Friendly and extremely comfortable in beautiful location

We felt warmly welcomed and all staff were smiling and helpful. A lovely breakfast for all tastes - including freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals, freshly made pancakes, eggs on request, etc plus some yummy traditional Greek items. The room was delightful and suited the old town vibe perfectly. Location was excellent.

Fantastic small boutique hotel close to everything but with a very quiet inner sanction location to come home to

Loved the location right in the old part of town 100 meters away from the free public parking which meant walking suitcases to our accommodation was a breeze, our room (ground floor opening into court yard), the very friendly and helpful staff

Location was excellent being in the old town. Room clean and comfortable. All staff very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Off.

Incredible- local experience , lovely staff

Thank you for amazing hospitality and care to all team. The staff were fabulous and very kind. The breakfast was unbelievable- fresh and local produce. The location was very close and safe to walk around. The staff go above and beyond- especially thanks to Aristea for organising everything for us.

One of the most beautiful locations you could wish for. A gorgeous courtyard among lovely trees and flowers

Try it once - and you’ll be back!

Located in a quiet little back alley within the Old Port of Chania, Hotel Off is a gem. as the website boasts, it’s a different hotel experience offering possibly the best breakfast in Chania, delightful artworks through the building and service second to none! Go there! You won’t be disappointed.

Definitely recommend. Beautiful Space in the heart of chania

The location was very central, but still retained it's privacy. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. There is a nice and tasty selection of breakfast, all locally sourced. The room had a very nice layout that was cozy yet spacious.

The bed is not as comfy as others we've slept in. It's a personal preference, the pillows are more on the firm side. The shower door opens ans closes a bit odd. It is an accordion/fan style instead of the usual slide/push/pull door. The little knobs on the shower were really difficult to grasp when wet and thus getting out was a bit challenging at times.

The best holiday hotel we have ever stayed at - truly exceptional

The owner of the property could not have been more helpful - booking taxis, helping with advice on places to visit etc. The breakfasts were exceptional and the location in the old town was just perfect

Will stay here again

Loved the location of this hotel in the back streets of Chania. We had 2 rooms & both rooms were clean & well presented. Nice to have some complimentary items in the fridge too. Roof terraces are available for guests to relax & the top terrace gives a nice view of Chania Harbour. Bed was comfortable & linen & pillows are a good quality. Staff were all happy & friendly & the buffet breakfast served a good selection of fresh fruit & cooked food.

Would stay again!

Very helpful and friendly staff, who were very easy to get in contact with when needed. They were quiet during the season we stayed, so we got to pick our room on arrival. We chose a cute little room with a balcony, which was nice to sit and have our morning coffee. They also have a nice courtyard to sit and enjoy the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location.

A bit noisy at night due to bar downstairs, but the noise died down eventually and didn't bother us too much.

Very cute place to stay near center of city and amazing, friendly and helpful staff

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel OFF. It’s a very cute area close to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful with area recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a great addition. The whole Venetian Harbor area can be a little noisy since it’s a major tourist area but we were so tired from sightseeing it didn’t keep us up.

Exceptional

Super cute hotel, with a lovely and helpful Team. Although the hotel is near Bars, Restaurants it is not noisy at all. The location is just perfect - it is located on the end of the old town, the promenade and the light house is just around the corner. It only takes you 5 minutes to the sea, around 15 minutes to the next beach. The hotel is beautiful - old town charme building meets modern style. The rooms are modern and well equiped and on the rooftop there is a beautiful rooftopterasse. There is also the lovly indoor garden, which is also used for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is a dream, everything is bought locally or is made from the team itself. All in all the hotel with it's unique charme is highly recommended.

Lovely boutique hotel, wonderful restoration. Loved the balcony in our room, the terrace upstairs and downstairs! Couldn’t be better located.

When we were picking up our bags to leave we were told there was no toilet available for us to use. How can this be????

Perfect romantic night away for a great price and best location.

This was an incredible place to stay for a night of our honeymoon. The room was lovely with a Romaric but modern touch. We loved our little balcony, it was a perfect location 2 minutes walk to the heart of old Chania and the breakfast was phenomenal in the cutest courtyard. We will 100% be back.

We felt welcomed by beautiful humans in a beautiful place.

Love for the detail, you can see the personal tasteful note in every corner - without overwhelming the eye. It’s simple and chic and we loved loved loved the shower, the mattress and the little breakfast. Also, our dog was welcome and received hugs and love from the staff. We couldn’t be happier

We came in the main season, which was too crowded for our taste. Has nothing to do with the hotel, tho ;)
