Exceptional

Huge spacious place, had a very nice stay. Easy to access everywhere from here.

We opted & paid extra for made up beds but we knew it would cost extra when booking & overall it was good value.

Great place and easy access to the center of Thredbo.

Heater was a bit too hot but we after we called we only had to flick a switch and it was great after that.

Comfy and spacious.

The large hall where many in our group just crashed instead of in the bedrooms.

lugging the big baggages up and down flights of stairs. More bathrooms would be great.

Good location however lacking basic expected amenities

Fantastic location. Easy enough walk to the lifts. Good proximity to the village. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for a couple and another family (big place). Good to have one parking spot. Underfloor heating and general heating was great. Nice bathroom. Lovely view of the mountain from lounge room.

Lack of amenities was a bit disappointing. Nothing included, including linen. We paid $35 per bed additionally for two sheets each and a towel. Doona's did not fit beds (we had a double on a queen) and did not have fresh covers. No inclusion of teabags, sugar etc and had to call and request toilet paper as none was provided. Had to wash up etc ourselves (which is of course no problem) but there was no liquid detergent. I feel for the price that this wasn't really reasonable, as I've stayed in many similar accomodations in Thredbo which included them.

Poor value for money - it was a budget apartment at premium price

We had a wonderful holiday and were lucky to have good snow. Comfortable accommodation.

Great location, great view, plenty of space inside. Good kitchen, comfy beds. Hot bath.

Could have been slightly cleaner. Car park was being used by someone else for the first two days which was quite annoying.

HORRIFIC, UPSETTING, OVERCHARGED AND ABUSED

Nothing. The cleaner was not only creepy standing at the bottom of our stairs every day, watching the woman and kids come out.. he was verbally abusive too. He swore and stomped around our property shouting about Covid protocols when he wasn’t even wearing a mask. He was angry we were a hour early because he was to busy MUCKING around instead of having the room ready for us when we begged him to use the toilet because there was no toilets near by and we had young children. Do not stay here if you have kids.

The fact that we were harassed everyday by the same man accusing us of things that didn’t happen was exhausting. I have added photos of property on how it WAS left yet the cleaner STILL lied AND said we trashed it and we stole his towels, WHICH WE DIDNT. We returned everything we used. Bruce from ski kiaos completely ripped us off. Charging us 500 for a dehumidifier that was ALREADY faulty (which in the end is fine to be charged but 500??) and charging us hundreds for ski gear that WASNT rented by us or ANY of our family members. We paid thousands for this holiday so it was the HUGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. To top it off, the cleaner locked us out of our car park 3 days into our stay just to get on our nerves. He wouldn’t unlock it. We have kids, ski gear, luggage and no street parking! We HIGHLY recommend not hiring thru ski kiaos and Wel NEVER be staying here again.

Value for money with excellent location and good facilities but can do with better cleanliness.

Location. Facilities bit tired but good.

Room cleanliness. Could have been better and better ventilation. Wifi speed very slow. Sometimes non existent. Had to use our own mobile data hotspot.

The location is great, perfect proximity to both lifts.

The property was a bit dirty, dust on surfaces and the doona covers weren’t cleaned from the last guests. Recycling was left piled up outside from the last guest. Some chairs were falling apart.

Great location and good value for money.

Was not 100% clean on arrival - kitchen floor quite sticky. Was not ready at time of arrival. Dishwasher did not work - was told this was going to get fixed but didn't.
