Le rapport qualité prix est plutôt élevé mais cela vaut le coup de se rendre à Monaco pour une nuit.

L’établissement est plutôt grand et la literie confortable.

Le sol sale et la tv ne marche pas. Je trouve que ce n’est pas évident de trouver l’entrée de l’immeuble lorsque nous sommes pas du coin. Nous avons mis 2h avant de trouver l’entrée de l’immeuble. Nous avons envoyé un message à l’hôte afin de nous indiquer au mieux la position exacte mais en vain. J’ai utilisé les applications Waze ainsi que Google Maps afin de trouver au mieux le lieu de l’établissement.

One of the worst experiences I've had .

Absolutely terrible service from the minute this booking was made .The owner was rude ,the service was completely unacceptable. Cracked windows ,unclean facility, no air con , wifi for tv didn't connect ,we left a day early and asked for a refund and the owner has completely ignored us. The property was noisy all through the night ,the room we had was next to a main road and there were building works outside the window so the view we had was rotten . We asked if we could enter the property 45 min early and they wanted 50 euros .There was noone even in the room. Possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had .waste of money .

Aside from a few issues, nice room at a great price.

Great price. Nice, tasteful, clean room. Airy and light.

Details said there was an electric kettle on room however there wasn’t one. Need for container to microwave food. You cannot flush toilet paper due to plumbing issue and the bin provided for dirty tissue has no lid. I would suggest owner changes bin, adds air freshener to bin and provides spare bags and details of where guests can dispose of these each day. Would also be improved by a blackout blind.

Location is good! Room was nice and clean. You have everything you need there except there was no water heater so you can't make coffee. Self check in!

The WiFi worked well and the shower was good.

The apartment was difficult to find as I arrived after dark due to train strike. There wasn’t much to like about the room. It was small, no comfy chair as in the photos, the room was cold no heating. I felt the bare wires and the plastic pipes sticking out of the wall should be properly covered up or a new air con unit installed. The wires and pipes were covered in dust

the staying has being terrible. property is unpolite. I have requested an invoice and she didn’t even know what I was talking about. TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible. Pictures are not from this building, fraud.

They gave us the wrong code for the lockbox, so we were left in the street without a room.

The building and room is horrible. Old, horrible small room, trashy beds, linens never washed, smell bad, no pillows, no toilet paper, BROKEN glass on windows, broken door.

it has a nice position and well arranged space.

there were no curtains on the kitchen windows, so everymorning we were woken up by the sun light. The 'kitcken' has no tool to actually cook, not even a coffee, just a microwave. Even after direct enquires, the owner did not sent us an invoice.

Nice and clean room with lots of natural light. we really enjoyed our stay 🙂

Messages before the check-in were rather unpleasant, with numerous reminders of fines for early check-in/late check-out but then everything was fine so not critical

Clean, bed was comfy, smart TV was handy

Broken window, major building work outside, towels need to be renewed. The host should warm before booking how far up an incredibly steep hill this apartment is, I wouldn't have booked it had I known.

absolutely awful ! hugely over priced for a 1 star experience !

the bed was dirty, there was nothing to block out the out the light for sleep. the staff were unpleasant. very unhelpful. not understanding when we had an incident. no cleaning or fresh towels. limited amenities. no lift. desolate area impossible to get transport. very disap very dissatisfied.

No human interaction whatsoever, the room is very small and it is definitively too expensive for the room even in Monaco. Walls are made of paper, I was awaken at 4.30am by the people next door who were discussing as if it was the middle of the day outside and inside their room (you can hear people breathing!) so I couldn't sleep well. More than a "welcome" message, in the room you find all "warning" messages: do this, don't do that... All in all, it was ok as I only needed to spend 1 brief night but other than that, unfortunately I do not have a positive feedback.

literally nothing. when arrived the bed was full of little hairs as well as hair all over the floors. the towels literally Stank. the window was broken, the shower was stained. this list could go on forever 🤣

besides the tiny bedsheets. the overall the cleanliness.

no Uber and they can’t even help you with taxi rubbish place to stay the service is so wack

they practically came to my door banging at 6:40am saying they needed the room and check out time was supposed to be 11am
