About this apartment rental

We have been renting condos in Branson since 2004 and this is our newest one. This one is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that we totally remodeled when we bought it!

It is a walk-in level condo which means there are no stairs! The complex offers a small playground if you have children in your group. It is located on Thousand Hills golf course (second row of buildings) and is just 4 blocks from highway 76.

The condo has three king beds and a queen size sofa sleeper (new in 2023 along with a matching recliner!). The sofa sleeper has an extra thick mattress and no back bar that sleepers are notorious for. Each bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player. The DVD players allow you to connect to your own Netflix account! The living room has a 50" flat screen with another smart DVD player. There is free Wi-Fi in the condo. The living room has two recliners.

There is a glassed /screened in patio with a nice view of parts of the golf course.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat there. We have a beautiful 8 seat dining table plus 3 nearby bar stools at the counter. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances: fridge with ice maker, range / oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Dishwasher detergent is provided. There is a drip coffee maker with individual packets of coffee, sugar, and creamer.

There is a washer and dryer set so you don't have to go home with dirty clothes. We provide detergent.

There is a tub / shower combination in one bathroom, and showers in the other bathrooms. Two bathrooms have double sinks.

*15-20 minutes from Silver Dollar City
*4 miles from Branson Landing
*6 miles to Table Rock Lake
*5.5 miles to Branson Recplex

*Within 2 miles of most theaters
*Quiet complex and no traffic noise
*Just two blocks off of highway 76 (The Strip)
*Located on Green Mountain Drive which is a traffic relief route. Much easier to avoid congestion and spend less time in traffic
*Just 1.6 miles from Ballparks of America

Clean, comfortable and spacious condo. My brother and sister-in-law and sister all had plenty of room for everyone to have a separate bedroom and bathroom. Condo close to all Branson attractions. My brother hopes to book condo to bring his children to. Highly recommended.

We stayed 4 nights. The condo was nice and clean. The host stayed in contact and was communicative. The location is great. We loved that there are 3 king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nice to have a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The sunroom was nice, although we didn’t really use it because we were on the go most of the time. I would have loved to use the pool….but we were on the go! We will be back. Excellent rental!

We used to live in Branson (Indian Point Road) and knew the location of this condo would be perfect for us. Great location! We went to 3 different shows so it was nice to go back to the condo after a show or shopping to rest up. We had 2 couples traveling together and everything we needed was in the condo. This is the first time we have stayed through VRBO where all the amenities were included (body wash, conditioner, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and much more). Wonderful host and owner. We will be back!

ONE floor place to stay in Branson!. Three bedrooms, 3 baths (2 of them on-suite). Kitchen well equipped. TV's in every bedroom and larger TV in living room. Property manager (Griff) kept in touch and was available for any issues (but there weren't any!)

Have stayed here before and hope to return next year. We are a group of five 60 something ladies who come to Branson every year for a long weekend of R and R and shopping. This perfectly suits our needs, all on one level with no steps to maneuver, 3 bedrooms, 3 king size beds, nicely and comfortably furnished, and a well stocked kitchen with just about anything you could need. Host is very easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend renting this unit.
