to the lodge it was another successful year for us. However, the need to clean up goose poop for almost an hour prior to outdoor activities was frustrating when we first get there. Also the cameras were an addition and as we understand the need it was frustrating to hear them all day long and feel we were being watched on our vacation. Lastly the backdoor being wide open when we arrived and had to chase a chipmunk for 3 days was not fun. Thank you for our stay again.

We arrived on friday and left monday. Everythinf was great. The boat and canoes were amazing. We had a lot of fun. A few things though one of the kids dropped a water bottle and we took paper towels to clean it up that was shortly after we arrived on friday when we wiped the water up the paper towel was dark brown. I realize that its a big place but we had to pay a cleaning fee I would suggest that it actually be cleaned! Also, we spent hours doing the game to "win a prize" but when we tried call the number on the paper no one answered we called twice and just gave up! Also, we would recommend getting single blinds for the windows that have air conditioners in them. It was impossible to close the blinds and being on the first floor by the deck is not good when you cant close the blinds. All and all it was a beautiful place and we made a lot of memories in those 4 days!

The lodge was a perfect place to getaway for the weekend. Couldn't ask for a better setting.

Donna and John run quite the establishment. This place was perfect for my friends reunion. Perfect property to just chill out at with enough activities that you’ll never be bored. Amazing experience!

This was suppose to be our annual family snowmobile trip, with 16 of us. We were all super bummed about not having enough snow to ride but this house was exactly what we needed to still enjoy our trip!! Everything you could think of to occupy kids & adults! From the scavenger hunt the owners provided to every game inside and outside you could ever imagine. We all slept very comfortably and loved every minute of our stay! The owners were fabulous and interactive with us during the scavenger hunt. All 4 families would highly recommend this place!

Another great weekend at the Raquette Lodge. The grandkids certainly enjoyed the weekend together with their cousins & the game room was a big hit for all.
An awesome winter weekend getaway!

This trip was everything we hoped it would be. My family and i traveled hoping for a white Christmas and boy did we get it. Donna promised that she would keep us plowed out and she had someone there everyday to plow out the driveway. She was more then helpful anytime i had a question, with a prompt response (things to do in town, where to cut down a tree). The home itself is beautiful, the game room got a lot of use and some family memebers even enjoyed the hot tub! We wanted to have this be a memorable vacation for our children, ages 14-2, and i think we succeeded and we just want to give a big THANK YOU and happy new year to our wonderful hosts!

Couldn't ask for a better location. The scenery and the peacefulness were amazing. We had a lot of fun in the game room, on the kayaks and fishing from the pontoon boat. Enjoyed being with family in the beautiful cabin. The nine of us were comfortable and did not feel crowded at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for peace and tranquility.

The house was VERY clean. The kitchen was well Atchison with appliances/utensils, etc.
September weather can be unpredictable - the different amenities definitely influenced our decision to book this house. We did have some rainy days, so it was nice to have the game room as an option. The house itself is big enough and comfortable to hang out too. We were able to visit and have fun inside on rainy days, and enjoy the property and lake on the nicer days.
Our family was 13 people including 3 teens and a 5 year old. It was a good size for us. The loft area is definitely a "sleep only" area - the roofline is low and slanted - an adult cannot stand up straight.
The setting is absolutely beautiful!
It all worked out well for us.

This property has it all, doesn't matter if you have hot days, cold days or rainy days you will never be bored. And yet you will be relaxed, with the privacy, view, hot tub and the night sky around the campfire.

After authentic outdoor camping for 44 years together, these 8 guys (now between 60's and 70's) - decided that roughing it is overrated. This beautiful adirondack cabin fit the bill by providing a private escape bringing the outdoors inside while making our trip preparation easy (no need for pots and pans, stoves, gear etc).
The building is authentic new england lob cabin with all the amenities to make it a relaxing yet thorough getaway.

Family had a great time, dogs included! Enjoyed the kayaks and fishing from pontoon. Evenings relaxing by fire. Some minor issues in cabin but host was prompt to get them resolved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Beds were very comfortable and all of the amenities made the trip a lot of fun. Great spot for families to gather.
