Excellent design and friendly host!

Outstanding design and quality of the room, on the highest level! Good breakfast. Location is good. Room was a bit small, I was alone, if there will be 2 persons could be a problem with luggage. However, the quality and kindless of the host was over everything!

Nice but noisy

This is a really nice room, newly decorated, stylish and clean. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful and even provided bicycles free of charge, which we appreciated enormously! She was always available and answered all our queries within minutes. Location was perfect for us, 5 minutes' walking distance from the railway station and right at the beginning of the lovely, very picturesque harbour, which we loved!

The info on Booking said "view of a quiet street" but this is not true at all, since the building is on the corner of the (lovely) harbour canal and a really busy street and railways crossing (we counted 8 car lanes plus railway right in front of our window), so it was really noisy throughout the night, even with closed windows, and sleeping with open window was out of the question. Also, the room is quite small (which we knew, so no problem!) and could be furnished more efficiently to leave more space (eg a stand-up floor mirror in a room where you can hardly walk is not a good idea). In a tiny room like this, it would be nice to have a bathroom door that closes properly, not a sliding door of glass.

accoglienza romagnola in ambiente sofisticato

the locanda is brand new located in the city center along the city canal port. it does not offer swimming pool or other summer amenities but it is perfect to visit the city, join the seaside, ride on the hills and enjoy the tipica Romagna’s flavors. the restaurant of the locanda is amazing and it offers magnificent breakfasts.

Great contemporary place with canal view. Exceptional restaurant and very friendly and young staff.

The interior design in amazing, great materials. Breakfast was very good and open to free requests to the chef. We also had dinner and I cannot recommend the place more.

Excellent room with view to canal.

Conveniently located a short walk from train station, and right along the canal near the maritime museum. The rooms are clean, modern minimalist design, totally lovely stay we had. Grazie mille!

Be sure to have the phone number to call them when you arrive, because they don't have a reception if the restaurant next door is closed.
