I am a regular visitor to Treebo hotels. This hotel Treebo Hill Ex Deccan is good to stay

Excellent Location. Breakfast was ordinary. Could have been better. But still not bad so to say. Room is ok. Hot water facility had some issues hence that needs to be taken care off immediately considering winters. Staff is very cooperative

Itsy by Treebo - Hill View Ex is good for a functional stay in Pune with zero official contact with Hotel.

Very good location. While being just 500 ft from the city-centre Ferguson College road, it has the quiet charm of yesteryear Pune by being on an active side road. The room was spacious - about 200sft - with a full wall-length window giving a charming view of calm green Pune. All basic facilities in room with coffee/tea maker.

After booking the room through Booking.com, it was not possible to contact the Hotel at all. The numerous messages I sent through Booking.com & the hotel’s customer support received only a repeat automatic reply of no help or no reply at all. The customer help no. given is also automated with no help at all. Very poor. I had wanted to convey my early morning check-in time but could not. Wi-Fi not working in the room. No password was given. The toilet bump-shower was fitted on the wrong side (to the left of user) making it very awkward to use. No clothes hangars in bathroom for keeping used/fresh clothes/undergarments. The toilet flush knob unit was operational but falling out of its wall-mounting.

Nice budget friendly stay

Tariff was very reasonable considering the prime location. Staff was extremely friendly and very prompt with their responses on every request we made. This will be my preferred choice every-time I visit Pune.

Hot water and shower. AC works. Room size is good. Location is prime.

Breakfast is served in rooms. Only one option is there per day. Tea cups are not clean. Bedsheets and towel not clean. No chair in the room. Toilet not clean.

The location of the Hotel was quite good. The staff was courteous, Room was good.

The Air Conditioners are quite old may be replacing them will be a good idea, also the kettle for tea was not clean properly, may be room can be cleaned better.

Road leading to the hotel is very narrow. 2 wheelers parked in such a way that it is very difficult to drive with a car
